Tops: I needed an operator to pick me up in Kigali, drive me to Lake Mutanda, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Lake Bunyonyi and Kampala, and Gari tours was recommended by a colleague.
It proved the right choice, with Immanuel and Christine helping out with the options and planning - always quickly responding to my questions - and arranging payment by banktransfer in instalments (as creditcard not possible).
The driving was done by Eddy, who is a great driver and very friendly travel companion. After the trip, he even came back to hotel to drop off a souvenir that I had left in the car. The recommended lodges and hotel were all excellent.
Tips: fix airco in car. Provide more info on the gorilla tracking in advance (for example the possibility of hiring a porter to help climbing the slippery slopes). Get a better feeling of the best spots to make photos on route.

I’m so happy about everything related with the tour. I even changed the dates and the schedule due to visa problems, and despite of the they, every single details was wow! Perfect timing, very careful picking about the restaurants and the food, and the best part - amazing safaris!

well organized and safely enough.
we joined the safari trip from the end of March to the beginning of April, we enjoyed the trip a lot. It is raining season, but in our case it rains someday only at night, it is sunny in the day time so we can enjoy the view. It is after the breeding season, we saw many babies which are super cute. the temperature is just right, not hot. not too many tourist, not crowded. the price is reasonable, the trip is well recognized, and our guide Martin is so nice. It is also a good chose to go in March and April, and I highly recommend Pavillion Safaris .

Jack is an excellent, personable guide with years of experience and connections we benefited from.
It is hard to describe how amazing our Kenya safari tour with Axis was. Each of the locations we visited (Masai Mars, Nukuru, Naivasha) had amazing animals,lodgings food, and service. Our guide, Jack, is well known and loved in the guide community and was able to collaborate with other guides to make sure we got to see the best spottings of the day, wherever we were. The whole trip wad like a highlight reel for us. We traveled as a family with 3 kids 5 to 10 and another family of 5, kids 9 to 15. Everyone had a marvelous time from oldest to youngest. The whole experience was smooth, safe, and enjoyable for all. I highly recommend it! Communication with Axis was easy and efficient throughout.

Chloe put together a comprehensive itinerary for our stay in Zimbabwe. The accommodation at Pioneers Lodge was outstanding as was the morning tour of Victoria Falls and the sunset dinner cruise with Pure Africa. The three day safari conducted by Wild Horizons staying at Sabel Valley lodge near Hwange National park was amazing. Highly recommend Off2Africa as a reliable travel expert.
