Well experienced driver and respect the nature
Among the many travel agencies, this one responds exceptionally quickly. Any requests are promptly addressed, and updated itineraries are provided without delay. The drivers they arranged were also very experienced (with over 7 years of service). During our trip, we had five different drivers (Kenya → Tanzania → Kenya; with different drivers in Kenya and Tanzania), and they communicated with each other about which animals we had not yet seen, doing their best to help us find them. Their skill in selecting the best photography angles was outstanding.
In Tanzania, when watching the wildebeest river crossing, they were able to reposition the vehicle immediately to secure the best viewpoint (special praise goes to Othmman for his professionalism!). Every morning, the drivers would arrive early to be fully prepared for the day. The midrange accommodations provided in Tanzania were truly impressive, while the budget-level accommodations in Kenya, though not luxurious, still met our expectations.
In Kenya, we encountered an overbooking situation at a campsite, resulting in insufficient tents for our group. Michael immediately made calls to resolve the issue, which gave us great peace of mind.
If you are planning a safari in Kenya and Tanzania, Leopard Orchid Safaris is definitely worth considering.

Nice
Very good, we liked the service except sometimes it was a bit slow. But everyone were very nice.
Spectacular, unforgettable safari experience with the best tour guide I could have ever asked for.
Our safari with Ombeni was absolutely phenomenal. He is an incredibly attentive guide, he was always making sure we were comfortable and happy. Importantly .. as a driver, he was excellent.. safe, smooth, and respectful of all of our requests, whether that meant staying longer at a location or changing the scheduled departure or return time. Again, his driving was excellent and compared to how I saw some of the other guides driving.. I felt very safe and never worried. We were even able to fall asleep at times when traveling between areas because of how comfortable we were with his driving.
He knew all the spots to take us and had incredibly good vision.. able to see a Rhino in tall grass without binoculars from 500+ feet, or see a lion in a tree, he found it all. He also knows quite literally every species of animal including every bird by name and was able to identify them and teach us fun facts about each.
I also need to mention what really stood out was his warm and genuine personality. And every. Single. Person. seemed to know him! We were constantly seeing people wave and smile at him, and he always returned the gesture, even stopping to offer help to anyone pulled over on the side of the road in need of assistance.
His experience and knowledge on top of his professionalism and kindness made our trip unforgettable. If I could give 20 out of 10 stars, I would. I wholeheartedly recommend Ombeni to anyone planning a safari.

Spirited Away
I cannot thank Spirit of Kilimnajro for a wonderful experience during my Lemosho route trek. I originally signed up for the 8 day trek, but with the help of my team I was able to complete it in 6 days. I am very thankful for my guide, Tuliza, who was always encouraging and uplifting me. He was also able to keep up with my speed on the mountain which not all guides are capable of doing. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about the mountain and the proper pacing and techniques necessary to ensure acclimatization and well-being, especially during the challenging summit push. His encouragement and unwavering support were truly invaluable, especially when the going got tough.
One thing I can say without a doubt was that I was well fed during my entire trek thanks to my chef, Abeli. The meals prepared by the chef were amazing—delicious, varied, and exactly what was needed to fuel the body each day.
After reading many reviews online, I opted to get my own toilet during the trek. I’d like to give a very special thanks to Pandaeli for carrying the portable toilet up and down the mountain and cleaning it daily. I would highly recommend adding on your own toilet to your trek as the public toilets can be dirty and far away from camp.
The trek could not have been possible without the porters who work tirelessly, carrying equipment and setting up camp with impressive efficiency, always with a friendly demeanor. Thank you to Alihaji, Omari, Bwashe, Kagia, and Dave for their support each and every day.
Spirit of Kilimanjaro created an environment where one felt completely supported and cared for, allowing focus on the climb and achieving the goal of reaching Uhuru Peak. From the beginning, their professionalism and dedication were evident. They are highly recommended to anyone dreaming of conquering Kilimanjaro. They are more than just a tour operator; they are a family who genuinely care about success and safety. Thank you, Spirit of Kilimanjaro, for the trip of a lifetime!

Serengeti Landmark Tours made sure we had a awesome safari and quickly responded to all messages
From the start, communication was excellent Raymond sent us a detailed itinerary right away and stayed in touch via WhatsApp, always quick to respond and flexible with our requests. Our guide, Humphrey, was knowledgeable, funny, and made sure we had all the time and photos we wanted, introducing us to the relaxed "pole pole" safari vibe.
For a budget safari, it was incredible value: full wildlife experience, great guiding, and smooth organization (even with flight changes and the occasional nature-caused delay). We saw the Big Five!
Highly recommended for anyone wanting an unforgettable Serengeti adventure.

Emmanuel was fantastic! He was very kind, knowledgeable, and took his time to make sure it was great
I was able to see everything I wanted to see, including giraffes, rhinoceroses, hyenas, crocodiles, hippos, zebras, various antelopes, and to top it off, my guide found a MALE LION! It was fun, adventurous, and relaxed.

