Everything stated about the tour went as planned
The accommodation, safaris were excellent as well as food drinks and service. The staff were very attentive and looked after us very well. The only drawback was the small bus transfers to and from Johannesburg taking 6 hours with barely 1 only 5 minute stop along the way during a refuel stop. The bus was full and provided minimal leg room for large people.

Professional and Prompt
An African Safari was one of the trips on my bucket list. Kimgoni Tanzania Safaris help me to achieve this dream by kicking off my adventure with a drive in Arusha National Park and shopping at the African Gallery Museum. Philipo and team were professional and provided great customer service (timely responses to any questions or concerns via email and WhatsApp). I was undecided on what to do in Arusha, but the team provided me a list of options and was very flexible with my schedule.
I highly recommend selecting Kimgoni Tanzania Safaris for your Safari adventure.

Thoughtful, well appointed and organized tour.
Everything about our tour has exceeded our expectations. All communication was excellent and the trip flowed smoothly from location to location. Alex was always conscious about where he was taking us, where to place to vehicle to ensure optimal pictures. He is extremely knowledgeable about the park and the animals (even willing to answer our kids most ridiculous questions). We can't recommend he and Morningstar enough.

Very satisfying trip with some room for improvement
Overall very satisfying trip.
Good : Our driver, Dickson, was professional, knowledgeable and caring. He was always trying his best to spot animals and was kind and respectful to everyone in the group. Also very good driving skills.
The two full days in Masai Mara and Amboseli are definitely the highlight of thr trip, beautiful scenery and we saw all of big five.
Food and accommodation are surprisingly decent.
Bad: The Masai village is definitely not recommended. Though this is not the fault of travel agency nor driver, I still feel like being robbed(one guy tried to take my watch!).
The planning of the program could use some work. There were a lot of non-stop driving, we missed some activities due to traffic and unforeseeable incidents, but no detriment to the overall experience.
I would still recommend anyone to take on this wonderful journey, just beware that this is a budget trip, so set your expectations accordingly.

Wasting time and boredom
The day before departure, I confirmed how to pick me up at the airport by email, saying that someone would be waiting outside with a sign with my name on it. But when I arrived, I didn't see the driver. I contacted the travel agency through WhatsApp before the driver was arranged to pick me up. I waited for a long time.
After coming to Kenya, all the times told by the people here will not be on time. Please be prepared to wait for 15-30 minutes each time.
Our driver Kikito was very enthusiastic on the first day, but the car broke down halfway on the first day, so it wasted a lot of time, resulting in a very short time in Masai Mara on the first day, and only saw some common animals.
The second day was the best day of the entire trip. The driver took us to find many animals and saw lions and cheetahs.
After that, the drivers of Nakuru, Naivasha Lake, and Amboseli were very perfunctory and did not look for animals seriously. Moreover, Nakuru only stayed for 2 hours, and the day's trip ended at 2 pm. It ended so early, which surprised all of us!
On the fifth day, there was suddenly a girl on the car. The driver said she was an intern from their company. But our car stopped several times for her to take pictures of animals. I felt that she was more like a guest. We arrived at Amboseli very late that day. When I got off the car, I asked the driver to turn on the lights because I wanted to get something, but the driver refused. I know that the lights can be turned on in the car because they were turned on in the past few days. I don’t know why he refused to turn them on that day. The lights were not broken. This made me very confused, and he was in a bad mood. I don’t know why he was unhappy and brought this mood into work.
On the sixth day, the driver drove very slowly and wasted time with us all day in Amboseli. The car broke down in the park, causing us to waste a lot of time waiting. We didn’t see any animals that day. They were all wildebeests, antelopes, elephants, and giraffes that we had seen before.
The last day was even more outrageous. The driver actually stopped the car and arranged for us to wait in the car while he had breakfast and coffee leisurely in the restaurant. His breakfast time can definitely be described as leisurely.
After the trip, I felt that it was a waste of time. Everything I saw could be seen in the zoo, but I spent money to come here to waste time. I didn’t receive good service either.

Unforgettable Solo Safari Adventure
I recently embarked on a solo trip to Kenya with Kenya Tulia Safari Holiday Arcade, and it was truly a wonderful experience.
From the moment of booking to the actual journey, everything was smooth and hassle-free. My driver-guide, Suleiman, was fantastic and made my trip unforgettable. The game drives were particularly amazing, conducted with utmost respect for the wildlife.
The accommodations were excellent, staffed with smiling and kind individuals who were always ready to assist.
Kenya itself is a beautiful and magical destination, and Kenya Tulia Safari Holiday Arcade made the experience even more memorable.
