One of the best holidays that we have ever been on, it had everything and our guide was fabulous.
Everything was absolutely first rate: great lodges, great food, fabulous guide, fantastic scenery, the organisation ran like clockwork, and the country is a special place. Highly recommended.

A unique experience
We decided to do our shared honeymoon with some friends in Tanzania.
We contracted our trip with Safari Africa United and without a doubt it has been a great success, Cornelius has been a wonderful host
It has been an incredible adventure, the country is wonderful, but the personal and professional treatment of our guide has made our trip something unique
Many thanks to Cornelius and Monica for the organization and for making the trip comfortable and fun
Without a doubt, I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who asks me
It has been a pleasure meeting you
A big hug to the Safari Africa United family from La Rioja

The driver, Kikitu,is a good tourist guide
It meet my expectations.
Though there is a flaw (the solar hot water system in my tent was found malfunction at one night) during this journey. But this not Axis Africa Safari's fault.
As a whole, I enjoy this journey so much.

Amazing Kenyan safari ( 6 days )
Great experience from the office to the safari with a great team. Jamilah was always available to answer questions even during our safari. Anthony is a great guide, knows everything and everyone, always in a great mood and with a smile. Always helped to accomodate our different needs. Our big five was completed and our safari a real and complete success. We definitely recommend.

Highly recommended for trips in Uganda
We took a 12 day tour with Africa Tours Adventure across Uganda. The initial communication was very smooth and Nicholas was able to accommodate all my wishes into our customized itinerary. He also supported us with our visa. Our guide Levan was very knowledge, reliable, a very safe driver. He made the tour a huge success. The accommodation provided exceeded my expectations in terms of quality of the food and rooms. Thank you to the entire team and I highly recommend Africa Tours Adventure to anyone wanting to visit Uganda.

Truly the Top Guides in every way imaginable!
Africa Top Guide Expeditions Ltd. (ATGEL) provided my wife and I (and our extended family of 16 adults and 3 toddlers) 26 incredible days of trekking, safari AND relaxation! We believe Top Guide more than lived up to the name, not only sharing the best of Tanzania’s sights, hospitality and accommodations with us, but also guiding me personally through a major health crisis and probably saving my life.
From the fully-certified safari guides, to the hired city-drivers, to the porters and hotel and dining staff, every person went many extra miles and hours to make our every experience in Tanzania enjoyable and safe. As would be expected in travel to rural Africa immediately 'post-pandemic', there were mishaps, including my health crisis on Kilimanjaro, KLM Air losing all our trekking gear, and unplanned flat tires. Not to mention entertaining grumpy crying infants AND seniors over hundreds of miles of safari roads. But through the entire 4 week holiday, our Top Guides (and ATGEL management) coped with every contingency with humor, wisdom, and kindness, so we never missed out on a single minute of the best times Tanzania had to offer.
We left feeling as if they cared for us as their own families and we can never repay them for their kindness to each one of us. We hope you, too, will be able to experience the wilds of Tanzania and and warmth of its people with equally wonderful care from truly the best guides we've met anywhere.

Trustworthy, reliable, and fun group of people
I hiked Mt. Kilimanjaro with Braventure and had a really great time. Braventure took care of all our needs. Veronica managed our booking and she is very responsive and helpful. At the beginning of our trip, our bags came in a day late. Veronica and Gudliving stayed up until 2 am to retrieve our bags from the airport and delivered it straight to our hotel room. They provided us with a very detailed trip plan and thoroughly checked our gears ahead of the climb. Their first priority is the safety of everyone in the trip. During the hike, they provided us with good food and hot tea before we even thought about it. They checked our vital signs thoroughly in the morning and at night. Unfortunately right before the final climb, I caught severe altitude sickness. Gudliving, Kilo, and Innocent acted appropriately. Kilo and Innocent accompanied me all the way down and I felt safe the entire time. I did not summit this time around, but fortunately I know there is a trust worthy tour company that is waiting for me. I will definitely come back and hike with Braventure again!

Amazing safari and Mt Meru climb
We had a great 9 day safari and 3 day Mt Meru climb with Lion King. Everything was well organized and went very smoothly.
Safari - Visited Tarangire, Manyara, central and northern Serengeti, and Ngorongoro over 9 days. We saw all the animals we wanted to see and then some. We were especially fortunate to see several wildebeest crossings of the Mara in late July, and some unfortunate wildebeests getting eaten by crocodiles. There was a lot of flexibility with choosing the schedule, and we were able to spend most of each day on game drives. A safari doesn't have to be this long to get a full experience, but we still saw new and interesting things every day.
Our guide Saleh was exceptional. He was knowledgeable about the animals and birds and good at driving us into a good position for viewing. Most importantly he was friendly and easy to talk with; his personality made the experience especially enjoyable.
We stayed at mid-range accommodations, which were always nice with friendly service, and seemed fancy to us considering the remote locations. We always had plenty of food for every meal, including lunches while on game drives.
Mt Meru - After the safari we spent three days climbing Mt Meru with our guide Saladini and a team of porters. The first two days were a little slow, but the summit day was absolutely beautiful and made the trip worth it. Saladini had a more serious style and was focused on getting us to the top, and he did that job well. We also really enjoyed our assistant guide Ben, who was especially friendly. Note that doing the climb in three days might be challenging depending on level of fitness, we had to get a ride from the last hut to make it down in time.
In summary I would highly recommend a safari in northern Tanzania, and I think Lion King Adventures is a safe bet to do it with.

