Precise and Professional
We had really a wonderful experience climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro with the team of Mr. Steven, and I can only suggest his crew for all the other climbers.
Mr. Steven and Mr. Godfrey delivered an experienced guidance and a passionate commitment throughout the whole ascent, and the rest of team was simply incredible in supporting us in all our needs and make the climb feel very easy.
Managamenet organized by Mr. Christian was always very precise and punctual.
Top experience!

Amazing experience with Suricata, in Serengeti amd Ngorongoro
The safari was a perfect trip into the wilderness. Our guide, Freddy was a very well prepared person in wildilife knowledge, he explained everything about each species’ habits, way of living, way of hunting or feeding and many others.
Each day included also a bush lunch prepared by our chef from Suricata, with tasty traditional food and refreshing drinks.
Last but not least, we had great accommodation arranged by the guys at Suricata, in Sernegeti and Ngorongoro, with perfect food and magnificent views.

Smooth sailing. Perfection really
Everything ran perfectly. The transport, times etc. Our guide was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and gave the animals space whilst we watched.
Can't recommend the tour company enough. Memories that will last a lifetime.

Great Guide, perfect organization, excellent team and accommodation
We did a six day safari with Big Cats Safari starting in Arusha with our two daughters (16 and 18 years old). We had Venance, who was the perfect guide for us, very knowledgeable and helpful, pleasant and friendly - and a skillfull driver on the tracks of Serengeti. We especially loved sleeping in the luxurious tens of Intimate Camps and encounters with all of the Big Five during the great Migration. The team of Big Cats Safari was perfect in organizing the entire trip for us - excellent and fast in communication and definitely worth the price.

The most wonderful trip!
We had a wonderful tour around Rwanda. Everything was great - the wildlife, scenery, accommodation and hospitality. Vincent was our guide/driver who was fantastic. He catered to all our needs, was very kind, considerate and flexible.
We recommend Speke to any future travellers to Africa.

Perfect two day safari tour!
We booked a private two day safari with African Masterclass to see the Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
Everything was very well planned and executed. We were picked up at the airport late in the evening, driven to a nice hotel in Arusha for the night before starting the safari the next day.
We had a very nice and skilled guide, whose name I unfortunately do not remember. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable.
We got to see 4 of the 5 big ones, which we are very pleased with. The only thing we didn't get to see was the leopard. After the safari, we were driven back to the airport by our guide. There was plenty of space in the car and the food served along the way was good. Between the first and second day, we spent the night at the Marera Valley Lodge, which can really be recommended.
I feel we got good value for money and had an experience of a lifetime. Will happily order again.

adventurous Safari
The safari was well organized! Our guide Frank was very good, friendly, knowledgeable and showed and took our wishes into account. We visited Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater and were lucky enough to see the Big Five. I can recommend this organization - Lui Tours - with a clear conscience.

Great service and nice experience
Steve from Ramja is very nice and patient. He helped checking a few accommodation options till we confirmed the one I preferred. The driver, Edson, was also nice and well experienced. He listened to our needs and we spent a good time in this safari tour.
Steve also speaks fluent Chinese if anyone needs to communicate in mandarine Chinese.

Very professional and knowledgeable about his subject
The tour was organized by Abou Safaris, the quote was sent very quickly and we only had to worry about our plane tickets! Abou is always punctual, knows the reserves he has been exploring for over two decades, he speaks excellent French which is practical and has a very good sense of humor! In short, it was an idyllic stay, we were able to admire the wildlife and take beautiful photos because he also knows how to position himself for the photographers (he practices himself). The vehicles are suitable and comfortable (plus he drives very well)
In short, I warmly and happily recommend...

Take a different tour operator.
I would not recommend Focus in Africa and neither the tour we did.
We did the budget safari and as one can immagine, the accomodation was budget (mostly tents), the food was basic, and the car was not of high quality (the door kept on opening and our cook had to hold it the whole drive). Sometimes our lunch boxes had no cutlery. But this is okay. The sleeping bags were of low quality and outdated for which reason sleeping in the Ngorongoro crater camp was extremely cold. The agency only seemed in the mood to answer when they needed something but completely ignored us when we had requests.
But what we found really not nice was our guide Brisont. He really did not put any effort in making this more that a basic experience for my fellow 5 travellers and I. He did not tell us anything about Tanzania or himself and left us always as soon as we arrived at the camps. In the national parks he did not search for animals or explain anything to us but just drove from A to B. Also we were always the first ones to arrive at the camps in the afternoon and the last ones to leave in the morning. But what we found was most annoying is that we had less time than we should have had in Serengeti Np. Briston himself explained that the permit was 12 hours long- but we entered at 15:00pm and left it at 12:30pm the next day, only to arrive way to early at our next destination again, where he left us as soon as he had dropped us.
Do yourself the favour and spend more money on a tour agency that knows what professionalism means.