A Seamless, Unforgettable Safari – Hyrax Safaris Delivered Beyond Expectations 🐾
From the very first message, Hyrax Safaris impressed us with their professionalism and personal touch. Roselyne was an absolute star—her communication was clear, reassuring, and always timely. She made the planning process feel effortless, keeping me informed every step of the way and answering all my questions with patience and care. We even had a few chats via WhatsApp, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
The day before our safari, we were met at our hotel by Edwin, who was joining the trip as part of his learning journey. He collected the remaining payment, provided a receipt, and surprised us with four safari hats—a thoughtful gesture that my kids absolutely loved and wore with pride throughout the trip.
The safari itself was outstanding. Our driver and guide, Jim, was phenomenal—his knowledge of the Masai Mara was deep and engaging, and he answered every question with enthusiasm. Thanks to his expertise, we saw four of the Big Five, including the elusive leopard and cheetah, which felt like a dream come true.
Roselyne’s recommendation to stay at Enkorok Mara Camp was spot on. The camp was comfortable, well-run, and perfectly located for game drives. While the journey from Nairobi is long and bumpy, it’s absolutely worth it for the experience that awaits.
Having a private safari made all the difference—we had the flexibility to tailor our days, linger where we wanted, and enjoy the adventure at our own pace. It was worth every extra penny for the freedom and intimacy it provided.
Jim and Edwin were not just guides—they became part of the fun. We shared laughs, stories, and unforgettable moments. They’re a true credit to Hyrax Safaris.
This was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I’m so glad I trusted Hyrax Safaris to deliver it. If you're considering a safari in Kenya, look no further—this team will make it magical.

Unforgettable Safari with African Big Cats – Wildlife 🦁, Culture 🛖, and Heartfelt Moments 💖
Our safari with AFRICAN BIG CATS was an all-round excellent experience that exceeded our expectations in many ways. Communication in advance was professional and reliable. Shortly after we made our inquiry via SAFARIBOOKINGS.COM, Joshua from African Big Cats contacted us, followed by a friendly and informative exchange with Naomi – both via email and WhatsApp, which proved especially helpful for time-sensitive questions.
On the day of arrival, we were warmly welcomed by our guide Dominick Israel , and also received a personal briefing from Emanuel, the managing director of African Big Cats, directly at our hotel. This meeting allowed us to clarify any open questions and helped us mentally prepare for the journey ahead. On the second-to-last day, we were invited to share our feedback directly with Emanuel – yet another sign of the company’s remarkable customer care.
Throughout the trip, the support provided by our guide Dominick was outstanding. His deep knowledge of flora, fauna, and culture – paired with his ability to communicate it clearly and engagingly – greatly enriched our safari experience. It’s especially worth noting that Dominick previously worked as a ranger, and brought with him an impressive wealth of expertise from that time. He looked after all organizational matters, coordinated with lodges and the office, and ensured our vehicle was always in top condition. His dedication to showing us as many animal species as possible – even if it meant taking detours – along with his care for our safety and wellbeing, stood out throughout the trip. Thanks to his previous time spent in Germany, we shared a unique connection that made our journey even more special. Over the two weeks we spent together, we truly feel a friendship was formed.
The choice of accommodations fully matched the booked “comfort” category. We were welcomed warmly and professionally at every stop, and in many lodges were even addressed by our first names – a detail we deeply appreciated. The topic of tipping was communicated transparently and early on, which helped us feel prepared.
Overall, we consider the value for money to be fair – especially considering the comprehensive services included: lodging, meals, park fees, and a highly qualified GUIDE. Although it’s a HIGH-END trip, the quality and service absolutely justify the cost. We were happy to follow the recommendation of tipping our guide daily – particularly because DOMINICK’s service was truly exceptional.
PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION throughout the journey were highly reliable. Any spontaneous changes were discussed openly and sensibly – such as the opportunity to spend additional time in the NGORONGORO CRATER at Dominick’s suggestion.
🗺️ TRAVEL SUMMARY
Our safari took us through some of TANZANIA’S most stunning protected areas:
📍ARUSHA NATIONAL PARK, where we went on a GUIDED WALK with a RANGER and observed GIRAFFES up close — a truly unique start to our trip
📍TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK, with its majestic BAOBAB TREES and large ELEPHANT HERDS. Here we also joined a NIGHTTIME GAME DRIVE, offering fascinating glimpses into animal life after dark
📍LAKE MANYARA, famous for its DIVERSE BIRDLIFE and TREE-CLIMBING LIONS
📍SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK, the heart of the GREAT MIGRATION and setting for unforgettable WILDLIFE ENCOUNTERS
📍NGORONGORO CRATER, a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE with astonishing wildlife density — where we were lucky enough to spot RHINOS
Our accommodations – especially the TENTED LODGES LOCATED INSIDE THE PARKS in TARANGIRE, SERENGETI, and at LAKE MASEK – brought us incredibly close to nature. On several nights, we fell asleep and woke to the SOUND OF LIONS ROARING — a spine-tingling experience we’ll never forget.
The itinerary was rounded out by MEANINGFUL CULTURAL EXPERIENCES:
🏹 Visiting the HADZABE and joining them on a MORNING HUNT gave us profound insight into their way of life
🔧 We then spent time with the DATOGA, learning about their CRAFTSMANSHIP and TRADITIONS
🛖 One particular highlight was our stay at the OSILIGILAI MAASAI LODGE: we slept in a TRADITIONAL BOMA HUT, went on a NATURE WALK with a MAASAI WARRIOR, joined a SPEAR-THROWING COMPETITION, danced with the MAASAI at SUNSET, and later gathered around the CAMPFIRE - powerful moments that touched us deeply!
