A trip of a lifetime!
We are truly glad we chose this tour. It was an unforgettable experience from start to finish.
When we first received the quotation, we were planning to stay at the hotels listed in it. However, by the time we were ready to make the bookings, some of those hotels were already fully booked, as we were traveling in August, which is a very busy season. Even so, the tour team kindly helped us find alternative hotels that were similar and just as suitable.
The time difference between my country and Tanzania is also quite significant, but the tour team was incredibly responsive and always willing to help, even late at night. We really appreciated their kindness, flexibility, and support throughout the planning process.
The hotels arranged for us were all very good, and the safari camps were especially wonderful. Our driver was also fantastic and made the safari experience even more special. He had an incredible amount of knowledge about the animals and was able to answer all of our questions. We learned so much from him throughout the safari.
The highlight of the entire trip was, of course, the safari. Thanks to our wonderful driver, we were able to see all of the Big Five! We are particularly interested in photography, and he always took the time to position the vehicle in the best possible spot, allowing us to take some truly amazing photos. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made a huge difference.
At first, we wondered if the tour was a little expensive, but looking back, we can honestly say that it was worth every moment. The experience, the support, the accommodations, and especially the safari made it completely worthwhile.
We are so happy we chose this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania!

A huge thank you to Jeremy, our guide / driver, who made our safari exactly what we wanted. He listened to all our requests, was always safe and careful, and above all incredibly respectful of the animals.
This is a truly ethical safari company, and that was probably what I appreciated the most.
Despite the many hours on the road, the vehicle was very comfortable and always spotless. Jeremy was always there when we needed him, without ever being too much, and with just the right touch of humour.
And the wildlife… lions, elephants, giraffes and so many more. We couldn’t have asked for a better safari!
A big thank you also to Lewis for taking care of all the organisation beforehand and making everything so easy.
I would recommend Unscripted Safari without hesitation — although part of me would rather keep them a secret! 😉

Wow, wow, wow is a phrase we heard often from our excellent guide John as we experienced so many amazing things with him on our 5 day safari through Tarangire National Park, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater and he was indeed right to say this!
We saw the big five multiple times with up close views.
We witnessed a herd of elephants having fun bathing, a pride of lions 23+ eating their zebra breakfast, sleeping leopards and cheetahs, munching giraffes, mating lions, migrating wildebeest making their river crossing to name a few!
Bird watching was also amazing from the smallest, most colourful, eagles, vultures, secretary birds and Kori bustards to the huge ostriches.
The accommodation at the lodges and tented camps was excellent with wonderful, friendly staff. Food was abundant!
Our private transfer from
Nairobi was arranged through Jackson and was an easy option to get to
Arusha in comfort, with the drivers guidance at the border crossing.
We did a private tour for the three of us and so had plenty of space to move around the 7 passenger seats pop up roof safari jeep. A comfortable vehicle with extra padded cushions for driving along bumpy roads.
The price was very good value overall and we couldn’t have asked for more on our trip. Remember to bring a good amount of extra cash for tips as is the culture here for everything.
We have no hesitation about recommending Top Selected Tours - Adabert was very helpful getting the trip booked along with Jackson taking over when we arrived, any questions answered.

Gilbert made the trip unforgettable thanks to his profound knowledge/understanding of the area.
From my experience with Ndutu Green Explorers, they provide great services including luxurious accommodation, kind staff and expert drivers. Our driver Gilbert made the trip an amazing experience, within the first two days we had seen four of the big five, including 2 leopards and getting to watch the wilder beast's great migration across the mara river. On top of this, throughout our weeks stay not only did we see the big 5, but saw countless families of hippos, cape buffalo and even cheetas. Overall, 10 out of 10 experience.

Our Ndutu tour was an amazing experience for our whole family. We saw everything you could want to see - migrations, a Mara River crossing, so many animals (including the Big5), the Ngorogoro Crater and much more.
Our camps each night were welcome retreats with great food and spectacular sunsets and sunrises.
