Awesome tour!
SilverBird tour company did a great job organizing our 3-day Nyungwe National Park tour. We enjoyed the tour guide, Justin, and his attention to making sure we were happy with everything planned. Even when we wanted to change up a few things on the day of certain activities, he was very flexible and accommodating. The place we stayed at was simple, but amazing with extremely friendly staff in a beautiful location right on the shores of Lake Kivu. We loved that it was an eco-lodge. The activities planned were great! The vehicle we rode in was equipped with everything we needed for the long drives (WiFi, beverages, pillows, etc). We felt this tour was worth the price. We were well taken care of and appreciated all the details SilverBird does to make sure we were happy!

We were incredibly pleased with the care and dedication we received from Daniel during our trip to Ethiopia. Despite several unexpected challenges—like our lost luggage with Turkish Airlines—Daniel swiftly used his extensive connections to ensure our bags were delivered to us as soon as possible.
When we missed our flight to the Omo Valley, Daniel completely rearranged our itinerary, making sure we didn’t miss out on the experience. Since flights to the Omo Valley only run every two days, he quickly organized an alternative plan, ensuring that even after arriving at a different destination, we were able to visit six tribes, including witnessing the unforgettable bull-jumping ceremony, all within two days.
Arriving in Addis Ababa much earlier than expected due to flight changes, Daniel once again stepped up, arranging a knowledgeable driver and guide to show us around the city, turning an inconvenience into an opportunity to explore.
A great tour operator isn’t just about planning an itinerary—it’s about being ready to handle the unexpected, and Daniel excelled in every way. His attentiveness, resourcefulness, and warm hospitality made our trip truly special. A good reliable and honest driver/guide with humor and lots of knowledge
We travel a lot but this time we all enjoyed it even more. Our driver/guide was super friendly and helpful for me and my family. During the 7 day trip we were treated with lots of animals, the big 5, a lot of information and not to forget a lot of laughter. We went all the way to see a maximum.
Every day we were briefed for the next day. If we wanted changes in the program it was all possible.
The jeep was cleaned every day inside and outside. The jeep was foreseen of a fridge with nice cooled water every day and we had the possibility to charge our phones and camera's on board.
When we were supposed to leave at 7, the jeep and driver were ready at 06:50, every day, not one day late.
If we go back, we know who to call.

Very recommendable
Four young women, we traveled through the national parks of northern Tanzania in an off-road vehicle. Mesika advised us on our preparations and arranged excellent guides for several activities. Amongst them there were also German-speaking guides and all guides had very good expertise and language skills. Mesika will do everything he can to make your travel wishes come true. We were also extremely satisfied with the value for money.
Mesika was great. Very friendly, helpful, service-oriented, and caring. Our 15-day safari was a perfect adventure and was perfectly tailored to our individual needs.

Amazing safari with our guide Dickson from Jocky tour, it will be unforgetable !
We went to realise our mother’s dream, she always dreamed to see girafes and Savanah animals. Our safari was organised By Jocky Tour at the Masai Mara. Dickson was our guide during this trip, he drove smoothly Even when we had to overcome an obstacle. Also he tried to show us as many animals as he could and it was a success ! He showed us lions, girafes, éléphants, cheetah, monkeys, Buffalo, hippo’s, crocodiles, etc…
The safari was funny By driving on rough terrain and across a river ! We spent a good Time with our Guide « Dickson the Greatest ».
We slept at the sopa lodge and the service was perfection kindly staff and tasty food .👌

Best customer experience
It was a wonderful experience doing safari in Tanzania. I liked how professional the star hill staffs where. I had a very good communication with them. I enjoyed the tailormade trip that suited my budget range. I felt like I got the best for less. I am planning to come back maybe next time I will stay in Tanzania for God.