Botswana Camping Safari at its Best!
Moonstroll did an incredible job handling our safari from start to finish. Everything that they promised in their summary of services and inclusions was delivered, without exception. All activities, including the mokoro guide and excursion/camping in the Okavango Delta and the Chobe river cruise are included in your up front safari price. No gimmicks, no add-ons. No surprises. Monametsi, the manager, took care of all of the park entrance fees and camping permits, etc. They provide the safari vehicle and trailer, the camping and cooking gear, food, fuel, etc. All you have to do is show up with your clothes, toiletries, camera and a great attitude. They take care of all of the camping set up and take down, meal preparation, cleaning, etc. We loved it.
We did our safari in a Toyota Land Cruiser with an attached trailer for gear. The staff that took great care of us included the professional guide/driver (20 years experience as a guide), the bush chef, and two assistants. All of our camp sites were primitive. It was just our family and our crew and the wildlife around us. The only way you know that you are in a camp site is maybe a small sign nailed to a tree. That's it. And contrary to the general perception out there, it was safe. You will hear the animals and they will come by or through your camp area here and there. We had elephants shaking the palm trees to get at the palm nuts on many nights. The other visitors included a pack of hyenas and some honey badgers. And in the Okavango, we even had a couple of hippos come right up next to our camp area one early morning as they engaged in a very loud shouting contest to establish dominance. Some nights we heard the distinct roar of a male lion in the area. It is an incredible experience. You are perfectly safe inside your tent at night. During the day, you stay within the perimeter of your camp area.
The tents are the more heavy duty Tentco 2-person stand-up tents. They add on an extension with three sides in the rear of the tent that is staked down where you have a porta potty and a shower. The staff will provide warm water for the shower and for your camp sink. These guys were great. The food was excellent. Our chef even made us fresh bread rolls every day along with amazing deserts. Each person will get a cot, blankets, and a pillow. The assistants will clean your tent and make your beds every day.
We went on the 14-day Wetlands and Kalahari safari. This was at an amazing price and well within a family budget for a family of 4 considering all of the areas we covered and all of the activities that are included in the price, especially if you consider how expensive safaris can be in Botswana. Your safari price includes everything except discretionary tips. There are no additional costs and no surprises. The trip included a couple of stays in a B&B in Maun at the beginning of our trip and after the Central Kalahari Game Reserve (CKGR) for a rest day. The itinerary is as follows; 3 nights CKGR (not to be missed), 1 night at Okavango Delta on an island (includes mokoro excursion (to get to the island) and bush walks on the islands, 2 nights Moremi Game Reserve, 2 nights Khwai Conservancy, 2 nights Chobe N.P.-Savuti, 2 nights Chobe N.P.-Ihaha. You will do a game drive in the morning, rest for lunch, then another game drive in the late afternoon evening.
The professional guide was amazing, Tshenolo. He had this ability to follow tracks in the road and spot cats from very long distances. He would listen to distress signals from other birds and animals and then scan the area. The wildlife that we saw was off the charts. We had 5 separate sightings of leopard up close and feeding, 3 of those sightings just us (no other vehicles). So many lions and prides, even sighting of 5 lions on top of a dead elephant on its side in the middle of a shallow river. There were so many other incredible sightings including packs of hyena, wild dogs, several cheetahs in Kalahari, caracal, you name it. And Botswana is probably the best place to see large herds of elephants. In Chobe at the Ihaha area, on one evening game drive we saw over 500 in the river valley below. It was incredible with over 1,000 plains game such as zebra, impala, wildebeest, red lechwe. Then the large flocks of birds (pelicans, egrets, giant storks, cormorants, ibis, spoonbills, guinea fowl, francolins, and many colorful smaller birds as well). On the other side of the river road in the bush were herds and groups of giraffe, kudu, baboons, Vervet monkeys, etc. We will never forget it.
We just can't say enough as to how amazing this trip was and the great service we received from the crew. Moonstroll may be a smaller company, but they are A-1 in terms of their operation. We booked this trip in late 2019 before the covid lock down in March, 2020. Moonstroll worked with us and gave us two years to do the trip. They honored our agreement without any price increases. I have no reservations in recommending this safari company and am highly recommending them to my friends and family.
