Dont' recommend
We just returned from a trip organized through an agency in Spain with local guides from Akilanga, and I have to say it was disastrous due to the organization. We had buses of 50 people, and the guides were very unfriendly, especially in Johannesburg, and were not very helpful or helpful. For excursions, you had to get up early and spend an hour and a half picking up other guests from hotels, and the same thing happened on the way back, with the resulting waste of time. Furthermore, the excursions are very expensive for group trips. I was traveling with my family, and on one of them, my son didn't have a seat and had to sit in the guide's seat.
The tours are from the bus, leaving little time to take photos or explore.
I don't recommend it at all. It's much better, both for personalized attention, in smaller groups, and cheaper to book local excursions.

We made the reservation two months in advance and have been in contact with Carolyn all the time. She was extremely patient. She helped us find hotels, revised the plans, and solved every difficulty we encountered. Our guide Lee was also excellent, a very kind and caring person. Pallid Safari is a company worthy of trust！

A really great expirience !
We spent some days in the town of Lalibela with its famous churches.
Our guide Muluye was a great expert. He knows every detail and explains it with enthusiasm. It is clear that he grew up in this town and that the religious life is part of his life. So he is the best guide you can imagine. We also did a hike to a monastery in the surroundings of Lalibela.
We got in touch with the priest and spent a great time. One evening we cooked together with Muluye and his wife and learned a lot about Ethiopian traditions and Ethiopian food. If you have in mind to go to Ethiopia and especially to Lalibela we recommend you to choose Zagol Ethiopia Tours !! You won't regtet it. You will live e really great expirience !!

I'll never forget this trip with my son. Pedaso Safaris supported me so much with this trip.
David is always so patient to answer my questions. He helped me so much, including contact， ETA ，picking us up from airport，buying Kennya telephone card,changing money……
The two drivers were nice and professional. We always can find the big five in the different national park.

Outstanding
We had a fantastic experience in Tanzania with Golden trips! We organized our 10 days trip with Leticia and our guide was Gesper: he is not only a very experienced guided, but also a safe and good driver. We were able to see the big five and all the animals in our list!
The lodges and tents chosen were amazing, especially Eileens Inn and Ngorongoro Marera Mountaine view lodge.
I really recommend this experience, and I certainly recommend Golden Trips Tanzania as travel agency, and Gesper as guide. Great service.100/10
