Perfectly planned adventure accommodating all our hopes!
Our trip was fantastic - exceeding our expectations! We travelled with Jon for 2 weeks and from the moment of pick up to drop off he was professional, accommodating, detailed, knowledgeable and fun. Even the planning over email before arrival was all clear and simple.
Our highlights were the chimpanzee habituation - 4 hours hiking with a ranger to find chimpanzees that are still getting use to people - we were so close - it was magical! And 2 days of gorilla trekking - Jon planned for us to visit 2 families and on different terrain - it was tough and so rewarding!!!
We also learned about the culture while we travelled to destinations and saw beautiful landscapes as well as leopards, lions, even cubs, elephants, hippos, buffalo, and visited the rhino sanctuary. Plus they planned a special anniversary night for us with signing and a cake - what a surprise! Can’t say enough about the trip and detail Jon put into it always ensuring we were happy and having a great time.

Good driver, good experience but fair company
Our driver Anthony was good, reliable and responsible. He tried his best to get us da best place to see the animals! We saw the big five! The animals were so closed to us! Amazing
As for the company, it’s just fair cuz I wasted so much time on the payment in the office. They would convinced you to take money from the bank rather than paying by card so that they can charge you more from the rate. So remember to bring enough USD/EURO if you don’t want to waste your time on the bank. This happened to other tourists from other companies too. They play the same.
One more thing you need to expect is that you’ll stay with other tourists from other companies and they might have different schedules, so you will not follow the exact schedule that they’ve sent you.
But the only thing matters is the driver and the ppl staying with you in the tour! So gd luck!

What an amazing experience! A dream come true. Many thanks to Walter for organizing this trip. Everything went smooth and there is absolute nothing that could be better. Epic Safari and Kilimanjaro Experiences
We were happy to go on safari with Gecko Adventure Tanzania because they are simply the best safari people we have encountered in our numerous travel around Africa. Rama is so knowledgeable about the parks & animals and he freely shares his experiences. We were lucky to have him as our guide on the first phase of our Tanzania trip that took us through Ruaha, Selous and Saadani. These parks were magnificent with little human traffic but numerous wild animals.
Our safari was followed by Kilimanjaro trekking for eight days via the Lemosho route. It was well organized and we had an amazing crew that took excellent care of us.
We all made it to the summit. I would change absolutely nothing about this trip. It was perfect and filled with memories that will last a lifetime.

Amazing, just amazing...Go for it
My wife and myself traveled to Zanzibar for a one week break from Spain, our intention was not necessarily to do a safari but on a cloudy day just browsing in the hotel room I found the contact details of Justine from Shammah Wonders and within minutes we had contact by Whattsap and I had a fully detailed quote with all the necessary details and planning. We chose a one day safari from Zanzibar by plane to the mainland Neyere National Park. A driver was arranged to pick us up to the airport, once there we were immediately welcomed by an Shammah agent who gave us our boarding passes and we went directly to the plane, at our arrival Erik, our guide, welcomed us, arranged all the permits and within minutes we drove of into the adventure, Erik was the cherry on the top of this trip, he was extremely polite and communicative, his knowledge of the animals and nature is simply amazing. Also worthy of mentioning are his driving skills, thanks to these and his instinct we managed to see about all there was to see, giraffes, elephants, lions, zebras, antelopes...you name it and he will find it and get you the perfect camera angle, it all ends with a nice lunch at an idilc spot to relax and comment the day, after that for us it was back to the plane and of to the beach again. A perfect trip: One of the best agencies we have travelled with in Africa
We have experience travelling in Africa and doing safaris (more than 12 in 8 different countries) and I have no doubt to say that Gundua is one of the best agencies we have travelled with. Very professional from the beggining: quick answers, a lot of details showing their knowledge of the country... It is nos easy to choose as there are more than 50 agencies in Arusha, a lot of them working with freelance drivers working for several of them. And travelling with a 7 years old little girl it is more important for us th make the right choice! Gundua can be new but it is clear that the owner has many years of experience and knows the right drivers and the right camps and hotels. Our first feeling was correct: fair price (for the same price we stayed in better camps than other agencies were proosing, perfect communication and organization, nice and efficient driver (thanks Saidi for this great time! Great guide and Tour in Moremi Game Reserve
We just returned from a day trip to Moremi Game Reserve with our guide Kaiser. Not only that he was very careful and responsible to the nature and animal (many guides from other companies were not!), he spotted many animals from a huge distance and so we saw Jackal, Lions and even a Leopard.
That was the 2nd Trip with Mosu (Mokoro boat trip) and both were well organised in time with superb guides and have taken place in cars in very good condition.
