A fabulous lifelong memory, thank you Safari Soles!
5/5

"Where should I start for this review? "-I've been thinking about this while I was on my way back yesterday, and I really don't want this journey to be end......

Now, I am sitting at home, sorting the pictures and videos I took during safari, and tons of memories flooding to me. Here is the story:

When I had an immature idea about doing safari in Kenya and Tanzania, I started explore all different kinds of tours listed on Safaribooking's website, and this was the first time Safari Soles came into my sight. I listed 30+ safari tour operators whose ratings are all above 4.9/5.0 and sent emails to all of them regarding the tour plans and quotes. Among them, it is the Douglas whose reponse is the one that impressed me most: very responsive, responsible, scrupulous, professional and kind. The itinerary and quote are well organized and totally satisfy my expectation for safari. After a couple of emails, I decided to choose Safari Soles, which turns out to be the best decision I've made for travelling in recent years. The hotel and lodge arrangement are all perfect, the facilities and meals provided there are superb. Thank you Douglas, for organizing such a wounder tour for us!

The first day we arrived at Kilimanjaro Airport, Safaris Soles arranged a driver Frank to pick me and my friend Yihan. Frank is a very nice and warm person, who always wear a smile on face. On our way to the Arusha town, Frank kindly tell us things about the upcoming Safari tours, Arusha town, Tanzania and so on. The most important is that I Iearned the phrase"Hakuna Matata" (means no worries/carefree/take it easy) from him, which you will probably hear all the time through the journey because the local people says this a lot. This phrase has now become my motto, for everyone who reads this review: Hakuna Matata!

Our Safari trips started on the second day, when we met our tour guide in the early morning: Godlisten! I still can't believe the tour has ended now while I am typing your name. Godlisten is a very experienced, professional, kind, and respectable person. Together with him, we visited Tarangire NP, Central/Western Serengeti NP and Ngorongoro crater, and we saw a lot of animals: lions, elephants, giraffes, hippos, zebras, hyenas, crocodiles, wilderbeests, bufflos, gazelles, a lot of different kinds of birds and so many others...... He told us the stories about the animals we saw and the places we travelled. He is a person who deeply love this country, this land and the people who lives here. He shared a lot of stories about the local people and this country. He wish more people can come here and visit this beautiful country, to experience and to know the real Tanzania. I fully appreciated this and am willing to share my experience to more people. More than a tour guide, he is a care and responsibel husband and a father of three kids. I often noticed that, when we finish the safari and back to the lodge, he made calls to his wife about the family stuffs and the learning progress of the kids. My best wishes to you and your families, I hope one day your kids will be able to pursue their study in China! All the best!

On the last day of this tour, Safari Soles arraned a driver Chief to take us to do a hiking in Kilimanjaro mountain, where we saw the Materuni waterfall, explored the local viliage Materuni and had a coffee-tour. Chief is very warm, nice and professional, who helped us carry stuffs, take pictures, share stories about local people and the new and first ever female president in Tanzania: Samia. We had a wonderful lunch at the Materuni viliage to taste the authentic local meal, which is very very delicious! I missing it now while I am typing this...... One fun thing is that we watched and learned how coffee was made in Materuni villiage. We are involved in the coffee-making process and made the coffee by ourselves!

Every story has an end, so as this one. I wish I could stay there longer and explore more...... Instead of seeing it as a end, I am willing to take it as a start for the rest of many tours I will have in Tanzania in the future. Like Godlisten told to us while we finishing our safaris: "here, we don't say goodbye, we say welcome back!".

Yes, I will be back! Thank you Safari Soles, Douglas, Godlisten, Frank, Chief, the staffs of the all the stays, and everyone else who are part of this journey. Thank you all so much for everything you have done for us, we couldn't have all of these wonderful memories without your help! We trully appreciated that!

This is a lifelong memory......

Our 7-day Kenyan safari with Bison Safari, expertly guided by John, was an unforgettable experience.
5/5

We recently enjoyed a 7-day Kenyan experience with Bison Safari, arranged by Maggie. Our main focus was the Masai Mara, where we celebrated our birthday in the bush. Maggie and our guide John quickly organized everything, ensuring we had an unforgettable adventure.

