Prisca and the company were a pleasure to deal with as it was my first time in Africa. She was patient and knowledgeable for my many many questions and was very quick with responses and changes to my quote as my criteria changed. They were responsible for the airport pickup and dropoff and were very prompt and courteous throughout. The vans were comfortable, and they even helped and waited for me to obtain a local sim card. When there was an issue with my flight, she was immediately on the phone with the airline to help resolve. As well, when I wanted to upgrade my accommodations in the middle of the safari, she was able to find a room last minute. Very reliable service and value for money. As I was a shared tour, I joined others and ended up with another company - Serengeti African Tours - which I will review separately from this.

We had an amazing time on our safari with our guide Wyckliffe. He made the trip so enjoyable for us and has a vault of knowledge about Masai Mara, the animals and Kenya in general.
The safari drives were amazing and we got to see loads of animals. The sunrise hot air balloon experience was 10/10, definitely worth the early start.
One of the most beautiful places in the world and we are so grateful we had a great guide and lovely group to experience it with.

Awesome Kilimanjaro Machame Trekking
It was an unforgettable Kilimanjaro experience as we went trekking via the Machame route. We completed the trek in 7 days, adding an extra day to better acclimatize, which helped us reach the summit safely. We had two wonderful and expert guides who led us through the climbing trail while ensuring our safety throughout. The food was amazing thanks to our resident chef Musa, which kept us energized throughout. We both reached the summit and owe our success to our amazing and outstanding crew.
