Wonderful (and well priced) safari!
We had a wonderful 7-day safari with Safari Multiways. Our guide/driver Amos was very friendly, courteous, and extremely good at spotting wildlife (and finding/knowing the best spots to find the animals). Amos was also very knowledgeable about the animals and plants, and always ready to answer our questions. Romeo (the owner/manager) had booked us into very comfortable lodges and camps, and had designed our itinerary to keep us away from the crowds (e.g., entering Tarangire Park through a secondary gate) so that it felt like we had the parks nearly to ourselves. This all made for a VERY memorable safari!

Hands-down, this was the trip of a lifetime. Aardvark Exp. was exceptionally responsive, trustworthy and informative. All of our pre-travel questions were answered promptly, and we had no worries that the Aardvark team would be at the airport waiting for us. The drivers were very professional, very safe on the road and extremely informative. Everyone we encountered spoke English and greeted us with a smile. Philemon took care of everything for our family (3 children ages 11 to 6) from hotel accommodations to boxed lunches (SO GOOD!) to transportation to and from the airport. The lodges/tents that we stayed in were some of the nicest places I've ever been in my life! Amazingly beautiful, hot showers, bottled water, pool, air conditioning, bug spray if needed, and the staff! Oh my the staff were fantastic everywhere we went, big smiles, songs, helping hands and very friendly. We always felt safe and never worried about our belongings being stolen or lost (except for a rogue baboon or two). Aardvark Expeditions is highly recommended for all of your travel needs in Tanzania! You will not be disappointed.

Affordable Safari with Reliable Tour Operator
My husband and I did a 5 day budget camping safari (with one night in a tented lodge) in February 2022. We had a great experience! We chose Safari Multiways after a lot of research because it was the best balance of affordable while still also being very reputable. Romeo did a great job listening to what I wanted and organizing a great itinerary. Given that this was a budget safari, I tried to manage my expectations regarding the safari vehicle, equipment, and food, but was pleasantly surprised. Our car may not have been the newest or fanciest we saw, but it was reliable and comfortable. Our tent was in good condition.
Our guide Amos did a great job spotting animals from far away and positioning us in the best spots. He was also very knowledgeable. On the second day of our safari, Pius, a newer guide joined us to get some more experience with the Ndutu area. Despite not being our "official" guide, he was quick to jump in and take pictures of us, and also took us back to the airport at the end of the safari, ensuring that we found a place to take the COVID test we needed to return to the U.S. Our cook Dogo made a great variety of soups, chicken, fish, and pasta for us during our safari. Even being a picky eater, I always had more than enough to eat.
I especially appreciated how the staff of Safari Multiways handled a medical issue I experienced. Amos was quick to communicate with Romeo when it was clear the local doctor we first went to was not going to be an appropriate option. Romeo advised Amos of a facility that catered more to tourists and had an American doctor on staff, where I received immediate and excellent care. Experiencing a possible medical issue while on safari can be scary and stressful, but I am so grateful Safari Multiways knew exactly how to handle it!

Laurien was knowledgable, an excellent driver, easy to get along with, and flexible.
We went to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara on a five day tour. It was amazing and Laurien was unbelievable adept at spotting animals. We saw a wide variety of animals, including the big five (38-40 lions) and many birds. We looked at other tours and Aquila was the best deal for a private safari. Bakari worked with us to find the best match for our needs.

Amazing Tour!
We hand an amazing tour from Arusha to the Tarangiri and Ngorongoro Crater! Abi out kind was very kind and explained us everything!
The hotel we stay was very modern and respected european standards! If we get the change to travel again to Tanzania we will for sure contact Savannah Explorers!

Unforgettable experience with the best crew
After reviewing and contacting some tour agencies, me and my husband decided to go with the Suricata team. They were super responsive since the beginning, available to answer any of our questions and to help, either by email or WhatsApp. And their TripAdvisor scores and amazing reviews helped with the decision.
When we arrived at Kilimanjaro airport, our transfer was waiting for us. Mr.T was super nice and took us to our hotel in Arusha for the night. He gave us our itinerary very professionally.
On the next morning Mandela came to pick us up. And barely did we know the amazing adventure that was waiting for us.
We picked up the rest of the group and started our way to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro. We picked our chef Saleem on the way there.
The safari experience surpassed our expectations, all due to the professionalism, kindness, knowledge and respect that Mandela and Saleem show for the community, nature and clients.
We got to see more than 40 species from close (and always safe) distance. Mandela was always super knowledgeable of the animals, curiosities and really taught us a lot in 3 glorious days. He mostly taught us how animals live in equilibrium and respect. And showed us how the amazing safari community in Tanzania does the same.
And Saleem! Having warm and fresh cooked food both for lunch and dinner made all the difference. And we got to try typical dishes from Tanzania, made with love.
In the end, we just didn’t want to say goodbye to this amazing individuals.
And thank you also to Ali, who welcomed us in the end of the tour back to Arusha. We really felt appreciated.
We promised, as a group, to come back. And We don’t have any doubts of the team we want with us. Highly recommend Suricata Safaris. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience. We left feeling part of the family!

Great Kilimanjaro Climbing
I am very happy that we booked our Kilimanjaro trek with Zara Tours. They actually did exceptionally well in all aspects of the climb. Communication during the planning phase was excellent, Mike was had timely responses and answered our numerous questions in detail. When it came to make payments the system was secure and there were no hidden charges.
Our experience in Tanzania was awesome from start to finish.
The team played their roles extremely well, from the professional friendly guides, porters, chef and toilet duty were excellent. We had reliable excellent equipment and a professionals team with us all through.
We are very happy that we made it safely to the summit.

During the safari, Our guide Lemomo became mora a friend than a guide. He was cheerful and helpful all the time but at the same time very punctual and professional. He took us to the best places to spot animals and explained to us the different species and fun facts about animals.
The hotel selection they offer is incredible and the attention and service was impecable.
