5/5

We want to thank our guide Filippo for his punctuality, friendliness and initiative. We want to thank our cook Sule for his skill in cooking dishes always different and yummy. The safary organization was perfect and we hadn't problems or delays.
If you want buy spices we suggest yuo to go to the gran market in Arusha, because it's very cheaper.
We suggest also to visit the snake park in Arusha, is very interesting and the guide is very expert.
We must to thank Filippo for this suggestions.

About: Go2Africa
2 weeks in Zambia organised by Ramona
5/5

We decided to book our very first trip to Africa with Go2Africa, because we had read quite a lot of positive reviews, and were not disappointed. Ramona managed to plan a trip according to our budget and needs. We spent one week in Lower Zambezi NP in three different but equally wonderful camps. We saw a lot of wild animals and wonderful sights. People were very friendly and knowledgeable. Most of all, we told Ramona that we wanted to visit Livingston/Victoria falls, but after the hustle and bustle of the place, we wanted to relax in a secluded but luxury hotel. She managed to find a wonderful hotel by the Zambezi River, so we went back home having been able to rest before going back to work. A tremendous experience, probably our best holidays ever. We would definitely recommend Go2Africa.

About: Safari Joe
Kenyan custom safari
5/5

Our safari adventure was perfectly tailor-made to our wishes of having the safari experience and getting a taste of the real Africa. We couldn't have asked for a more dedicated and thoughtful service from Safari Joe. Their attention to detail was fantastic, as was their knowledge of Kenyan wildlife, which was certainly put to the test by our inquisitive son, Charlie.
We crammed an enormous amount into our two week stay, but wished we could have stayed longer. Our cycle safari through Hells Gate National Park was completely amazing, and seeing the sunrise in the Masai Mara was awesome. Camping next to hippos was a first for us, as was chilling in our beach front chalet on the Indian Ocean! So many amazing memories!
Steph and Tony provided us with wonderful food for the entire trip and the most excellent company. We dearly hope we can go back again for a new adventure with them and Safari Joe. We can't recommend them highly enough. Totally brilliant!!

A promise not fulfilled
2/5

Victoria falls are breathtaking and definitely worth the trip. The way to reach them needs carefull attention though. Being stuck in an airport for a full day, we have been initially supported by Falcon in a correct way. However, we got the promise in the bus, in front of other witnesses, that the safari day to Bostwana (which was cancelled due to shortage of time) would be refunded. Guess what, back home this was no longer the case. While Falcon Safaris seems to have been very responsive, this no longer existed when money was at stake, and we got no refund for hotel and not for the safari, while the later had been promised, otherwise we might have chosen to sacrifize the cruise on the river. I had paid in advance the park entrance. I can only recommend, pay the minimum in advance. It's when you have troubles that the average and the great can make a difference. The refusal for any further discussions was also disappointed.

Last point, not entirely disconnected to the experience on this trip and not the fault of Falcon Safaris: don't be foolish and pay more thinking you get safer with South African Airways. Worst experience ever: lost the luggage, delayed and missed the connexion without any apology, 4 hours, yes 4 hours of fight to get a boarding pass for the flight on the next day.

Good experience, excellent servise from operators
5/5

Our safari trip to Selous game reserve was perfectly organized. We stayed two nights at a budget accomodation. It was perfectly suitable for us. We had a driver/guide and a chef with us. The food was so good and it was more than enough for us. We took a full day game drive which was a good experience. I would not recommed the walking safari. It was just walking in the near by forest and looking at the baobab trees and other vegetation. Not a good experience. Consentrate on the game drives. Those will give you so much more.

Our Safari was well organised and was better than we thought. The wildlife was amazing as well as the scenery. Food and accoodation were sometimes much better than we had expected. And our guide was a very responsible driver and he really made great efforts to spot as many animals as possible.
I hope to repeat this experience soon.
