In ten days we did a trek on Kilimanjaro and multiple safaris and game drives in the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Ndutu and Tarangire. We slept in exclusive facilities: tented camp in the middle of the savannah and breathtaking lodges. We spotted the big five and many other animals always accompanied by a professional and super helpful guide named Mainer.

Surprisingly amazing experience
Our tour guide was Rajabu. :) All good words toward him!
He is brilliant guide, smart and his knowlegde about nature and animals was super! He let us feel comfortable and we felt free to ask questions.
We didn't know much about Tanzanian life and he talked and introduced much about traffic, Tanzanian nation etc.
He was really calm in this super suicidal fraffic, never got nervous about other terrible drivers (bus drives).
He also cared about our food and was very polite in every communication - also with local people.
Food was good and accomondation was modest, but better than in tent :)
We saw a mamy different animals, more than we ever expected. Rajabu told us lot of storys about every animal.
Communication with tour operator (Donatus) was fast and fluent.
It was worth that money!

Life changing experience
Gorilla trekking has been at the top of our bucket list for some time and Golden Rwanda Safaris made the experience even better than we could’ve imagined. Everything from booking to drop off at the airport at the end of the trip was seamless. Communication was consistent and easy. Payment was smooth. The hotels were stunning.
Our tour guide, Taufique, was absolutely wonderful. He brought us around Kigali, showing us the highlights of the city and choosing an incredible restaurant for lunch that we never would’ve found on our own and gave us a true taste of what locals eat (delicious!). He was always punctual, kind, and informative. It can be intimidating traveling to a new country for the first time, let alone a new continent, but we felt completely taken care of with Taufique.
The tour itself was a dream. We loved Kigali and hope to go back to see more of it one day. Taufique brought us to Volcanoes National Park where park guides then took over to lead our trek. We ended up on the most difficult route (hiking almost 4 hours uphill in some rain and through thick brush) but it was beyond worth it. They choose routes based on physical fitness so many groups had hikes under an hour in much easier conditions. Our hike brought us to a family of over 20 gorillas where we saw multiple silverbacks, mamas, juveniles, and babies. I never imagined we would be so close to these incredible creatures but the hour we spent mere feet from them will forever be one of the best of my life.
The golden monkey trek was a wonderful bonus. That hike was super short and easy and the monkeys were beautiful and interesting. We were afraid after the exhaustion of the day before it would be too had to do another trek but this one was easy and well worth it.
I cannot recommend Golden Rwanda Safaris for a Gorilla Trek enough! We will definitely be back one day and hope to use them again.

Adventure of a lifetime with Tanzania Choice Safaris
My family of 4 booked a safari to 3 parks with Tanzania Choice based on the recommendation of friends who lived in Tanzania at the time. We are beyond pleased that we did; it was the adventure of a lifetime, even with all the great vacations we have had before and since. Our guide was Kakasii, and he made sure we were in right place at the right time to see an amazing variety and number of animals: hundreds of elephants, plus giraffes, lions, cheetahs, leopards, hippos, and so much more. His knowledge of the parks and the animals' habits ensured we missed nothing and came away learning so much. We will definitely reach out to Kaskasii and Brenda again when we are ready for our next safari adventure. Not only was the safari experience perfect, but Brenda helped us deal with adjusting plans when the airline changed our flights at last minute. They are the best!
