The day was good despite the absence of lions on our visit. Lovely to see many rhino.
The elephant orphanage park was excellent and we were there in good time.
The garage santiary was also a worth while visit especially for our Irish visitors.
The whole day tour was well organized and went smoothly.

Francis was absolutely excellent. From the moment we met, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we had a great conversation on the drive to the lodge. As an experienced safari guide, Francis knew exactly where to go for the best views of elephants and other wildlife, making the experience truly unforgettable.
He was also extremely accommodating, going out of his way to ensure we had the best possible time. No request was too much trouble, and he always responded with warmth and professionalism. Francis answered all of our questions in excellent English, and he shared fascinating insights about the local culture, environment, and Kenya as a whole. His knowledge and passion made our safari experience even more special.
Kibo Camp was also excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The rooms were lovely—clean, spacious, and well-maintained—and the food was consistently excellent.
We were also lucky enough to catch a glimpse of Mount Kilimanjaro, which made the experience even more special. Overall, it was an outstanding tour from start to finish.

Fantastic company - Trip of a lifetime
Thank you so much Golden Rwanda Safaris! What an amazing and unbelievable trip. I went as a solo female and was well taken care of the entire time. My guide Muhamed is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and made sure everything was taken care of. The owner Frank is quick to respond to messages. Everything was so well organized for my 1 week trip. The lodges felt like 5 stars, people were so nice, gorillas and Akagera were amazing, had time to visit a coffee farm. Thanks again for organizing this trip of a lifetime.

A Dream Honeymoon Trip - Serengeti National Park and Masai Mara with Guide Sammy
We booked a 7-day safari in Serengeti National Park, Tanzania, and Masai Mara Kenya for our honeymoon with Uwezo Adventures, and Sammy was our guide. The care and professionalism they showed every step of the way from start to finish was truly impressive. We were lucky enough to see cheetahs hunting, lions resting, and even saw a herd of Elephants. Sammy was knowledgeable, patient, and a great tracker. Our accommodations were eco-friendly and luxurious, which provided a complete experience of comfort amidst nature. This trip was not just a tour but a memorable start to our relationship.

An unprofessional and disorganised tour operator that prioritises convenience over customer safety,
I had one of the most disorganised and stressful safari experiences with this company. From the start, communication was chaotic — I was left waiting alone for hours, squeezed into the back of the vehicle despite a car sickness note, and later found I’d be sharing a room without any prior notice, even though I’d paid for a premium package.
Throughout the trip, there were repeated safety concerns:
- A suitcase was lost due to improper handling. We were stranded in a random village with no clear plan.
- The replacement driver was rude, shouted at passengers, and deliberately rushed our schedule.
- Our promised hotel was changed last-minute to a poorly maintained alternative during a thunderstorm. I got food poisoning after dinner.
- Our game drive was cut in half with no explanation.
- $47 in change from a ticket was taken by the driver — I only got it back after repeatedly pushing.
- Worst of all, I was left completely alone at the Tanzanian border for hours — no guide, no help, with a dying phone and no way to reach anyone. I felt scared and unsafe.
This experience was not only disappointing — it was dangerous. As a solo traveler, I expected better planning, communication, and basic duty of care. I cannot recommend this company unless they take accountability and make real improvements. If you care about your safety, please do not book this trip.

We feel Scammed, cheated and abandoned
Unfortunately, our experience with Mi Viaje Expedition has been absolutely disappointing and frustrating. After making the payment for the reservation, the agency completely disappeared. They do not answer calls, do not answer messages, and we even believe that they have blocked us. It is evident that they are only interested in money, they do not offer any kind of attention or follow up. We feel abandoned and swindled.
The most painful thing is not only the money lost, but the stolen illusion. We were planning a trip with a lot of excitement, and this agency has left us empty-handed and heartbroken. There is no seriousness, no professionalism, and certainly no reliability.
⚠️ Warning for future travelers based on our experience: Do not trust Mi Viaje Expedition.
Please don't put your money or your dreams at risk. There are many serious and responsible agencies, but this is not one of them.

Amazing Experience
Tanzania has several national parks for safari and these parks have different sceneries. Thus you can observe the animals in different sceneries like near the lake, on the rocks or in the bushes. People are very friendly and hospitable and they make you feel safe all the time. Overall, my safari in Tanzania was amazing experience.

Hi, I'm Luis Aveiga from Ecuador. It was my first time in Kenya, and Africa in general. I had a lot of doubts about how the safari would go, where I would sleep, and the tour in general. But thanks to Pavillion Safaris and Tours, and especially to Peter, I was able to clear all my doubts. They were very clear with their planning, and everything was perfect. They picked me up at the Nairobi airport and were with me for the entire 7 days of the tour. They were always attentive to everything we needed and coordinated everything.
