I would highly recommend Kubwa Five safari for your East African adventure. From the very beginning of planning, they were incredibly helpful and informative and answered all my questions promptly.
As the trip approached, I requested a zoom meeting so that I could meet some of the staff in person and have additional questions answered. They were very happy to accommodate this and put any last minute. concerns, I might have had to rest. They also sent me a photo of Charles, "king" Charles, who would be our guide for much of the trip, so we would recognize him at the airport.
Charles was waiting patiently for us at the airport and made us feel so welcome. It was like we known each other for years. Any request we had, he tried to make happen. All of our accommodations were comfortable, warm and welcoming. The food was great and the Safaris really changed our lives. Being so close to the magnificent wildlife of Uganda was humbling. And the people in the communities we visited welcomed us with open arms.
We also spent 7 days/6 nights in the Rwenzori Mountains in the excellent care of Rwenzori Mountaineering Service. Our main guides, Hezron and "Papa" John were skilled mountaineers and made us feel safe and comfortable on a grueling 7 day adventure to 15,000 feet.
At the end of our mountain trekking, Charles was there waiting for us with water and off we went to end our trip in Kibale National Park were we trekked and hung out with chimps. Awesome. Once again, the accomodations were wonderful. Even on the way to the airport, Charles went out of his way to make our last request a reality. We wanted gum boots to take home. Charles found a hardware store on the way to the airport and made it happen.

Sunset Adventure Safari - deserves its top rating!
We, a group of four, thoroughly enjoyed our 14-day Northern Parks safari tour in Tanzania combined with a holiday on Zanzibar Island.
From the moment we arrived, we were cared for and watched over for our every need.
Everything was well organized, communication was easy: Emma and Anna promptly answered all our questions via email and WhatsApp.
I cannot say enough about our experience with the company.
Special shout out to our guide, Sele! One of the best!! We saw everything we expected to see, including the Big Five and much more thanks to Sele.
We enjoyed his company very much. He was very professional and knowledgeable, a careful driver.
Friendly and calm, with a great sense of humor, very sociable, always smiling. He saw the savannah well and found animals and birds that we would never have noticed.
In the morning the car was always clean and ready to go. He even stayed at the airport to ensure we were on our way to Zanzibar.
The accommodations were all fabulous and the food was great. Drinking water was always provided both by the driver and in the lodges. Our favorites - Heart and Soul Lodge and Ngorongoro Wild Camp. We wish to stay a little longer!
The transfer from Arusha to Zanzibar was also well organized. Dhaw Resort resort is small and cozy, very clean, and right on the beach so we could enjoy the ocean view from the bar :). This was a great place for us to relax before long flights home.

Incredibly amazing African safari experience!
Godfrey Willy and his team at African Traits are top notch! I’ve visited 6 continents in my lifetime, and the Serengeti safari tour and Zanzibar experience that were planned and carried out by the African Traits team were my very best experience by far! The guide team was well versed and extremely knowledgeable about the Serengeti, the accommodations and amenities were top-notch, and the overall experience FAR exceeded my expectations!
Major kudos to Godfrey and his team! On a scale of one-to-ten, I would give them a rating of 15!

It was our first stop on the safari, where it was very easy to see a large family of elephants taking a bath, some giraffes, and many zebras. The park is very beginner-friendly for starting a safari.

Without a doubt, it was one of the best trips I've ever taken.
I was not only amazed by seeing and searching for animals but also by the natural beauty of the place. We were able to spend a night at Engiterata Adventure Camps, a beautiful place! At night, we heard lions and hyenas near the camp—it was amazing!
The camp staff prepared breakfast for us outdoors at dawn while we watched the sunrise.

The visit was spectacular!
We visited Ngorongoro at the end of June, and we had a cloudy and windy day, but that didn't stop us from seeing lions, elephants, hundreds of zebras, wildebeests, ostriches, and rhinos. Dress warmly if you go mid-year.
