Our family of four – three adults and a seven-year-old – just returned from an unforgettable safari in Kenya with Crimson Brooke Safaris, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and a personal touch.
The owners, Amos and Betty, were fantastic. Their communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful during the planning stages and throughout our trip. They worked closely with us to plan a safari that fit our budget, and after experiencing it firsthand, we were truly impressed by the value we received. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it was clear that they take great pride in delivering an exceptional experience for their guests.
Our safari guide and driver, Ruben, was truly exceptional – a legendary guide. Not only did we see the Big Five (multiple times!), but we had the rare opportunity to spend extended time observing these incredible animals in their natural environment. Ruben’s deep knowledge of the wildlife and landscape was impressive, and he had an incredible way of sharing information just when we were ready to learn more. He made each game drive engaging, educational, and fun – even for our seven-year-old!
The accommodations exceeded our expectations. The lodges were beautiful and comfortable, with Elewana Sand River Camp standing out as especially luxurious. The safari vehicle itself was spacious and comfortable, equipped with Wi-Fi and electrical outlets for charging devices – a thoughtful and appreciated touch.
We wholeheartedly recommend Crimson Brooke Safaris. This was the trip of a lifetime, and we give them a full five stars. Thank you, Amos, Betty, and Ruben, for making our safari so extraordinary!

We are extremely satisfied with the safari's organization and highly recommend Vision Safari & Tour. The 3-day safari was full of excitement, and we managed to see the entire "Big 5." We didn't have to worry about a thing; the food was delicious, the accommodations were in wonderful locations (zebras approached our tent within 5 meters at night!!!), and our luggage left in Arusha was safely stored. The organizers took care of us daily and ensured we lacked nothing. We highly recommend them!!!!
Postscript: The people here are lovely and heartwarming; when they found out it was our honeymoon, they organized a surprise for us.

We planned our trip rather last minute (after my daughter was accepted for study abroad) Kathi was amazing at helping me figure out our itinerary as well as being VERY accommodating with short notice changes. Everyone we encountered from drivers, to hike guide Fats, to our Safari guides at Kapama were great! My son lost an earbud in one of our cars, and they not only found it but returned it to us quickly. Kapama was exceptionally; beautiful accommodations and personal care. Our guides, Lonny and Matimu were not only knowledgeable on the animals and tracking (got us to see the big 5 plus a couple up close and personal moments) but great people overall! They made the whole experience so personal and fun for my husband and I, as well as our young adult children. By the end of our Safari stay it felt as though we were saying goodbye to friends instead of just Safari Guides.

It is a really fun trip! You get to go to 3 parks in 4 days and it's far to all, so this takes all the stress out and they arrange all permits/paperwork, food, transports, and tents at campsites for you. All you have to do is pay and show up and look out the window.

It is fun to meet new people and experience it with them, if you are solo.
My only complaint was that I was told it was max 6 people and I would get the front seat; actually it was 7 people and I was in the back right seat which wasn't that comfortable with hours of driving each day. If you have time, definitely you should go for longer, this is just a sampler.

Our Safari was such an incredible experience. Harry, our guide, is very knowledgeable about everything from animals to plants to birds. We ask a million questions and he always answers leading us to learn so much about safari and culture!
Everyday we were insanely close to animals and always the first or second car to the scene! It felt like we had all the beauty to ourselves. Lunches were amazing. I was thinking that we would be eating sandwiches everyday but I was wrong. Chicken, rice, sauces, pasta dishes, bread, fruit, desserts, and so much more exceeded my expectations.
Days were long but never seemed to be with excursions like horseback riding, game drives, night drives, hot air balloon. RO scavenger made this trip so amazing. I will think about this incredible experience everyday! Thank you!!
