My wife and I booked a four days trip in September 2023. Unbelievable experience. We recommend you especially the Tour-guide Jackson. He knows all the right spots, he knows when to be where to see the animals from a good spot. Even the booking and communication via what’s app was easy and trustworthy.

7-Day Gorilla, Chimpanzee Tracking and Wildlife Safari
Used safaribookings.com to get in touch with different tour operators, was promptly contacted by Lilu Safaris. They also answered very quickly to various questions we had about the trip.
We were picked up in Kigali (Rwanda) where the trip started with a Golden monkey safari, from there the trip went on to Uganda and a gorilla safari in the lovely Bwindi! After a few wonderful days in the rainforest, the trip continued to the Queen Elisabeth National Park with a game drive, boat trip and chimpanzee trekking. On the way to Kampala we stopped for an overnight stay at beautiful lake Mburu.
Rwanda and Uganda are two wonderful counties to explore, see lovely nature and meet nice people, and we really recomend to go there on your next trip to Africa! Very satisfied and happy about choosing Lulu Safaris Uganda and our guide Charles as our travel companions!

Very nice and interesting discovery of South Africa with Shikwaru and Federica
Me and my friends spent 25 days with Federica, and this roadtrip from Johannesburg to Cape Town was a great experience. We wanted to discover all facets of this great country, and Shikwaru proposed us a very complete and interesting journey: Johannesburg and Cape Town, so different, Kruger, Hluhluwe and Addo to discover the big fives and so many others, amazing and highly varied landscapes, very nice walks … We shared unforgettable moments in the villages of Eswatini and Lesotho. We learned a lot about fauna, flora, geology. Federica loves nature and is a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide. And she really takes care of us, with professionalism and friendship. About organization and quality of accommodation, if you accept sometimes less comfort to live beautiful experience, everything was very satisfying. I recommend highly Shikwaru. Thank you Federica !

Amazing experience to Burundi
On our 3 days trip to Burundi we had an amazing experience in this wonderful country. The communication was very smooth and in good english and therefore helped us a lot. The guide was very grateful with the tour and about the country and loved to share his experience with us. For us the last day of the tour was a little to long and maybe better to take a small lunch break so that you have some time to stretch your legs. Leaving a little earlier in the morning gives you already this time for a lunch break. We really can recommend taking a tour and we had an amazing experience!

Super Lodge, transport not satisfactory
The lodge and the safaris were fantastic.
We were a group of 7, we thought to have a private taxi. Instead of that the journey took 4 hours and a half, 1,5 hour more than the direct trip. And to avoid motorways, we took dangerous and unsafe roads.

Perfect
The safari was perfect. We spent 5 days in the most beautiful places. Our guide Damian led us excellently through the national parks and ensured that the safari was a unique experience. Everything was perfectly organized. Accommodation and food were also good. At the end of our safari, we were warmly welcomed by Daniel, who ensured that we had an easy onward journey.
