A huge thank to Crater Explorer Safari for organizing an unforgettable Mount Kilimanjaro trek for us! The owner, Emanuel, is incredibly warm, enthusiastic, and tailored every detail of our itinerary perfectly to our needs.
Our lead guide, Richard, and his young apprentice, George, were the absolute dream team—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely hilarious. They kept our spirits high with great stories along the trail and somehow mastered the art of adjusting the pace to match our fitness levels. Whenever we felt like collapsing, their relentless positivity kept us putting one foot in front of the other. Thanks to them, our not-so-athletic crew actually made it to Gillman’s Point!
It was undeniably tough, but the breathtaking summit views made every single drop of sweat worth it. Highly recommend Crater Explorer Safari to anyone dreaming of Kili!

Unforgettable safari experience with Tellena Tours and Vincent
It was the most interesting journey we have ever taken. Manager Victor we’ve contacted about our safari experience listened to us and organised everything perfectly. We visited Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli, and each park was different and amazing!!! We found four of the Big Five! Leopard will be found at next time 😁
We also saw herds of wildebeest and zebras, giraffes, cheetahs and so many other animals. Thanks to our driver Vincent. Driver was reliable, punctual, and truly professional. Tellena Tours made our dream come true🤩

Venessa at SafariSoles was absolutely brilliant at arranging our tour. Efficient, friendly and going through every aspect to ensure we got exactly the experience we wanted. From liaising with me by email in UK, meeting us at my friend’s home in Nairobi to responding to messages whilst we were traveling, Venessa never failed to provide advice and support. Our accommodation was excellent at all 4 locations (Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli), giving us the holiday of a lifetime and seeing the Big Five.
Biggest praise and appreciation must go to our driver/guide (new family member) Joe. Joe totally made our whole trip. An excellent driver, with immense knowledge of Kenya and its wildlife, funny and kind - it was like travelling with a son rather than having a guide. He knew everyone and had a sixth sense for getting us in front of the most amazing wildlife (mating lions, leopard with kill in tree, herds of elephants and more giraffes than you could imagine). By the time we had to leave Joe we were family and wishing he was continuing on to Watamu with us!
Cannot recommend SafariSoles enough - and if you can get Joe you will have the most incredible experience (just so long as doesn’t clash with our next visit as he’s our driver now!!!!)

Fantastic trip - book Sheldrick tickets ahead
This was an excellent tour! Ernest was a great driver and guide! He’s really great at spotting birds we’d never have noticed as well as showing us bigger animals too! However it was not clear from the tour language that you need to get Sheldrick tickets in advance. I would recommend buying the national park pass ahead of time, it was a pain to do in line. And with Sheldrick you need to reserve tickets at least 2 days in advance, which we didn’t know. Luckily Ernest still got us in which was much appreciated! Giraffe tickets are no problem to get day of. Overall amazing tour! Just get national park and Sheldrick tickets in advance and you’ll have a smooth day! A fabulous way to spend a day in Nairobi!

Unforgettable life experience with amazing scenery and supportive guides
I’ve booked a 8-day Kilimanjaro hiking trip and a 4-day safari tour. The trip impressed me a lot, including prompt response in planning phase and supportive guidance during the trip. I could say, people from the operator, including guides, porters, chef and etc., is the most valuable memory. It’s them, especially hiking guides Sadam, Benjamin, Phili, hiking porter Sergi and Safari guide Joel, to make my dream come true and make my journey full of happiness. An Unforgettable 6-Day, 5-Night Safari with Top Selected – Highly Recommended!
My girlfriend and I went on a safari with Top Selected during the Chinese National Day holiday. We spent 6 days and 5 nights there. The owner, Jackson, gave us great advice on the itinerary and met all our requests; we were able to stay at the hotels we wanted. Our guide, Baraka, was very enthusiastic and professional, and he was great at keeping the atmosphere lively. He took us to see a huge number of animals in the Serengeti, and his service was excellent. Overall, it was a truly rare and unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Top Selected.

A Smooth and Reliable Tanzania Safari – Highly Recommended
We have now completed our Africa trip and returned home safely. Looking back on the whole journey, communication with Devid in the early stages was smooth and efficient, and he was responsive in making multiple adjustments to the itinerary based on our needs. The agency proved reliable overall — all booked hotels and activities went smoothly, and the accommodations were excellent. Our guide, Hillary, was exceptionally dedicated and responsible.
