This tour is amazing and the team is excellent! From the start our operator Linah was amazing, she planned our dream honeymoon adventure. Her communication was fantastic, she was fast with her replies, polite and provided great details with her answers. Which made the whole booking experience with her so easy she felt like family. She was so helpful and planned our dream holiday, with such good detail from start to finish. She even went above and beyond when another supplier let us down by being so helpful and sharing her knowledge and kindness! This experience with her and Serengeti African Tours has been unforgettable, she is so kind and we could not of asked for a better operator. She is a one in a million. The accommodation was fantastic! Each place on the tour was gorgeous and the little touches both her and Kelvin (our driver) added made the experience even more special. Each place had a luxury feel, great staff, offered stunning views and food. The tour was well organised and everything was thought through with good detail.
The tour offered a fantastic range in the different parks over the 4 days, which was fabulous. Our driver Kelvin was so kind and pleasant to be around. He ensured the tour ran on time and had excellent knowledge of the park and animals. He made sure we really enjoyed the experience and I can say we were lucky enough to see all the animals. The food was delicious there was a lovely variety of cooked vegetables, meats, pasta over the days and our chef Richard made sure we were well fed throughout the safari. Thank you Richard!
The car was comfortable and well equipped with charging points so you never missed a moment because your camera or phones battery was dead. We also had plenty of water, and drinks to drinks during the day.
If you are looking for a well planned, adventure with supportive staff, then this is the tour for you. This team care about you and will provide you an experience you will never forget!!!

Amazing Adventure!
I had an amazing experience on the safari! Our group of adults and students went on a four day safari through Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro. We saw so much wildlife! Our guides were very knowledgeable about the animals and plants in the area and took such great care of us. The chef traveled with us and prepared delicious meals. I would recommend Karibu Tena and would choose them again on another visit!

Incredible customer service and attention to detail
This was my first time in Eastern Africa and first time ever doing safari. I came to Kenya with my friend for my birthday. I was keen to have a unique and more private experience and Frank and Bonaface did not disappoint. They were kind and very patient and extremely knowledgeable about how to get the best out of our safari visit. We had an absolutely delicious lunch as well. I strongly recommend Frank who was our driver and guide to anyone interested in visiting Kenya and doing safari! You will not be disappointed!

Nice experience and good guider
Our trip is on budget, yet the overall experience is better than expected. The 4*4 vehicle is in good condition (a must to have instead of regular vans!), and we are enjoying our stay at the camp. I have heard other people from the tour has paid a bit more than us and they get to upgrade the hotel, which I think would be worthy as well. Me and my friend had Peter Kapino as our guide, he is very thoughtful and professional, providing us with a lot of background knowledges about the animals on safari, which makes the tour very worthy. We get to see most of the major animals (except Leopard, which is hard to spot, but we saw cheetahs several times instead). Overall recommend!

James was super pleasant, informative and went the distance to make sure we had a wonderful time.
Again, James was very attentive and adjusted to our schedule as needed. We were able to see the Big Five and the Ugly Five. This was my third safari and ranks my best.

Kikitu is a bundle of energy, equipped with both knowledge and commitment to deliver above & beyond
For our first time visiting Africa, our group collectively felt blessed that we had been randomly paired with Kikitu. He made waking up at sunrise actually enjoyable because we were met with his contagious enthusiasm. Kikitu delivered on all fronts, and I appreciated that beyond making sure we had a front row to the top tier animals on the safari he would check in on us to make sure we were comfortable, if we needed water or the washroom. I appreciate the attention to detail!
