Reliable and experienced
We had a really nice safari experience with Antonio Safaris. Everything was well organized, and Naomi, our tour coordinator, was very helpful in planning and coordinating the trip smoothly from start to finish.
Our guide Evans was friendly and knowledgeable, and the game drives were relaxed and enjoyable. He explained things clearly and made sure we had good opportunities to see wildlife without disturbing the animals.
He also happens to be an amazing photographer and even let me use his camera, which was a really fun way to experience the thrill of taking wildlife photos myself.
Overall, it was a well-managed and enjoyable safari experience, and we’re happy we chose Antonio Safaris for our trip. Would recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Kenya.

Explore Rwanda Tours should not be taken into consideration as a serious travel option. Communication is abhorrent and, in particular, customer service agent Grace frequently ignores messages, deflects concerns, and provides non-responses. Did we survive? yes. But several of our planned excursions were skipped. Coffee tour was planned on Christmas and was closed. Cave trek was abandoned because the caves were closed(and had been closed) for the past year due to an outbreak of a deadly virus. We chose specific accommodation options 10 months in advance only to find out 2 weeks before the trip that the company was unable to secure the lodging and we were forced into lesser options. Grace gave us false pricing for the lodging and has yet to refund us the difference between the two prices despite offering to do so. Currently she is ignoring my messages to speak to management with no resolution in sight.
Go to Rwanda, it is a beautiful country and full of adventure, but I recommend absoultely do not use Rwanda Tours

Excellent service by Safari.com. Shann Shaw was very thorough and responsive to our enquiry.
We absolutely loved our trip to South Africa arranged by Shann Shaw of Safari.com. Our guide Franco was really great. He talked about
S. Africa and it's recent history with compassion and authority. We had a really great day with Franco when he drove us to The Cape of
Good hope. Our hotel in Cape Town was very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The flights to Skukuza by
Air Link airways was comfortable and on time. Our lodge Lions River Lodge was really beautiful with very comfortable accommodation
and great meals and wine. Our driver on Safari by Pierre and the tracker Joe were excellent and enable us to safely view the "Big Five"
during our frequent drives. This was the most exciting trip of our stay in South Africa. We highly recommend Safari.com to anyone
wishing to see the wonderful animals and beautiful countryside in this wonderful country.

Great Scenery, sustainable Concept
Akagera is a wonderful scenic Park with diverse landscape, a lot of water, savannah, hills, red soil etc. It is extremely well maintained, with paths checked daily, access roads repaired, and park fences monitored. The park also places great emphasis on sustainability and ecologically responsible tourism. Single-use plastic bottles are prohibited throughout the park (do not bring them in your car, as you will be denied entry and there are no trash cans at the gate). On the game drives, we saw pretty much everything you would expect from a Big Five park: elephants, buffalo, rhinos, lions, as well as giraffes that were deeply in love, hippos with their young, lots of different species of antelope, an incredible number of different species of birds, baboons and other small monkeys, crocodiles, zebras, etc. The herds are smaller than in Serengeti or Masai Mara. But the park has not been a so-called Big Five park for very long. Some species were only introduced in recent years, and herds are still growing. And except from the great plains the park is densely vegetated. It is not a zoo. You have to be patient and a bit lucky, especially for the big cats. If you just want to get a somewhat wild animal in front of your camera as quickly as possible, you're better off going to more touristy parks like Kruger – but just be aware that there you often have to share a lion sighting with about 100 other people who all want to take the same photo at the same time and whose cars will ruin the background of your picture. I can strongly recommend visiting Akagera National Park.

Absolutely amazing
Booked a 7days safaris with super eagles ,we have had an amazing time over the 7days safaris from maasai mara to amboseli ,this trip would not have been complete without the three super guides Gilbert ,Leroy our main guide who organised everything smoothly and rhino ,thank you so much super eagles for creating a lifetime memory .

Exemplary and Thoughtful
Had an absolute blast with Bintu Adventures and our guide Marcos. 2 days in the Masai Mara and he was exceptional and we were able to catch the "Big 5" in our short trip.
Helped us plan the trip and made changes to better cater to our needs. Pick up was on time, vehicle was clean, and Marcos was knowledgeable and fun.
