About the administration, I must to say that they always answered my messages and addressed my concerns. The schedule was exactly as planned. The administration agent, Joshua, came to our accommodation the day before the safari and gave us a brief overview of what was going to happen.
About the Safari, we had an exceptional experience, with a special mention to our guide David Irafay. If you have the opportunity to request him, I promise you won't regret it, as it's difficult to describe in words everything we experienced. We saw the Big Five and many, many more thanks to David's expertise and patience. He also gave us information about animal life, national parks and more.
We stayed two days at Fig Tree Lodge, which was impeccable. They have a swimming pool, and everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and had private bathrooms. We camped for two nights, which was an incredible experience because you are surrounded by animals, and at night you can hear a lion walking beside your tent ( bear in mind that you are in a campsite, do not expect luxury, just enjoy the wild experience).
The food was also excellent, very tasty, and we were always satisfied. It should be noted that we never lacked cold bottled water during the entire safari.
My recommendation is, if you're hesitating, go for it!

We had an unforgettable 4-day safari for 4 people thanks to our exceptional guide Pius Meiliar. He was incredibly polite, calm, and attentive to our every need. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, we managed to spot not only the Big 5, but also the Ugly 5 and Small 5, always getting us close enough for the perfect photos.
His eye for detail was amazing—he pointed out everything from lions and rhinos to "Pumbas," unique lizards, and tortoises. Our safari experience was absolutely amazing thanks to our guide, Pius Meiliar. Thanks to his incredible knowledge, experience, and sharp eye, we were able to spot all of the Big Five with ease. Professional company with friendly and knowledgable staff
Just completed a 2 day safari visiting Serengeti national park and Ngorongoro Crater and had the most fantastic experience. Bwanana adventures took care of everything for us from arranging flights to accommodation. Deo, our guide was waiting for us on arrival at the Seronera airstrip and within an hour of landing, we had already seen lions, hippos, Girraffes, a leopard, multiple elephants as well as many other animals. Deo shared his vast knowledge of each species and was happy to answer all our many questions. We spent the night in Mayo tented lodges which were beautiful. The next day, we set off early to head to Ngorongo crater and Deo took his time to stop off and point out lots of animals on the way so even though it was a long drive, it was a really interesting one. We were lucky to enough to see thousands of Zebra, Wilderbeast, hyenas etc. during the great migration. Ngorongoro crater was a truly breathtaking sight and with Deos help we managed to complete our search for the big 5. It was a once in a lifetime trip for us and I am so glad we booked it with Bwanana adventures
