I was assisted properly during inquiry up to booking, including organizing a pick up of my bag to the airport.thanks to Rita. BUT the game drive and the tour ended up a disaster.
Driver/Guide Rodgers seems to be always in a hurry and not giving options. While it is in itinerary that you should inform,the guide should also ask or atleast brief before the day starts. We were asked about the boat ride, but not the Crescend island. So we ended up doing twice boat and Crescent island. Convenient for the guide as the day finished early.
2nd, in Hells gate, he just dropped us in the gate, pointed the guide and the bike. Even he knew I do not know how to bike and dressed improperly,he said that there's bike for 2. Again, laziness. He should have atleast laid the options. Because cars can go inside the park.
3rd, on the last day, the safari will be cut because there is a protest. We should leave early. But the President of Kenya spoke at night and went in between the 2 parties of protester. The next morning no update from Rodgers. So I told him the President spoke last night. He got wild! Pull the car in Amboseli and did the safari.HE ASSUMED because I told him that, I want to still do the safari. Left the other 2 guest confused too. Created a scenario in Amboseli park. Refused to talk the whole drive. Didnt give me also the packed lunch.
Guides job is to atleast update with developing cases/story, right? And in case the situation got back to normal overnight, it is just fair for paying guest to maximize the day because after all, WE PAID FOR IT!

An Unforgettable Safari – Thank You, Noah & Gido
I went on a 9-day, 8-night tour with Mamnana Adventures, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish.
The itinerary was perfectly organized by Noah. I spent seven incredible days on safari, followed by one unforgettable day at Serval Wildlife, then enjoyed a city tour before flying to Zanzibar for a few days of relaxation.
Our safari guide, Mr. Gido Peter, was truly exceptional. His knowledge, experience, and incredible eyesight were remarkable as he could spot every animal long before I did, whether it was large or small, hidden in the bushes or out in the open. He was also funny, friendly, and made every game drive enjoyable. He is simply an outstanding guide.
Another thing I really appreciated was how flexible the entire itinerary was. The organizers Noah were always willing to discuss and adjust the program to suit my preferences, making the trip feel very personalized.
I truly loved every moment of this journey.

Indigo Safaris did an excellent job and Shannon Maclean really did marvelous to attend our wishes
We were a bit late with our booking of a game safari to the Okavango region in Botswana. So it wasn't easy to find a suitable venue that both complied with our style of travelling and fitted to our availability dates. Eventually a place was found: Gomoti Villas. This turned out to be a really marvellous resort, right on the Gomoti river, with hippos, darter birds, elephants, etc. The lodge provided excellent guides that took us to see a great number of animals and birds, could tell us a lot about their habits and took all the time we needed at every site. The rooms were well equiped and the meals delicious. In the evenings we copuld sit around a nice warm fire place.
Indigo Safaris kept us well informed about the bookings and the answers to our queries about the lodge, park and services. Everything went very smooth and also communications with the lodge about changing arrival and pickup times were perfect.
So, we had a great time at a great location that met all our dreams. Thanks a lot Shannon and thanks a lot Indigo Safaris.

Outstanding organization and professionalism
We had an amazing rtop to Namibia! The landscapes, wildlife and overall atmosphere of the counrty were simply incredible.
The locall travel agency did an excellent job organizing every aspect of our journey. Everything was perfectly arranged, from transportation and accommodation to excursions and daily activities. The team was professional and always ready to assist.
