If I went again, I'd use a different guide company.
The scenery was nice and we saw a few animals but overall the trip was less enjoyable than I would have liked. Kibale Tours didn't do a great job with planning. They used a car that wasn't advertised and that was really uncomfortable. We had to stop numerous times when we were in a rush to do various things that should have been done beforehand. On the trip home, the guide put the wrong type of gas in the car and we had to wait for 3 hours on the side of the road while the tank was drained and the battery changed.

A Magical Journey
We had a great experience with Foot Slopes. The service from the minute we landed , all through out the safari , till the moment we got dropped back at the airport was amazing.
Friendly, knowledgable staff, great driver/guide who looked after us and put great efforts into explaining in great detail. The schedule was well planned and executed each day and left us with plenty of time to view animals at our own pace.
Three bits of negative feedback are:
1 - The sleeping bags were too thin, especially for the cold nights in Ngorongoro Crater and could have done with thicker sleeping bags.
2 - We found out that we paid far more than anyone else in the group, which was very unfair especially since everyone else had paid for the exact same experience.
3 - We were 7 instead of 6 people in the car which meant that it was overcrowded.
The Safari itself was amazing, but the company needs to work a little more on organising things better both from a comfort and logistical perspective.

Wonderful Kenyan Wildlife Safaris
Thanks James for organizing a 10-day road safari for our group of 9. He’s always supportive - prompt to answer questions up to the point; give useful information about accessible hotels in the city; recommend must-see places and games reserves at reasonable prices. He met us both at the airport and before departure to make sure everything’s fine. He arranged two 7-seater Landcruisers with pop-up roofs, giving us ample space to take shots and videos of the unique sceneries and wildlife while passing the Great Rift Valley, Equator, Lake Nakuru, the snow-capped Mt Kenya, Mt Kilimanjaro (the highest mountain in Africa) and various savannahs, shrubs, the lake and swamp areas.
Our drivers cum guides - Francis and Usuf, in particular, are outstanding and reliable. They’re on time, cleaned the cars after each long drive and kept them fueled. They drove safely and kept to the itinerary schedules. With their sharp eyesight, good networking with other drivers and best efforts to search the vast grassland, we saw the Big Five within the first two days of our adventure. We’re fortunate enough to see leopards twice in two parks, with one resting on a branch early in the morning and very excited to find cheetahs, lions, Grevy’s zebras, herds of African elephants on land and in water, baboons, wildebeest, antelopes, gazelles, hyenas and many other distinctive animals in the following days. Supply of mineral water was more than sufficient. The guides were also knowledgeable: giving us brief yet interesting facts about the country, the locals, Masai culture and Kenya which is famous not just for the exclusive wildlife, tea or coffee, but also timber and pineapples while passing the plantation and farmland.
We’re impressed by the accommodation: a country club in Aberdare, lodges and tented camps within the reserves which made us feel being a part of the Nature. We could within reach with such small animals as dik-dik eating grasses early in the morning or at sunset and hear the chirps and whirrs of birds and insects. The food for most part was good, too.
We’re thrilled to see families of hippos in the water and the lake; crocodiles at riverbanks, many amazing birds: the lilac-breasted roller, eagles, crowned cranes, guinea fowls, hornbills, quails, flamingos, and many more at Aberdare and Amboseli sanctuaries. Never expect to see such a wide variety of distinctive wildlife and birds so closely and safely, credits must go to Usuf and Francis who are always nice and considerate.
A value-for-money private tour package. 5 stars if James could have arranged a bigger van to accommodate 9 travellers each with at least one or two luggage cases for airport transfer at the time of arrival
It is an amazing and unforgettable travel experience. James and his team are great to work with. Everything was executed to near perfection. We highly recommend James and Wildlife Sun Safaris.

they provide the best service even some problems happened.next time please organised best to avoid.
we think this safari tour can provide the best arragements for us according our requests. and can communicate us very quickly.but some problems should avoid next time.one is the conflict between the booking domestic flight time and our departure time to Seychelles for the last day. another is the Enkorok Mara Camp booking for us is short of water for 2 days and we can not bear it for 2 days without taking a shower. however they changed a camp finally.

Great first experience of a safari.
Initial contact & general communications - strong, lots of emails and phone calls to ensure our trip was well organised.
Trip was well structured. Guide gave excellent service finding animals. explaining about different animals, tracking, local culture. He worked very hard, maximising the time on game drive. Lots of fun with him!
Camp location was wonderful - overlooking river where we saw Hippo, Elephant, Giraffe, lots of birdlife.
Comfort was basic but this was fully explained to us in advance. Food was good.
I would recommend this company and team strongly

All in all a fantastic experience!
4.5/5 stars
We had an amazing experience on our private 8 day camping/lodge safari with Furahia (Tarangire NP, Ngorongoro crater and Serengeti NP with a day in Mto wa Mbu on the way). Our guide and cook were fantastic and the animals we saw blew our expectations away. Honestly, our guide was the best, comparing notes with others on safari we knew we were getting very high quality viewing and his decades of experience really showed in the Serengeti.
On the administrative side, we were able to make a detailed itinerary via email and communication was superb prior to the trip. We also met the owner when we stayed in Mto wa Mbu and he explained the good work the company does that supports the community. We did realize during the safari that our guide did not receive the detailed itinerary that we had made so we had to request and negotiate with the guide and cook the arrival and leave times some days. It can be tiring for the guide especially we understand but we wanted to make the most of our time on game drives so had the times written on the itinerary. The itinerary was also a bit ambiguous about the suggested tipping amount - per car or just the guide.
The campsites were as expected, and the camping gear that we hired was comfortable. The jeep had big windows and was a little worn both inside and out but we had no problems nonetheless. The owner was excellent with flexibility for our campsite in the Serengeti to allow us the best chance to see the wildebeest migration. This showed his dedication to our enjoyment and we really appreciated his efforts. The campsite location proved to be invaluable this season, when the migration was not as far north as expected so we were able to stay central and see the best of everything.
In the end we were extremely happy with our Safari and want to go back!
