Had a fantastic half day Safari experience with Ozon Light Tours in Arusha National Park! Great value for all of the things you see. Isa, our driver, was an excellent guide and made sure to get us as close as possible to the animals. I would absolutely recommend!

Amazing safari and great in a crisis
The safari was incredible. We saw almost all the animals up close and personal. The tour has 6 guests in total and Emanuel (guide) and Ibrahim (cook) took excellent care of us. Vicent even managed to get us a upgrade from tent to room one night.
On the last day I became seriously ill with an infection. Emanuel drove me 6 hours to the hospital and stayed with me to translate with the staff.

Maasai Mara 3 Day Safari
The Maasai Mara safari was the most exciting experience of my life. We had the best guide who did his best to show us as many animals and the beauty of Kenya as possible. Thanks Maggie for the amazing experience you gave me. I would be very happy to come to Kenya again and go on safari with you!

Everything was just great as I expected. Especial thanks to our guide Shafino. He is an professional guide with more than 25 years experience, good communication, patience,and humor. He had drive more than 50km just for find us the cheetah in Ndutu.
For lion king adventure, they just meet every request I did and even give us a surprise gift wine with our names while pinic in wild.

Everything went as planned, perfect and quick communication. They picked us up at the AirPort of Kilimanjaro, took us to Arusha hotel, where they picked us up the other day when the Safari Tour started. The food provided by the chef was very delicious, all the time they were ready to help

We had contacted a friend of us who is also a tour operator and recommend this company from their mutual friendship to hire a vehicle from them only to be offered with an old car with no spare wheel (red flag). We paid in cash all the payment and promised we shall receive the spare wheel the next day, which never happened. on the fourth day, we had breakdown inside Masai mara and that can happen to any car which to us was something normal but not getting the customer help as we are total green in a new country to us. At this point we started having issues and even requested they either bring another car or refund us our money, but nothing could shake them. to cut the story short after returning to Nairobi I reported the matter to tourism department and we came to agreement to refund the money, but he never honored his promise up to today. I have tried to avoid tarnishing his name but his to unprofessional and unlicensed too according to Tourism Regulatory Authority and if he has one, I will be happy to see. after failing to honor his promise I have return the matter to TRA and they will be taking this company to court for operating tour company without license as required by TRA, obtaining money by false pretense. since you're not responding to chat its good you contact me urgently.

Go Now with Go Touch Down!
We have been home a couple of weeks, and yet our hearts are still in South Africa. Our incredible trip is constantly on our minds. Plans to return were happening before we even left! I don’t know if I can find the words to describe how much we enjoyed our trip - but I’ll try!
The first rate service began long before we landed. Plans to book started a few years ago, but life got in the way, so we chose to wait. Deon (CEO) never pressured, and instead said “When you’re ready, we are here.” Deon & Lucia remembered us and made true on their promise to find us the trip of our dreams! Lucia prepared us so well for our trip and seemed genuinely excited for us as the date approached. We arrived a couple of days early, and Lucia booked our hotel and made excellent recommendations of excursions to fill our day before the “official” tour started.
Each guide, ranger, and lodging staff we met along the way were top notch! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and just a joy to be around! At Royal Morubisi, our ranger Abrie’s (the Best!!) passion for his work, the land, animals and teaching was obvious and we felt so lucky to spend time with him! Michael, at Tshukudu answered all questions thoroughly (even ones that made him chuckle) and had a great sense of humour that added to our experience! The safari drives were exciting, beautiful, and a highlight for us. We saw so many animals (even a baby Chameleon - how did Abrie SEE that??) although the Leopard remained elusive. Just another great reason to go back!
Johnathan, our guide in Cape Town was amazing, warm, and knows his stuff! He kept us on track, all while keeping everything relaxed and fun! We enjoyed every minute with him!
The Food!! My advice - Bring Your Stretchy Pants!! All meals were Truly Delicious, including those at the restaurants our guides chose during excursions. Suppers were dining experiences; Never rushed, taking our time savouring every course, wrapping up the days perfectly. .
One of our favourite things was that each lodge and hotel had a different vibe and decor. This made it feel like a whole new vacation each time. Go Touch Down’s consistency in the cleanliness, luxuriousness, comfort, and friendliness of staff was evident across all properties.
Throughout our entire stay, we felt pampered, cared for, and at home away from home. Thank you for an unforgettable experience that will be treasured forever.

Perfect Photographic Safari experience!!
We went with them for a 4 days Safari in Masai Mara and we had an excellent organization. Our guide Robert was great, a very expert guide; he understand very well the right position for great photos and the good times. Super flexible with the time of game drives, in order to have the best light.Every day we started at 6.00 am (just with a cup of coffe and packed breakfast)for the morning game drive. Back in camp for the lunch and out again at 15.30 till 18.30 for the best sunset light.
We can't ask better, we will come back to Kenya for the other parks and we will go with them!
