Great people, great experience
We had a great experience thanks to Musafa Tours.
The booking process went smoothly and our contact, Joel, was always swift with replies to our questions. We had a 3 day tour to Tsavo East and West. Collection from our hotel in Nairobi was on-time, with Joel also there to introduce our driver and guide, Peter. Our minivan was basic but became our home on the road.
Peter was a great host and a safe and experienced driver. He answered all manner of questions and requests. Most importantly, he was amazing at spotting various animals and pointing them out to us.
The accommodation at Serena Lodge was even better than we expected. We were able to watch countless animals coming and going at the watering hole right in front of us as we ate dinner! From the balcony of our room, which was clean and in good condition, we could also see animals wandering by. Aruba Lodge was good too although not quite the same level as Serena (no wifi in rooms).
The journey back to Nairobi is long but not unpleasant. Peter was very accommodating and we were dropped at a convenient spot near the airport for our flight back to UK.
I would definitely recommend Musafa Tours.

Unique Experience
We would like to express our deep gratitude for the excellent organisation of the Safari and the marvellous tour guide George. We spent a unique time in Kenya’s national parks and spotted countless animals (e.g. all of the big 5 on the very first day in Masai Mara). Sure, we were lucky, but it wouldn’t have been possible without the professional driving and observation skills of George throughout the whole tour. This was our first Safari experience and Lion King provided us with an experiencie that fufill our expectations. We always felt well supported from the time of arrival to the airport until our departure as their team provided all the clarificatications swiftly. Our guide during the visit, Salehe, was always on a good mood and ready to respond to all of our queries. He made us fell that we could always decide when to move or to take a bit more time to experience the magnificient nature sorrounding us. We were able to watch closely all the animals and enjoy the beautifull landscape. It was one of the best turistic experiences of our life.

Fantastic from start to finish
From the moment we submitted a request for information, to being dropped off at the airport at the end of the trip, the entire experience with Tanzania Roadside Expeditions was faultless. Paul, the owner, was extremely prompt and helpful via email during the booking process, allowing us to tweak some of the accomodation options to make the trip exactly what we wanted, and helping us with all the planning and preparation ahead of the trip. The price offered was also very competitive, beating the other companies we enquired with.
All local transfers, including flights and taxis, were taken care of for us, and at every step of the way everyone was perfectly on time, and we were kept informed of all the logistics around our trip, which was good for our peace of mind.
As for the actual safari itself... all 4 days were amazing, as we drove through spectacular locations and saw all the wildlife that we had hoped to see. Our guide Justin was outstanding - as well as being extremely professional and skilled at what he does, he was very personable and happened to be great company for 4 days! Thanks to his expertise we got to see all of the "Big 5", among all the other magnificent animals, and were able to have an experience that we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro-The best experience, dream came true.
In February 2022 me and my friend Robert, we hiked Mount Kilimanjaro through the Machame route with Braventure Africa. It was a lifetime adventure for both of us.
I began to trust them when i emailed for the quote and Veronica responded quickly and very professional. Though my friend had no experience in mountain hiking at all, he made it to the top and the whole Braventure team was very happy singing and making us feel very special.

Very organized 5 days safary by Perminus!!!
Perminus made me an offer with many different options and gave me a lot of details about the safari!
He recieved me in his office in Nairobi an took a lot of time to planify these 5 days!
I would have given 4 1/2 stars but I could only give 4 or 5 so it was 4!
If I rate my experience with ‘only’ 4 stars it’s because of my driver! He was always on time and just nice but that was it! He has not given me the impression that he was really passionate about his job! I have done several other safaris (Tanzania,..) so that I could compare! I spoke during my stay in the lodges to other guides who impressed me much more an he was so much on his phone (while driving, lunch, when I offered him a drink) that it was a bit annoying!

Rada Safaris is a really reliable and experienced tour operator.
We booked a 3-days safari tour to the Murchison National Parc and it was just amazing! Rada made sure that everything from the beginning until the drop-off at the airport goes smooth. We realized quickly that Rada is not only super friendly but also really experienced. He booked great accommodations for us and organized even spontaneously a tour to see the chimps. The game drives in the parc itself were fantastic as Rada knows the best spots. Besides the leopard we have seen all of the big fives and plenty of other impressive animals. In the evenings he brought us to the best restaurants in the area. It was thanks to the great organization as well as the unique landscape and wildlife a great trip that I can strongly recommend!

Amazing safari, unforgettable experience
We were guided by our almost artistic, very caring, highly experienced and patient guide Mr.Castro and best driver as well , who enabled us to discover and watch from very close distance for the big 5 and many more wild animals, an unforgettable experience. He was always available, when needed, and thus we felt very comfortable and safe.
They got us from the airport to the safari and they dropped is back to the hotel they even booked train since we are going to visit mombasa.
We will never forget this extraordinary adventure! Thank you Castro and all staffs in kariba safari professional work .

Friendly and informative - knowledgeable team
Communication with Ines from the start was excellent - we had a call to go through requirements, budget and potential itinerary. She continued to make adjustments to the itinerary throughout - adding in options that were more or less costly depending on our preferences.
On the tour itself, all transfers were seamless and on time.
The only feedback area for the team is to not charge a booking fee for card transactions.
