The journey began with our email communication with Irene — her professional, prompt, and precise responses quickly put our minds at ease. About a week before our departure, she managed to book a hotel that had already shown as sold out. We’re truly grateful for such a highly competent team. They even informed the hotels in advance that we were on our honeymoon, and as a result, we received some lovely surprises and scenic dining arrangements.
Our safari guide was Ben — a humorous and knowledgeable professional with nine years of experience. He skillfully navigated through crowded areas to find the best spots for photography, knew countless hidden routes, and had access to a wide network of information. Thanks to him, we saw the Big Five, the wildebeest river crossing, and the Great Migration. His deep understanding of animal behavior and his thoughtful scheduling allowed us to witness wildlife at their most active, while still having plenty of time to rest and take in the moments.
Although we unfortunately didn’t get to see Mount Kilimanjaro due to the weather, the surprises and joy throughout the rest of the trip more than made up for it. It was truly an unforgettable experience — thank you to such a professional and dedicated team.

The most organized, welcoming, and supportive staff and company I have ever come across.
This was the most rewarding and incredible experience I have ever had - and it is truly all thanks to kiliclimb. From the very beginning, Janeth made sure I felt informed and asked every question I had regarding logistics - even before I booked. They truly want you to feel comfortable with what you are embarking on, calming you and providing you with every resource they can think of. At kiliclimb, their priority of life first and joy first is so clear. During my second day, I struggled with some bad mountain sickness, and Baraka and Samwell literally help my hair back and cleaned me up while I threw up. Never have I felt more safe and taken care of. These are the most special people and organized team. They came to my hotel to ensure I had everything all set for the trip to ensure I could be successful as possible, and I built such beautiful relationships with all of the porters. A wonderful family adventure
Patrick at Mateo Travel and Adventure created a fantastic Safari for me and my family.
Renson was our guide and driver who looked after us so well, keeping us safe on the road and in the parks. He worked hard long days making sure we saw as many animals and sights as possible making our experience truly memorable .
We had a mix of accommodation from tented camps to hotels on our journey to three different parks across the central and south of the country, all of which were clean and comfortable.
Patrick is an excellent communicator and kept us fully informed at every step of the planing and implementing stages even coming to meet us in Nairobi when we were in transit to make sure all was well with us.
As we were a family of four covering three generations we had to be aware of the expense, with this in mind Patrick had to plan a trip that offered cost effective value for money without compromising on the experience. Which he managed with flying colours.

Kevin was a very reliable friendly person who kept all his promises
We had a great safari experience. Kevin organised everything perfectly. From the transfer from Zanzibar to the airport, booking the flights to Arusha and back. We did a 4 days three nights safari with the national parks Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. The best thing about the tour was our guide Noah. To our surprise, he spoke German and was able to tell us a lot about the animals and the parks. The chef Baraka also looked after us very well. We opted for the low-budget version. The tour and the food were really super good. Some of the tent camps are very basic, but you know that beforehand. We would book with Kevin Goldfinch again at any time.

An unforgettable safari tour!
Furahini from Safari Soles was very friendly and helpful in planning, planning and organizing our trip to Tanzania. We had three guides on this trip, Baltazary, Stapha and Enock. They were all very friendly and attentive. While Baltazary and Enock (both of them took care of us well) were our transfer guide, Stapha was our safari guide and he went out of his way to ensure that we had the best chances of seeing the animals, the migration and the river crossings. He was very knowledgeable about the animals, the grass lands, the national parks and the safari parks. By the way, he was also a very skilled driver. It was a really great and unforgettable trip.

An Amazing experince
It was a fantastic experience.
Sudi was much more than a guide. He was always present, attentive to our daughter's needs (6 years old), and very knowledgeable in explaining the plants and animals we encountered during our three-day safari.
The hotels chosen for our overnight stays were truly comfortable, in safe locations, and close to the following day's destinations.
Everything was designed to maximize comfort and make the safari experience unforgettable.

Best honeymoon with amazing guide!
We went on a 5-day private safari with Shafino Wildlife Safaris for our honeymoon, and it was the greatest experience we’ve had so far in life. The views, landscapes, and all the animals we saw – we can hardly find words to describe what witnessing all these amazing things did to us: wildebeests being eaten by crocodiles at the Mara River, hyenas fighting over leftover wild meat, surrounded by vultures, lions and their babies relaxing, and elephants breaking down meter-high trees like it was nothing. All seen with our own eyes. And all of that surrounded by beautiful, astonishing landscapes.
At this point, we want to thank Shafino.
He made our trip truly special. His deep knowledge, calm presence, and clear love for wildlife shaped the entire experience. He knew where to go, when to wait, and how to explain what we were seeing – always with patience and a great sense of humor. He genuinely cared that we had the best possible experience, and we can’t thank him enough.
The accommodations were just as amazing. We had incredible views from our room, the food was always delicious, and Shafino always found us the best spots to have lunch in the wild.
All in all, this trip was truly life-changing.

Best tour imaginable!
Fabulous! All is organized so beautifully. The trip to the national parks was amazing. We did a custom 7 day trip with additional nights and local activities in Arusha before and after. The organization was perfect and made everything easy. We were comfortable and well fed. We enjoyed the breakfast lunches and dinners. The hamper lunch made by the manager and his wife the first day was especially delicious! The lodgings were lovely, each was as good as the next. All the people at the different lodges were kind and attentive. The group at the Gnu mara migration camp was so fun and they sang and danced with us. Justine, our guide, was especially incredible. He took us everywhere. He was constantly sharing information with us and teaching us about the animals, birds and trees. He knew what we wanted to see and where to go to find it. He was kind and very patient. He treated us as if we were family and was the perfect representative of Tanzania. We saw the big five and the Wildebeest migration, including the Mara river crossing. And the balloon game drive was so amazing! We loved all the parks and all the animals each in their own way. This has really been the best trip so far!