John, our guide for the safari, was exceptional. He helped us spot the famous Big 5 with remarkable speed and provided us with a wealth of information throughout the trip. His passion for animals and impressive driving skills turned our journey into an extraordinary adventure. John wasn't just a guide; he became a friend.

The food was another highlight of our trip. We never imagined that we would have such a wholesome and delicious lunch in the middle of the bush. It was a delightful surprise and added to the overall enjoyment of our safari.

Overall, our experience with Bison Safari and John was breathtaking. It was a wonderful blend of wildlife, excellent guidance, and exceptional service. We highly recommend Bison Safari and are grateful for the amazing memories created during our trip.

the best experience of my life
5/5

hands down the best experience of our lives. My boyfriend and I booked a 4-day Safari, we had high expectations and they were fulfilled. The accommodations (a luxury camp tent and in a resort) were excellent, during the 4 days of Safari we saw all the animals thanks to our wonderful Guide. Communication with the tour operator has always been fast and willing to fulfill our requests. See you next year!

About: Bujo Tours
It’s definitely a YES!
5/5

We went with Bujo Tours on 5-day safari to Nyerere NP and Mikumi NP. It was a marvellous experience. Antony was our guide and he was great - open, flexible with a lot of knowledge about the parks, the animals, the plants but also about Tanzania. He was
The camps we were staying at - Africa Safari Selous in Nyerere and Camp Bastian in Mikumi - were very good, especially the latter one. Persistent in looking for different species of wild animals. A very good driver.
The 5-day tour comprises a lot of travelling but it was a great opportunity to see the normal life in Tanzania. Last but not least, thanks to Sweve - the communication before booking the tour was very good, Sweve was flexible and cooperative, he responded very quickly to all questions we had.
We definitely recommend exploring the wild Tanzanian nature with Bujo Tours!

Bony (driver) is brilliant
5/5

Was a once of a lifetime trip, and our driver Bony was the reason for it. Bony was outstanding, knows the best spots, where all the animals are, friendly, and was dedicated to make our trip worth while. He made sure everything was okay, food, accomodation, in turn contributing to the perfect trip. In terms of value for money, it is definitely worth it. Overall the service provided was 10/10, and could not complain

One of our best travel experiences ever!
5/5

I am so happy to enthusiastically recommend Blue Crane Safaris! From our initial emails with Derek, who helped us plan the perfect tour for our group of 5, to the trip itself, with our amazing guide Me-Gusto, the folks at Blue Crane went above and beyond to make this a remarkable visit. I'm a travel writer, and have traveled extensively around the world—this was absolutely a first-class experience. Me-Gusto was wonderful company, and taught us about Namibia's natural history, wildlife, botany, culture, history, and geology. He got us to the right place at the right time for amazing photos, and took into account the individual interests and abilities of everyone in our group.

In all honesty, I had the best week ever. People, nature, food it all comes together.
5/5

From the start to the end, this has been a great experience.

Peter the owner was always quick in responding to any kind of question I had. He also helped out with the commutation when my luggage got lost during the flight.

My tour guide Anderson was taking care of everything trying from A to Z, always having my best interest in mind. I can’t thank him enough for everything I have seen and learned in this beautiful country. As a solo traveler I was relying on his communication and was answering all me question, we had a lot of fun, serious talks and also silence on long drives never felt weird.

Go new wings!

Excellent naturalist/guide. A+
5/5

Godson was one of the best naturalist/guides I’ve ever had lead a trip like this. We wanted to see as many birds and animals as we could in a 7 day trip and Godson did his utmost to find them. Not only did he know where various animals generally lived, but he educated us on details about each one. He is naturally curious and incredibly knowledgeable about almost all aspects of the Serengeti having lived his entire life here. He is also a Maasai tribal member so he could explain much about their lives and lifestyle. I’d gladly take another trip with him!
