Reliable, friendly and client-centered service
My family and I had a wonderful experiemce visiting the Masai Mara for 2 days tour, organized by Kennedy Sagwe of Doyen Safaris. Kennedy was very helpful right from the first start when I made an inquiry all the way from Solomon Islands. He kept advising both by email, phone calls and WhatsApp to ensure I received the required info on time to inform my decision. Kennedy organized comfortable accommodations and great meals as part of the package, and I must say my wife and kids had a great time.
I intend to visit Kenya again in Dec 2017 or Jan 2018, and I shall confidently rely on Kennedy's advice to plan the activities of this second trip with my family.
Kennedy was entirely trustworthy with money and we got exactly what we paid for. He was humble and respectful to us during our entire engagement with him.

Review about Camdeboo National Park by Hans van der Boom
At Camdeboo we especially loved the scenery. Did not see many birds there.

Highly responsive, competitive pricing
I went with Cross Country for a May 2017 trip to Zambia primarily because they were consistently over time the most responsive to my inquiries and their price was competitive. I wish they had stronger knowledge of camps at Kafue NP in Zambia to tell me that animal viewing in May would be better at a riverside camp than at Kanga Camp which is deep in the bush. But the 2 camps they chose at South Lwange (Flatdogs and Chichele Lodge) were excellent. They were understanding when I wired $200 less than I was supposed to as an oversight and agreed with my suggestion of providing that cash on arrival, which was flexibility I appreciated. I mainly just appreciated knowing that if I sent an email, I'd hear back quickly, even if an interim response.

Good Price Quality Ratio
For my second visit to Uganda, I was wondering if I should self drive or use the services of an agency.
Tourland Uganda made me a very attractive offer (much lower than the competition) and showed great flexibility upon creating the itinerary.
All in all a good experience with a reliable agency, and a very good and very motivated driver / guide, Emma.
The special moments are definitely Gorilla Tracking and Chimpanzees Habituation (far superior to Chimpanzees Tracking)
Queen Elisabeth NP was a huger disappointment but for the Kazinga Channel
Murchison Falls offers good wild life viewing all in all
Beware that Uganda is a very expensive destination.

Review about Pilanesberg Game Reserve by Mohammed
Although a relatively small Reserve, Pilanesberg is popular due to its proximity to the Sun City resort. Very scenic with a mountainous section and a large dam which is a refuge for local birds. Lots of Wildlife present and one may be lucky enough to catch sight of one of the large carnivores which are scattered across the park.

Review about Pilanesberg Game Reserve by Princess Lindy
The wild life we saw was limited to Zebras and Springboks mostly. We had fun during our Brazil lunch in the middle of the game reserve.

The most amazing and pleasant wild life experience
Being the largest game in SA, the beautiful land, which borders onto Mozambique offers a magnificent scenery, being situated in the warm par of SA, Mpumalanga, the weather is always great which is also favorable to all the wild animals hosted by the game reserve. There are many hotels and guest houses in and around the Kruger and the one we stayed in offered was rightly positioned on the border of the Krruger river and we could still see some animals wondering along the fence. Inside the game game reserve we was a host of wild animals, birds, vultures and reptiles. We were able to see 4 of the Big 5 animals, we didn't get to see the Rhinos. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
