Great trip with a guide who new where to go in Masai Mara
We had a great trip with the guide James. He had knowledge of where to go and what to see. He could have given a little more detailed information while we were drivning in the park.
But a great guide and we highly recommend him.
We did a late request for a safari and we got a quick response. Only information we did not get was to not pay full amount via M-Pesa, the company made us pay 26 usd extra as a M-Pesa fee.

Ale & Astrida were wonderful, professional, competent, rapid and can handle anything - even me having to temporarily postpone my trip due to Covid restrictions. Ale also went out of her way to help me get to a location that was very dear to me. All my trip went like clockwork, and would definitely not hesitate to organize another safari with them. Exceptional 5 days of Safari!!
We did 5days with Raymond's Company and we are delighted. It is also largely thanks to our French-speaking guide Muddy who is a superb driver and a bible of Tanzania. He also has lynx eyes, he found us rock damasks resting on a rock and that was almost 100m away in a dense forest, that says it all. We also made the big five thanks to his eyes

Refund not payed according to homepage! No Money returned
I booked a travel for 8 people before the pandemic, according to the homepage the refund could be payed back without any problems, so I payed full amount of the trip.
Even if I have been in contact with the travel agency (marhabaholidays) and discussed a payback plan since I belive in trusting people, no money have been returned despite it is over 2 years of waiting.
Do not book with this travel agency!

NICE EXPERIENCE
It was my third safari this time with my girlfriend and friends! The experience has been awesome, we have been hosted in very nice hotels and we have been very lucky with the animals. Sure we will book with AMA next time! THanks Edwin!

Silas was excellent. Everything from arrival to departure was taken care of.
Mr. SILAS was there at the airport to receive us. He was always a text away when we would want any advice in Nairobi. Masai Maara was an amazing adventure. Good value and service
Booked this budget trip last minute and was very happy with my trip around the west and south west of Uganda. Considering the money I paid for the trip, I was pleasantly surprised by the good standard of accommodation and food and the guides were courteous and professional. I would definitely consider using Azas Safaris again and would not hesitate to recommend them.
