Paid for a 21 day high quality safari through Kenya, Tanzania and zanzibar
We paid $17317 usd for a 21 day exclusive safari holiday staryifrom Niarobi, when we landed their was noone, I mean noone their for us.
The guide that scb tours supplied had not turned up, no help from solomon bwanga, we had to pay another $8000 usd to get a holiday and was promised refund by end of January 2025.
We have been fighting for this refund ever since and as today April 22nd 2025 we have had nothing.
They have stopped communicating not even the owners of the company have contacted us, ever.
They will come here with all sorts of excuses, but we are out of pocket.
Check their Facebook page that has been hacked.
Their ticktok page is blocked from comments.
Their Instagram is hacked.
Their web page is blocked.
And solomon business whatsapp is supposedly not working only in the office.
Check the terms and conditions as they will say they are not responsible for anything that goes wrong.
The hotels and safari are not what is ordered but upto the guide you get.
If we get our money back we will of course change this comment.
I have no problem if you contact us for the full truth. We have nothing to hide.

Our kids loved the kid-friendly activities that were available, from kayaking and snorkeling to the daily beach games organized by the resort staff. My husband and I enjoyed some much-needed relaxation while the kids were safely entertained. The food at the resort was incredible, with a mix of international and local cuisines. Every meal was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary preferences.

Amazing experience
Our 2 day safari to Tarangire and Ngorongoro was pure magic. Tarangireās golden light, peaceful baobab forests, and roaming elephants felt like a scene from a love story. Ngorongoro took our breath away standing on the crater rim, watching the wild world below, felt like a dream. We saw lions, zebras, rhinosā¦ so close, so real. It was short but deeply unforgettable. A perfect romantic escape into nature, with a guide who made everything smooth and special. Two days of wonder, beauty, and love.

My experience with Axis Africa Expedition and Safaris was amazing. I booked a three nights and two days Masai Mara trip with Dennis as my guide and it was one of the most thrilling experiences I have had in my life. The trip was extra special because of my guide, Dennis was so knowledgeable and he told us so many facts about animals and Kenya, in general. He also made sure everyone was feeling okay and was extremely helpful. We stayed at a budget tent in Masai Mara and the accomodation was a bit... Wild. I had lizards in my tent but that's part of jungle life. All in all, amazing experience! Money well spent!!
