Great safari, saw everything and had a good time
Safari was great! Saw lots of animals and incredible scenery. Our guide Mudy was really good. Very informative, funny, and worked hard to get us to the animals. Our chef Salim was also great. Good food and comfortable accommodations.

I booked the Rwandan Gorilla trip directly with Golden Rwanda Safaris about 10months before travel. They organized my permits, hotel accommodations, airport pickup and a trip to the Genocide Museum for myself and my son.
Everything was as promised and more. The vehicle was spotless and Jean Claude was an awesome guide with impeccable English and knowledge of the region. We felt in safe hands the entire trip. I couldn’t recommend Jean Claude any more.
The city is spotless, and the museum and gorilla experience was extremely well organized. We only did one day with the gorillas which turned out to be perfectly fine. The hike wasn’t hard at all and we were in an “average” group. You get exactly 1 hour with the gorillas and they were so close they brushed by us.
The Genocide Museum was moving and hard to process. I think how they presented the event was respectful and allowed for quiet reflection.
Definitely worth visiting.

From the booking process all the way to the end of the trip Joagro has listen to our needs and expactations. They have provided us with at magic safari that will be in our minds for the rest of our life. The driver was very keen that we was satisified and enjoyed the trip. Food and accomodation was also excellent. We would like to recommend Joagro and the driver Barnabas when you want a safari that is above the average.

Serengeti Wakanda and our guide Andrew were incredible - perfect from beginning to end
This was the most Incredible experience for our family. Possibly our best holiday ever - such a great holiday for adults and children (ours were 11 and 14 and completely blown away). Our guide Andrew was incredible and we felt completely safe and comfortable from the minute the safari with Serengeti Wakanda started. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and incredible with our kids. We would recommend him highly and suggest that you request him! He taught us so much about Africa, the culture and the animals and he knew the parks so well as he has so many years of experience. He took us to the best areas and found us rare sightings. The accomodation was all perfect - incredibly clean and always helpful and friendly staff that were so kind to my children . We stayed at Mawe Mawe for 2 nights - a hidden gem with incredible views and food and beautiful and luxurious rooms and restaurant. The tented sites (Signature and Angata) were both magical and were like 5 star hotels and felt comfortable and safe with all the modern conveniences. We had elephants outside our tents and buffalo nearby - and were always safely escorted to and from our tents at night. We had a gourmet hot lunch every day in the National Parks with even table cloths and hot coffee. Serengeti Wakanda made certain that all meals were gluten free (suitable for a coeliac and a picky eater like our son!). Andrew went to every effort to make our trip comfortable he even made sure our car was fully stocked with drinks and always clean (not easy when on safari!!). We recommend Serengeti Wakanda tours and especially Andrew for an incredible holiday you will never forget. We saw 4 different parks and also had a perfect amount of time in the crater/caldera seeing every animal you can imagine because Andrew made it his mission to find them for us. If you want a well organised, comfortable and safe safari tour with an excellent company, then you should book with Serengeti Wakanda!! We looked at many operators and did a lot of research and we were a bit nervous about what to expect - but Serengeti Wakanda was so easy to deal with by email and in person. We had considered going some of the bigger operators but we are glad we didn’t because we saw lots of bigger operators but they did not seem to receive the same personal service we received. We are so pleased we chose Wakanda!!

Amazing, Safe, Professional and an Adventure of a life time
I was so overwhelmed starting our research for our East Africa trip with literally hundreds of tour operators and guides. After weeks of research stumbled on 'Bamboo Eco Tours'. It didn't take long until we locked them in to take us from Rwanda to Uganda for Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi.
Our driver Hurbert was fab, drove safely and was a really lovely person.
The story of the company also resonated with us as we loved supporting local and people that care and help others and this company are centered around that.
The communication was the most impressive for us. We received replies within 24hours especially with a Africa Australia time zone. The information that they provided was extremely impressive and so helpful. They put together a very professional itinerary for us to download which was beautiful and included information about each place we were visiting and staying.
The four wheel drive was really lovely, spacious, we had no issues at all.
I honestly cannot recommend Bamboo Eco Tours more especially to take you Gorilla Trekking and other adventures.

Great experience, all communication was very easy through whatsapp, Ruben was very responsive, we were collected from our accommodation each morning and brought out for the day. On the safari Benefit was a great guide and was trying very hard to find all the animals for us to see.

Our Kalangala island independence festival with Uganda Africa Safari was exceptionally well organized. We enjoyed VIP treatment from the moment of pickup from Kampala to the final farewell from the island. The guides were not only knowledgeable but also approachable, answering all our questions and providing valuable insights into the island’s history and culture. The tour was a perfect balance between sightseeing and leisure, allowing us to savor the essence of the island.
