Bob was closely involved while planning our trip and especially during when we were on the road. The vehicle was comfortable enough considering the bad roads. Richard, the guide/driver was professional and very friendly and always attentive to our needs and requests. The success of our Gorilla and chimpanzee adventure is mainly attributed to the excellent organization of Shuttle Hospitality.
