Traveling to Africa for the first time with four friends, we chose Amlana Safaris, and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made—this trip deserves a perfect score.
Our adventure started on a high note, but there was a small hiccup in Masai Mara. The tent we’d been assigned was quite noisy because a nearby church was holding activities. We mentioned this to the Amlana team, and they didn’t hesitate for a second. Within a short time, they arranged for us to move to another hotel, ensuring we could rest comfortably after long days of exploring. Their responsiveness showed they truly care about their clients’ experience, turning a minor issue into a testament to their excellent service.
What impressed us most was how the Amlana Safaris checked in with us every day. They’d ask how we’d enjoyed the day’s activities and were always ready to adjust the itinerary based on our preferences. If we wanted to spend more time in a particular area to spot more wildlife, or if we felt like taking a slightly slower pace, they made it happen seamlessly. This flexibility made the trip feel personal, like it was crafted just for us.
And oh, the wildlife encounters! They were beyond our wildest dreams. We witnessed a leopard feasting on its prey, a rare and thrilling sight that left us in awe. Then there was the incredible moment we saw lions mating—a behavior not many get to observe. We even caught a glimpse of a hunt in action, the raw power and precision of the predators taking our breath away. To top it all off, we got up close to rhinos, their massive presence both intimidating and majestic. These are memories we’ll be talking about for years to come, and we have Amlana Safaris to thank for positioning us in the right places at the right times.

A GREAT SASARI EXPERIENCE¡¡😍😍
My family and took part in a nine-day safari in Kenya and Tanzania, and it was truly an amazing experience. I've seen all of the Big Five in the Masai Mara and the Serengeti. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Every day is a new experience, with beautiful scenery and amazing food. Lights on Africa arranged everything beautifully for us. The entire trip was unforgettable and memorable.

We took day tours with Thiam and Adji they made our family feel very welcome from the first greeting at the airport on arrival . The 6 day tour of the garden route hosted by Sam was an excellent adventure. All arrangements for sightseeing and accommodation was first class . They exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended .

Best 3 day safari – Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara
We did the 3 day safari with Bush and Forest and it was an amazing experience. From the start, the team was professional, punctual, and very attentive. We visited Tarangire, the Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara — three very different but equally stunning parks.
One of the highlights was seeing all of the Big Five (yes, including the rhino!), along with countless other animals in their natural habitats. The wildlife sightings were unforgettable, the guide was knowledgeable and passionate, and the camping experience was comfortable and well-organized. Everything ran smoothly, and we felt safe and well taken care of throughout the trip.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and well-planned safari in Tanzania!

Excellent!
The knowledge and caretaking of the team of Genes Adventures surprised me. They prepared us for the climb of mount Kilimanjaro and when we where on the Mountain, the help, food, singing, nurtering where fantastic! I went down early and I have been brought back to the hotel, was helped with the flight back. Super!!!

The Safari or dreams
We went on safari with Savannah in July and it was an incredible experience, all thanks mainly to our guide Emanuel.
From the moment we arrived at the airport until our departure, he followed us step by step, fulfilling all our requests, giving us thorough explanations and answering all our questions, all this using excellent Italian.
Emanuel is kind, knowledgeable, helpful and very nice, he was definitely an added value on this trip. He also always took good care of the jeep, cleaning it every evening after the day spent on Safari.
We visited three parks: the Ngorongoro crater, the Tarangire and the serengeti. The last two personally are the ones we enjoyed the most. The evening before we decided with Emanuel on the departure time, and in this respect too he was extremely flexible.
In the parks he tried to show us as many animals as possible, so much so that we even managed to see a leopard. Furthermore, my daughter wanted to have a face-to-face with a giraffe and Emanuel managed to please her thanks to a giraffe that was eating by the roadside.
In addition, during the safari days he always took care of the packed lunch, drinks and everything else that was needed.
The lodges were very nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and in this respect too we were extremely satisfied.
On the way back from the airport we wanted to do some shopping and eat red bananas and Emanuel accommodated us in this too.
Having said that, we would like to say a huge thank you to Emanuel for making this a unique experience, and we would recommend him to anyone planning to go on safari in Tanzania.
