Arthur was such a blessing! Arthur addressed any concerns or questions that we may have had. Due to the festive holiday a lot of the surrounding accommodations were filling up and we needed to book for 20 plus people in group therefore we needed accommodations that were very clean affordable and one thar offered exceptional service. Arthur delivered! We enjoyed the Premier Lodge that Arthur recommended. The staffing at the Premier Lodge did an amazing job of catering to our needs. Daily, Arthur would check on us to make sure that we were having a pleasant experience. The best part of our trip or I guess the icing on the cake is when Arthur recommended the Bomba Dance Dinner! On top of that Arthur made sure that we would not have any problems with getting into the Bomba Dance so he personally came to make sure that we all were properly accounted for and seated at the Dance Dinner. We had an Epic Time there! ASM will be our choice for our future travel needs.

African Big Cats was awesome! We had a wonderful guide, Venance, who knew everything about all the animals and was a cautious driver to not invade or disrupt the animals. He also adjusted the drinks in the vehicle to meet our specific diet requirements and tastes. The overnight locations were LOVELY and all so different. From the start, we were able to adjust our itinerary to meet both our interests and our budget. Emmanual in the office, also SAVED us when we needed assistance with where to stay after the safari ended. He handled everything without blinking an eye when our previous plans fell apart DURING the Safari. I was able to relax and enjoy everything knowing he was handling other arrangements for us. He went over and above for sure! We HIGHLY recommend African Big Cats!!

Our guide Johnson was a fantastic. He has very good eyesight and lots of knowledge about all sorts of different animals. These skills were very helpful in finding a multitude of different animals. He also works very hard to clean the car keeping it in great shape. Johnson will do everything in his power to find you the animals that you are looking for. Amazing experience!

Amazing tour that met our expectations.
When we booked this tour, we didn't realise that it was a private tour run just for us. What great luck! All of the staff we dealt with, Oscar, Francis and Silence were accommodating to our needs and feel that they really took care of us. Nothing was too much trouble. They said that they didn't want us to feel like we were being rushed, so everything was at our pace. From being picked up at the airport by Francis, welcomed by the team at our hotel in Victoria Falls, and all of the tours and inclusions, everything went smoothly. Very hospitable people and company to deal with, so thank you for making us so welcome in your country.! The game drives were run by very professional operators and we saw some incredible and rare sights. If you are thinking about booking this tour, don't hesitate. I love the country this was my third visit
Our organizer was Mwema safari, Lu guide Paul was very kind, smart man, he provided us so much information about Kenya and its wildlife. Thanks to him we saw the so called big 5! He was even a skilled driver he managed in sometimes chaotic traffic jams.
Our accommodations were lovely, also the food tasted so good! We had a great experience !
