4/5

Our visit to Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro crater and Serengeti was very impressive, Very good to see all the animals in their natural environment, and thousands and thousand of them.
Staff in hotel and other places communicate well in English and very service minded and performed their task in a very good way, everybody very polite and friendly.
At the entrance of all games park there were exceptional clean toilets, have not seen this high performance any other tourist place in the world, very well done.
Good car and skilled driver/guide operated by Full Package Adventures made to trip memorable.

Amazing
4/5

An amazing experience. Our driver/guide, Susello, was very knowledgeable, polite, patient and a pleasure to be with. I will definitely recommend your company to others travelling to South Africa. I am particularly impressed by your efforts toward the people of Soweto.
Keep up the good work and God Bless

Game Drive in the City
4/5

The adventure was one of it's kind ,the entire team were very professional ,very attentive to details and would choose Tai adventures again and again. Good communication prior to booking the safari and the option to choose between a van and cruiser was available. Though out time at Nairobi National park was limited we really had a good time.

Very well organized
4/5

We had a lovely guide/driver (Johny) since Nairobi, who safely and always on time drove us throughout our trip. Johnny is also a very polite, pleasant person, which an extended knowledge of the parks we visited and the animals we saw. He also has an accurate instinct and good vision to find the right animal at the right time. Overall was an amazing experience, but Johny made it even better.

Very satisfied with their whole crew: guides, drivers, lodging staff!
4/5

I was a bit disappointed with customer service, though replies were prompt and helpful. But attention to detail was a bit lacking: My friend's food preferences included No Onions for box lunches, I (on the other hand) love onions, grilled or crunchy. Mike had to cancel (health), so I went alone, and all my box lunches were labelled No Onions. Oh well, the wildlife was awesome, and I had onions each dinner. I was also told that each jeep comes equipped with binoculars, but apparently the guide-drivers have to bring their own on the safari tours, doesn't seem right. My guide, whose name is Hamisi didn't have binoculars so I missed out (Note to safari goers: Your camera has to be equipped with telephoto lens!).
Hamisi was a wonderful safari guide and driver (rough and rocky roads often) and I was happy to get to know him.
By the way, all the lodging on this 12 day tour is owned and operated by the safari operator, so there's a consistency I appreciated (being halfway around the world). Tent and other lodging facilities were very well-maintained, with better than expected plumbing and bedding, decent wi-fi, and good variety of food at dinner.
Most apparent and appreciated: well-trained staff, from the managers to the servers and security staff. Friendly and able to deal with requests. I left my lap top charger plugged in at Karatu (the nicest lodging of the whole 2 weeks) and the drivers were able to tag-team the cords back to me 5 days later, what a relief to re-charge my devices!
By the way, the roads are rough, and challenging (I'm an older guy) but taking short flights to avoid long jeep drives is a mistake. I saw the real Tanzania on the roads, the beautiful, the difficult to watch, and the surprising, the Maasai goat herders, the children assembling for songs before school, baboons walking in formation along the road, so much to see, either sitting in the back or standing up with my cameras.
Three nights and days in the Serengeti, with a night-time jeep drive, great experiences each day. Thank you to Hamisi my guide, and to Paradise & Wilderness, the service and amenities were good, and the parade of wildlife was beyond my expectations.

Chris is a friendly attentive and knowledgeable driver
4/5

Having biked the tour in the uk we were extremely pleased with overall experience. Our driver (Chris) was reliable, attentive and very knowledgeable. The route was long but we had plenty of stops and information regularly shared by Chris helped the time pass quickly. He was also flexible and adjusted the route at times to take into account the desires of the passengers.

Great experience! This was my first ever safari and doing it with this company was a great choice.
We did a private tour and for us it work perfectly since we wanted to have our privacy and decide at what time to start or finish our safaris every day. The only thing I would ask them is to explain in advance how the lunch works since 2 days we only had a lunch in a box and not in a restaurant like it said on the itinerary. Other than this I will book this agency again in the future.

Safari experience can start around 900 € for back packers with no upper limits for the richests. But for 1.300€ pp the journey was perfect. I recommend the team.

Professional and focused on meeting your expectations

I am every so often in Nairobi for business, and even though it is little time for leasure, I try to get to the Nairobi National Park if I have someone with me that haven't experienced it. This time was just like it as my daughter joined me for the trip, exept that we also wanted to go to the elephant orphanage and the giraffe park as well as the park itself.

It is a full day trip with a lot of impressions even though the driver missed an exit and was delayed picking us up at the hotell, which means we probably lost a lot of the most jawdropping encounters which one can experience early in the morning with the animals at the waters drinking.

But still, we saw hippos, crocs, rheinos, giraffes and even a cheetah, which was my first in the park.

The elephant orphanage was great and emotional. A powerfull experience in so many ways.

The Giraffe park was great too, it is something special having these majestic animals eating out of your hands while those big emotional and intelligent eyes are looking at you.

The driver/guide was really good. Really knowledgeable and funny.

I will be using CyTravels the next time as well. Even for the Masai Mara trip for the whole family in March.

I can really recommend them.
