It’s all about a good guide!!
We had an absolutely amazing five-day safari, and a huge part of what made the experience so special was our guide, Humphrey.
Humphrey was an outstanding guide from start to finish. He knows an incredible amount about the animals, their behavior, and the entire ecosystem. Thanks to his experience and incredible eye for spotting wildlife, we were able to see so many amazing animals – including all of the Big Five!
Our safari took us through some of Tanzania’s most incredible places. On the first day, we explored Tarangire National Park, followed by two unforgettable days in the Serengeti National Park. We spent the night at Simba Camp, which was an adventure in itself. Having wild animals around the camp during the night made the experience even more exciting and unforgettable.
On the fourth day, we visited the Ngorongoro Crater, where we were once again amazed by the incredible wildlife and scenery. On our final day, we explored Lake Manyara National Park, which was the perfect ending to an already incredible safari.
What really stood out throughout the entire trip was Humphrey. He was not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but also friendly, patient, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He always knew where to look and was incredibly good at spotting animals that we would have completely missed ourselves. He also explained everything in such an interesting and understandable way, which made us appreciate every sighting even more.
The five days were an unforgettable experience, and we couldn’t have wished for a better guide. If you are planning a safari in Tanzania, we can highly recommend Humphrey. He truly made our safari something very special!

Knowledgeable and informative
Our driver, Riki, was amazing! Friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He did a great job sharing information throughout the trip and made the experience enjoyable.
Unfortunately, due to factors outside of his control, we had very limited time in some of the parks, and the game drives felt shorter and more rushed than expected. While this took away from the overall experience, Riki himself was excellent, and I really appreciated his efforts despite the circumstances.

African Safari - A life time experience with the wild, a 10 days trip operated by Pavillion safaris tours was fabulous . 5 stars to Derick and his vehicle , he is an experienced game drive guide and made sure we got the best view and photos . Masai Maara left us with a splendid rainbow at the end of the day which feeling deeply grateful for nature's beautiful farewell.
Food Arrangement and stay arrangements were acceptable .
A Request - pls make sure the rooms of hotel stay are well allocated on same floor before guest checkin and confirm if all appliance working correctly.Hot water showers need to be checked.

Eric Nsengiyuma was prompt, friendly and very professional.
Reagan was my first contact when booking the 4 days Rwanda Chimpanzees and Gorilla trekking safari. She answered all my inquiries promptly and thoroughly. I did have a lot of inquiries because I was traveling solo. So I felt at ease about the arrangements.
My tour operator, Eric Nsengiyuma, was awesome. He was reliable, prompt and friendly with a great sense of humor. He made my trip something I'll remember for a lifetime. I highly recommend him!!! I was rather sad when the tour ended.

An unforgettable 5-day Kenya safari – highly recommended!
Our five-day Kenya safari was nothing short of memorable and went above and beyond our expectations. We were lucky enough to see the Big Five, along with so much other incredible wildlife and scenery throughout the trip.
A special mention must go to Mimi Kelvin, our fantastic driver and tour guide. He was brave, knowledgeable, helpful and always brought such good vibes to every day of the safari. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he always made sure we were comfortable, safe and in the best possible position to see the animals. He played a huge part in making this trip so special.
The only disappointing part of the experience was our stay at Lake Naivasha Resort. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations, and based on our experience, we would not recommend paying extra to upgrade to Option 4, as we did not feel it was worth the additional cost.
Aside from this, the safari itself was absolutely incredible. Seeing the Big Five in their natural habitat was a dream come true, and the entire experience exceeded everything we had imagined. We will remember this trip for the rest of our lives. Thank you again to Mimi Kelvin for making it such an unforgettable adventure!

Very active, Kind and organised person with good knowledge of the places.
It was our first trip to Masai Mara, the trip was very nicely organised by Alfred from Iyana africa tours, guided me all the time on the choices and pricing part, during the safar he kept checking on how our safari is going and wheather we are comfortable and enjoying gje safari or not and if any issue where he can assist, this is very commendable and highly appreciated.
Our guide Mr. Komora has been an amazing person who drove us everywhere and very nice person to talk to, very good knowledge of the places, park and most amazingly about Animals, he gave us all required details, information and he was very kind and happy with our kids, he become best friend with our younger son who asked him like thousand of questions and he was very nice with him..
I would highly recommend Iyana Africa tours for safari trip and Komora as your go to guide anytime.

An Unforgettable Safari
I had an amazing safari experience in Kenya with this company. From the moment I booked the tour until the end of my trip, the communication was excellent. George was always quick to reply, answered all of my questions patiently, and made me feel well looked after throughout the journey.
The safari itself was unforgettable. We visited beautiful places including Lake Naivasha, Crescent Island, Lake Nakuru, Maasai Mara and Amboseli National Park. Seeing elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, rhinos and so many other wild animals in their natural habitat was a dream come true. The Crescent Island walking safari was one of my favorite experiences.
It is fair to say that the trip had a few minor imperfections, such as the hot water issue at one of the camps. However, whenever I contacted George, he responded quickly, listened to my concerns, and genuinely tried his best to help. I really appreciated his professionalism and care.
Overall, this was an unforgettable trip and one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re planning a safari in Kenya, I highly recommend this company. Thank you, George, and the entire team, for making this such a memorable adventure. I hope to visit Kenya again in the future!
