Amazing tour and experience
I had an amazing time on the four day safari with fondness vacations, Steven was amazing he was checking on me all throughout ensuring I had a great experience they were also very accommodating as I am vegan and ensured I had delicious food throughout the trip. our guide simba was great we were able to see almost all animals and he had a great eye so we were first at the location most of the time. I highly recommend booking with them.

Perfect safari tour company
From the beginning to end our safari was perfectly organised. From first contact with Sabina in the office to our safari tour with Good Luck everything ran smoothly and we had a fantastic time. Lodges were amazing and we saw an incredible number of animals, much more than we expected. I would highly recommend a safari tour with Serengeti Green Safari.

5 Days Memorable Tanzania Safari
I travelled with Mujuni after being referred to by a friend and I have to say it was worth the money and time.It was our honeymoon safari and I had not a clue on how to organise it but Mujuni made it spectacular; first we were received at the airport with a special gift and a surprise cake and later we were treated to a special dinner at the mawe mawe hotel and even the rooms were amazing beautiful and well decorated with a plunge pool.
On our safari we had Micky as our guide. he is an amazing person,he catered for all our need during our trip, he had good knowledge about the wildlife, landscapes, birds and trees which made the seafaring even more interesting.
Me and my wife really enjoyed visiting Tanzania and had the best honeymoon.

Precious memories - Bao la kiswahili
Miranda & Roko have planned a divers travelprogram. In advance and during our trip it was really helpful to ask as many questions as you would like to. We started at Tarangire, a great beginning of our Safari. The colours of nature, the rhythmic gait of giraffes and all the animals we spotted on day 1. We’re already in love. Olais is a fantastic (game) driver and his knowledge of nature & culture life was extensive. He is helpful, funny and really relaxed. Our cook Maneno treated us to creative dishes three times a day. Jummie! Following the rhythm of nature, camping with the sounds of wildlife and the raging of the wind. Prescious. Ngorongoro & Serengeti give us the Big 5 and we enjoyed every minute. With the immersion in the life of Maasai we completed our trip at Maasai Guesthouse. 8 days we’ll never forget 💚

Magical Kenya and Tanzania
Tapestry of Africa did a fantastic job organizing our luxury itinerary to Kenya and Tanzania with just a party of two. Since we were crossing countries, we were a little nervous about the process, but everything went smoothly. Our guides were very knowledgeable, answered our many questions and were with us the entire time through border crossings :). Matt and Albert were also wonderful, checking on us often. The safari itself was just “magical”, as my traveling partnered would put it and I would fully agree. Based on the cost, knowledgeable guides, and the experience, I would highly recommend Tapestry of Africa as a tour operator, particularly with the added bonus of the company giving back to the community.

Unforgettable Kenya Safari with Meektrails & Jackson
Just came back from the most unforgettable safari in Kenya with Meektrails and our amazing driver guide Jackson — truly a trip of a lifetime!
Before the trip, Charles from Meektrails was nothing short of amazing. Super responsive (even picking up our call at 1am when our airport pickup failed!), always patient, and very detail-oriented. When our travel dates had to shift from October to June on short notice, Charles reworked the entire itinerary smoothly, suggesting great hotels based on what we needed—even Wi-Fi quality! When a hotel ran out of rooms due to our delay, he came back with a better option at the same price. He also included thoughtful touches like the Giraffe Centre and Carnivore Restaurant. Everything was covered in a single package (except tips), making the whole experience stress-free.
During the trip, we were in the excellent hands of Jackson, our driver guide. Always punctual, kind and attentive—especially to our elderly mum, helping her in and out of the jeep every day. He was constantly tuned in to the guide radio and chatted with other drivers to track animal sightings. We loved that he took quieter routes, letting us enjoy intimate moments with the animals without the crowd. Thanks to him, we saw 4 different lion prides, a cheetah enjoying a fresh topi kill, rare black rhinos, and completed both the Big 5 and Ugly 5! One of the highlights? He messaged us at 3.25PM to leave early due to possible rain—by the time we exited the hotel gate, a leopard was spotted and he rushed us there just in time! Jackson also had a great eye for photo angles, and kept checking on us (even though he had the tougher job driving long hours). His passion for wildlife and pride in Kenya really shone through.
From start to finish, Meektrails delivered a well-organised, heartwarming and adventure-filled trip. Highly recommend Charles and Jackson—you will be in the best hands! 🇰🇪🧡

Our home stay family was amazing!!
Hello, I am Todd and my partner Eve. We are both Dental Hygienists from Toronto, Canada. We volunteered in Uganda with Go Volunteer Africa from 15th- May – 2025, up to 30th – May– 2025.
Before leaving for Uganda, Anna at Go Volunteer Africa answered all questions in a very timely manner. We felt slightly un- prepared for what to expect when we arrived but I think it was mostly due to our last minute decision to go.
The airport pick up was excellent!! We arrived late as our flight was delayed but Jacob was still there waiting to great us!! We didn’t have to wait at all. The placement was fantastic. As dental hygienists from Canada we had the opportunity to take part in/see things we wouldn’t normally get to experience at home.
Tororo General Hospital is extremely busy at all times it is fast paced environment but all the dentists that were there are ecstatic to have the extra help! We wish we had had a better idea of what to bring supply wise. We brought gloves, masks, gauze, toothbrushes, and toothpaste.
Toothbrushes and toothpaste was exactly what they needed. We also would recommend to future volunteers to bring floss, interdentally aides etc as they are nowhere in Tororo.
Our home stay family was amazing!! Living with a true African family forced us to learn the language, culture etc. that we most likely wouldn’t have done otherwise. Food is another experience all together, Eve is a very picky eater and she was pregnant when we arrived so she battled nausea, stomach problems and the wet foreign food was a challenge.
However there were plenty of “westernized” cafes in Tororo that helped us through our cravings and sick days. The highlights of our placement were the very diverse things we got to see at Tororo General Hospital.
As dental hygienists in Canada don’t have the opportunity to see jaws being wired shut or flap surgeries being done and we had the opportunity to assist here! We also got to extra teach the dentists how to properly clean teeth or sharpen instruments overall just being able to help those who needed help was our highlights!
Living with a family such as Winnie’s was amazing and unique. We also got a brief few minutes to go to an orphanage, which was unique in the sense that you timely get to see firsthand the poverty and seventy of some unfortunate situations.
Safari experience at Queen Elizabeth National Park was amazing. We got to see as many animals we wouldn’t see normally. It’s worth to get a 3-4 days experience!! We would also recommend to other volunteers going to the Murchison Falls as we heard amazing things about it and regret not doing it!
We would definitely recommend this volunteering experience at Go Volunteer Africa to others. It’s a great experience however you have to have an open mind and a” go with the flow” mentality. Winnie in Uganda was amazing. She was helpful and reliable.
