The safari was amazing !!
Our guide and driver, Nkoile, was super cool: very kind, he answered all our questions, he shows us amazing things and teaches un lot of information. As he grew up in a Masai villege, he knows perfectly all the National Park.
About Jungle Roam, they were very reactive to answer all our Mays an questions. Everything was as planned.

The tour guide was extremely friendly, accomodating and made the experience very enjoyable.
Our safari experience was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we were picked up, everything was seamless and well-organized. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about the wildlife and landscapes, and his passion really brought the whole experience to life. We were lucky enough to see lions, elephants, giraffes, and so many other animals up close, all in their natural habitat—it felt like something out of a documentary.

Grace was polite, details-oriented, and eager to please; composed our safari with our preferences
All budget group consolidated safaris are catered by agents such as Inspired Feet, so on a day with a group we were often put together for up to 3 days with people from various agencies. I did like most of the accommodations Grace booked for us, and the Tanzania driver was excellent. We went through at least 4 different drivers and different groups of travelers for the Kenya part.
We patched together a 12 day combination of Kenya and Tanzania.
And we had lots of extra requests that were not common with other groups, so we had the Hells Gate bike tour all to ourselves and our government guide. Do watch out for park rangers asking outright for bribes and charges that are actually pre-paid. Hold your ground. Grace advocated for us on such matters in two instances. She has a professional disdain for corruption and was helpful.
Grace had a lot of interesting Nairobi choices for us, prior to going off on safari. We really liked her a lot and tipped her at the end for all of her care and personalized efforts.

Very accommodating and answers quickly.
The tour operator was very quick to answer all my emails and took care of everything, including domestic flights and additional excursions I wanted (like hot air balloon ride). The operator was also very accommodating with me when it came to changing the departing flight destination to my next city (instead of flying back to the original city where we flew in)
When we arrived, our friendly guide, Tumaini, picked us up from the airport and took care of everything for us. We just sat and enjoyed ourselves! The game tours were so so fun, and Tumaini made sure we had good views of all the animals. He was very knowledgeable about the safari and its animal. It was an unforgettable experience!
The lodge we stayed at was clean, all food included, and had very friendly staff.

The booking process was very smooth as well as the communication via email with Inviolata.
We booked a 4-days private tour to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorogoro Crater. The lodges were stunning as well as the service. Real value for money.
I also would like to express my appreciation for David (Sharubu), our driver. He made this safari a real pleasure and an amazing experience. He knew all the answers on the questions we had about the parks and animals and also told us many new things we didn’t know. He took good care of us during the bush lunches (hot lunch) and it was so nice to spend 4 days with him.
All in all i would definitely recommend this operator and especially David!!

Our safari guide, Regy. He made sure we were comfortable, explained everything in detail and had knowledge of all animals we were able to see! We saw The Big 5!

Kiliclimb takes excellent care of you and helps you create memorable experiences
We booked a 5 day safari with Kiliclimb which included Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP, and the Ngorongoro crater.
From the start the communication with the people at Kiliclimb was so easy. They responded to our questions very quickly and nothing was a problem. When we arrived at Kilimanjaro airport, manager Janeth was there to pick us up and she had brought a bottle of sparkling wine with her to welcome us to Tanzania. It was such a nice gesture, we felt very welcome. The day before the safari we spontaneously decided that we wanted to go the Chemka Hot Springs near Arusha. It was already a bit late in the day but within an hour Moses had arranged a driver + guide for us. Again, nothing was a problem.
During our 5 day safari we were very lucky that we had driver Julius with us. Not only was he a safe and very good driver, he was also very experienced. He knew the national parks like the back of his hands and really went the extra mile to create a memorable experience for us. This resulted into seeing the Big 5 and also the Great Migration of the wildebeests crossing the Mara river. Unforgettable. Julius also knew very much about the Tanzanian wildlife, we really learned a lot from him.
We booked the 'mid-range' package in terms of luxury and the accommodations certainly lived up to that, if not exceeded them. We thought all the accommodations were nice, comfortable and clean. Also, all the meals were good. My partner is vegan but that was not a problem and they made sure there was enough to eat for her as well. During the safari, Janeth occassionally contacted us to make sure we were happy and if there was anything we needed.
Everyone we met at Kiliclimb made their best effort to create an amazing experience for us and they really succeeded. We felt very much taken care of and we would highly recommend this local Tanzanian company.

Great communication and even greater guide
Our guide Tobias was excelent and show us every animal we wanted to see. He was also really knowledgeable and describe any animal and place to us. The car was a little bit old but we didn’t have any unpleasant situations such as flat tire, so it didn’t bother us. The accommodations were perfectly placed (we have all of it near the parks or inside the parks). The food in the hotels was really good.
