Amazing safari tour (4 days 3 nights)
We had an amazing safari journey with Rocky, who is a very interesting and funny guide. This 4 days 3 nights safari trip was beyond our expectations. We saw dozens of animals (including 4 out of 5 of the big fives), on the most beautiful parks near Arusha. The food was excellent (thanks to Tito our cooker during these 4 days), the accommodations were clean and comfortable, and our guide was more than excellent! I strongly recommend Suricata 100% !

Amazing safari with Suricata
We booked the 4-day safari to Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire with 3 nights in tents. Our guide was Rocky and he was the best we could have: nice, funny, very experienced, he knows everything you want to know about Tanzanian wildlife and culture. He was always trying to please us and this made the journey memorable. The food by our cook Tito was amazing too, one of the best food we have had in Tanzania so far. He was also adorable and nice. The safari in itself did not disappoint, the landscapes and animals were mind blowing. We would recommend 100% going with Suricata. And if you do, ask for Rocky and Tito, you won’t be disappointed !

Unforgettable Tanzania Safari
My wife, son and I had the experience of a lifetime with Gilmag Safaris during our fifteen-day tour of Arusha, Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Zanzibar. All correspondence before, during, and after our tour was timely, personal and professional.
Every moment; from my first email, to my constant, "what if we did this", to even the ‘I HOPE YOU LANDED SAFELY BACK HOME’ ... this level of caring only comes from people who love their country and love to make sure everyone who comes there has the time of their lives.. Mary worked with us to tailor the tour and it was wonderful.
Nickson was the crown jewel of the tour—polite, incredibly informative, very intelligent and friendly in his conversation and explanations; helpful beyond any reasonable expectation. He met us at the Kilimanjaro International airport with a big smile which never left. He is also an excellent driver. The accommodations chosen by Gilmag Safaris were wonderful; beautiful facilities, hospitable and excellent staffs. We’ll always remember the tour with fondness and we’ll never forget our guide, Nickson.
Without Gilmag’s precise planning, time management, connections, and passion for Tanzania, we would have missed many learning opportunities. By the end of our adventure, we had fallen in love with the people, food, music and beauty of Tanzania and Zanzibar

Very professional and flexibel organisation
After we send a message with our wishes for a safari we had contact through Whatsapp and it was very easy to book what we wanted. Questions were answered immidiatley. We wanted to be picked up somewhere for the safari and that was no problem. We had a great safari for a good price. Our guide, Simba, was the best you can get. He knew all the answers to our questions and had a good eye for details. The accomodations and food were great, It was a great experience.

Amazing adventure!
First of all to thank Vanessa and for the extraordinary planning of the Safari. Charles, our guide was fabulous during the 7 days we were together. A professional and wonderful person who with his calm and experience gave us unique moments. My children are still talking about him after our return :)
The hotels were fantastic (Mara Bush Camp, Tawi and The Cliff) with a friendly and always present staff.
It was the best family holiday we have ever had and I wish to return for another adventure with Spirit of Kenya!

Bandits
I went on a mount kenya safari and would not recommend this firm at all.
They charged extra when i arrived in the morning and we also ended up paying for items that should have been included (like transport back to nairobi).
Additionally, the pre-trek guidance was awful - they didn't provide an accurate itinerary or a list of required items. This meant we had to buy extra stuff when we arrived. We were also very surprised (and disappointed with the lodgings).
There are better and professional operators available!! From now on I will only use KATO-certified operators!

Excellent Tour with Gasper! Big Thank you!
The agency and the guide are excellent organizers and always answered our questions before and during the trip. The Jeep was always in an excellent state. Gasper, who was our guide, took really great care of us, and we always felt safe during the trip! Gasper has excellent knowledge of the parks and animals, and we were never bored with the amazing stories he shared with us ! We highly recommend Gasper and Kilimanjaro Adventure Safari Club !

She was so kind and helpful. Whenever i wrote her, she replied my all questions as soon as possible.
Safari and trekking was amazing. Tour and daily plans was well organised and punctual. We felt safe and we enjoyed the time a lot. Our guides were quite experienced and knowledgeable. Also Camp Bastiani was so nice place for acommodation. Especially yards and foods were so good. I highly recommend everyone going by Mwangaza Safari. Hope to go to Tanzania again and having another experience by Mwangaza Safari:)

WELL PLANNED ITINERARY AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
We just came from 12 days self drive safari tour in Namibia organised by CrissCross.
We choose the company on previous online reviews and they did not disapoint.
They organized the tour in a record time and answered promptly to any inquiries we had.
Accommodation and food on the trip were excellent. The lodges (3-5star) were fantastic- interesting locations and unique styles.
We enjoined every minute of our trip.
We already discused with Thinus about next trips in Namibia and neighbouring countries.

Easy to deal with, very competent, expert and friendly driver/guide
My wife and I booked a seven day safari. We had an absolutely amazing time. The booking itself was very easy. Jong, the owner was able easy to deal with. We were able to make several changes to the original itinerary to reflect the kind of animals we were hoping to see. The advice he gave on what to pack and how to prep for the trip (documents etc.) was spot on. No surprise fees or hidden costs- Note some operators offer packages neglect to include park entrance fees which can add up.
George, our driver was fantastic. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We had elected to book our trip so that we had the van to ourselves. Highly recommended if that works for your budget. Every single game drive was a success, we saw multiple elephants, lions- alone, in pairs and as a pride, cheetahs (including two feeding), Hippos, wildebeest, warthogs, more birds than I can remember. We took amazing photos and I’m still doing post processing on most of mine.
George knew exactly where to go at each park, and was always able to find amazing scenes. He was always happy to answer any of our questions about anything. It was a treat to get to know him.
We visited Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli. We made two day stays at Masai Mara and Amboseli and added a stop at the Sheldrick wildlife trust. (https://www.sheldrickwildlifetrust.org/), this is a great organization, if you can make that part of your visit, don’t hesitate to do so.
We selected a moderately priced package which included hotels, meals and unlimited bottled water. All the hotels were very close to the park entrances. All the hotels were great, good food, bar available, internet service in the lobby and dining/bar areas.
Highly recommend these folks.
