Great service and supportive team!
We had the best time celebrating my 30th birthday with a hike up Kilimanjaro with Muntas (Muntari) and his team. The hike was hard but the team encouraged and supported us along the way, always making sure we were taken care of and doing ok. They also were genuinely lovely people who we made memories with as a small group of 2 with a fantastic crew of 6. Special mentions to Amani who was one of our wonderful porters who brought a smile to our face every single day with his warm and caring service waking us with a hot drink. He was so kind, sincerely cared about how we were doing and joked with us ensuring we always ate enough to fuel all the exercise. He also supported me the entire way down the summit ensuring I was always safe. Muntas was also a great leader who really supported us in the hike and had great emotional intelligence to check in at the right times. They went out of their way to ensure we reached the peaks and even celebrated with a birthday cake at the end of the trip.
Vincent, Shabani, Mparee and the rest of the team! We couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you. You all contributed to us having a great time and returning back after 6 days of hard work.
We were sad to leave them all and would highly recommend them for any hikers in future.

Amazing Experience
I came without knowing what I would find, and I’m leaving with a full heart. It’s an experience I would recommend to everyone (especially if you come from the West). This was one of the main reasons for the trip, and I can’t wait to come back… Ombeni was our guide and made it 100% better. He is kind, attentive, and very handsome!! :) He explained how the excursion would be and did everything possible to answer our questions.

The trip of a lifetime!
We had an excellent trip with Ozone Light Tours! We felt completely safe the entire time, and for the most part totally relaxed knowing everything was taken care of for us. Our guide, Dennis, was absolutely incredible- he navigated some intense roads while also being able to spot tons of animals. He was always cheery and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. All of our lodges and hotels were amazing. As someone that plans out every minute of my vacations on a spreadsheet, the hakuna matata style of Tanzania and Ozone Light took some getting used to. We didn’t always know exactly what to expect, what was going on, or what would happen next, which made it so that I had to send a lot of emails with a lot of questions instead of the information being provided proactively. This didn’t detract from the trip, though. My emails were always answered promptly and all necessary information was always shared. I knew we didn’t have to worry about what we didn’t know because we were taken care of. We would highly recommend Ozone!!

One of the standout highlights was staying at Gorilla Leisure Lodge, nestled in the Rushaga sector of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park — one of the best places on Earth for mountain gorilla encounters. The lodge’s location just minutes from the trekking start point made early morning treks convenient, and the rainforest views from our room were breathtaking.
The lodge itself strikes a perfect balance between rustic charm and thoughtful luxury. Spacious cottages faced lush forest valleys, the hospitality was warm and attentive, and we especially appreciated the peaceful evenings on the terrace after a day spent tracking gorillas through towering jungle.
Tabebuia Spa & Safari Resort (Fort Portal):
After days of adventure, stopping at Tabebuia Spa & Safari Resort brought a completely different but equally memorable experience. Set on the shores of Lake Nyabikere, this refined eco-retreat offered luxurious spa treatments and stunning lakeside views that helped us unwind and reset.
The spa at Tabebuia is especially memorable — the property was beautiful against a backdrop of calm water and forest — offering a restorative contrast to the energetic pace of travel and chimpanzee trekking. The service was polished and thoughtful, making for a truly rejuvenating stay and the staff went above and beyond for us.
Overall Impression:

Unforgettable experience
We visited three national parks with very different ecosystems in Kenya: Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli. The experience was absolutely incredible, and we felt extremely happy and satisfied with this trip.
Communication with Morningstar was fast and smooth, and the planning was always adapted to our preferences. Dennis was very helpful, attentive, and responsive throughout the entire process.
What truly made our tour perfect, however, was our driver and guide, Mwlolo (Steven). He was excellent, his driving was very efficient and we always felt safe with him. He is also amazing at spotting wildlife: we saw almost all the animals you can possibly see (the only one we missed was the leopard, and we were told no one had seen one in the previous three days). Mwlolo patiently answered all our questions and helped us understand Kenya, its people, and its flora and fauna much better. His knowledge and kindness made a huge difference.
The hotels booked by Morningstar were all excellent, very close to nature, with comfortable rooms and beds. The food at all the hotels was also very good and exceeded our expectations.
Lastly, we want to thank Morningstar from the bottom of our hearts for their help when we lost our passports. Both Mwlolo and Dennis went above and beyond to help us locate them and organize transportation so we could receive them in time before our next flights. Thank you so much, we truly don’t know what we would have done without you.

Great service!
We did the short budget safari to Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Swahili Paradise and we were very happy with their service, Jimmy answered very quickly all our pre-tour questions and doubts, and the most important part, the safari, was excellent thanks to our guide Rasheed. He was very professional and attentive, showed us the Big 5 and much more, we had a great experience in both Serengeti and Ngorongoro but the experience in Serengeti was unbeatable. The price of the tour also was good.
I strongly recommend Swahili Paradise specially with Rasheed as your guide for any Tanzanian safari!

Great experience!
I do love my guide Joel who is caring and considerate with excellent drive skills.Thanks to him,I spotted the Big Five in Africa! A leopard was asleep up a tree, and on another tree nearby, there was a half-eaten animal carcass hanging there. The driver said it does this to keep its food from being stolen—and I’d never even known leopards could climb trees before!Memories forever.
