COmmunications: We were very secure in knowig that our trip was being well managed, emails/messages were always answered promptly from the booking process to just before the trip.

I have to say that in my 12 days in Africa (Kenya and Tanzania) people from Papio Africa Holidays in special Tabitha were very good with me every time always very attentive and outstanding if I needed something. My partner and I are very happy about our safari day at Lake Manyara.
Our guide Cosmas was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was good at understanding the way we wanted to experience the safari (not too much rushing - taking our time to take it all in, both the area and the animals), and gave enough explanations without overdoing it. He was incredibly good at spotting difficult-to-spot animals, which is a bonus at Lake Manyara because large parts of the park are tightly vegetated.
All in all a wonderful experience, thanks to Cosmas and the Kili Serengeti organisation.
On a sidenote: we really appreciated the organisation allowing us to just pay the 40 dollars prepayment with the rest of the payment at the start of the safari, as it would have been very expensive for us to get that money across from home (Belgium).

Awesome safari trip!
I would like to thank Emmanuel and Ene for organizing us a wonderful safari in Serengeti, Lake Manyara and NgoroNgoro parks.
Everything was really well organized and on time, accommodations with high quality. Emmanuel is a nice guide who really takes care of his customers in order to meet their expectations. He is a guide who you can trust and this really matters when you are thousands of kilometers away from home! Highly suggested!

Our experience was Amazing
We had an unforgettable safari experience in Kenya, thanks to African Breeze Tours and in particular to our guide Joe. We highly recommend them to anyone considering a trip to Kenya.
Communication is smooth and straightforward. Cate was one of the earliest to respond to our query, and was always responsive to our follow up requests. On arrival, she gave us a warm welcome at the airport, despite having to wait for us for over an hour as we were held up inside the airport.
Our guide Joe is very friendly and professional. He was always on time and in a cheerful mood despite hours and hours of driving. He has superb knowledge in animals and a passion in birds, whilst showing great respect to the wild animals. His vision is extraordinary. Very often he spot animals with naked eyes, while it took me a long time to find with my binoculars. It was his extremely sharp vision that helped us spot a critically-endangered black rhino in Lake Nakuru. He works hard to ensure we had good game viewing, driving long distance in Masai Mara just so we can see both cheetahs and leopards in one afternoon.
We are really grateful for such an experience and hope to return soon.

Great Adventure with John
We planned vacations on Zanzibar especially to rest and dive. But being so close to Serengeti, we decided to go for safari as well.
We had 5 great days in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. John is not only a guide but also great story teller. We spent hours driving and talking about animals, culture, history, region, etc. We still have good contact on Internet. That was great time we will defenetly repeat in another part of the year.

We embarked on a 10 safari together with Heritage of African Jungles and our holidays were amazing thanks to Naomi, Francis and Gift.
We found Heritage of African Jungles after careful screening of companies organizing safaris in Kenya and Tanzania. From the very beginning of our inquires Naomi appeared as a very knowledgable and helpful person. We decided to go for a mid-range personalized safari and she offered us all her knowledge to help craft the best itinerary possible. Her replies were always rapid and extensively answered all questions.
When we arrived to Nairobi she greeted us personally and briefed us once more for our trip. After that, Francis, our guide, took over. He is one of the best human beings we ever met and definitely is in the top tier of safari guides in Kenya. His knowledge about national parks, animals, local culture was extensive, but most importantly he didn't treat us as another customers. Instead, we were his best friends visiting his country and he kindly and with joy offered to show it us. Wonderful experience, if you go with Heritage of African Jungles, you should ask Francis to be your guide.
In Tanzania our guide was Gift and he was also great.
All vehicles were in a good condition and we had no problems with them. Lodges were we slept were great and offered nice mix of camps, lodges, basics and deluxe. We are vegetarian and food was always great and cooks went extra mile to satisfy our antelope-like tastes ;)
I highly recommend Heritage of African Jungles for your safari operator. We will be coming back to them.
