We travelled from TICC, Tanga and got to Mikumi in the evening having Safari before going to camp Bastian. It was a really nice place to stay for the weekend. Day 2, we had Safari from morning and came back before dinner. Day 3 we drove home. Overall a really nice trip, and we got to see a lot of animals!

Then we have had some nice days in Namibia. Everything worked great. Booking the trip in collaboration with a Viatu travel consultant went smoothly. Got lots of good tips for accommodation and activities. When everything was ordered, we got our own access to an app where the whole journey was documented in detail. With a description of accommodation, the journey between the destinations and other facts about the area. Not least a map so that it was easy to get an overview of the journey.
They arranged a rental car and it was new and nice. Very well suited for many miles on dirt roads.
The selection of accommodation was completely to our taste.
Of the activities, we had a bike ride with new electric bikes, visiting a tribal people, 3 days of advance travel, 2 days of safari. Everything well organized.
All in all a very good holiday. Will happily use Viatu again. Value for money.

Choosing a guided tour over self-driving proved to be the right decision. Hoppy led us to the best viewpoints and ensured that we not only encountered the Big 5 but also saw numerous other fascinating animals. We observed that some self-drivers didn't recognize the animals at all, which is why we would always recommend a guided tour.
In terms of culinary delights, we were spoiled as well. As vegans and vegetarians, we enjoyed delicious and balanced meals that fully catered to our dietary needs. The accommodations were also top-notch, and the friendly group dynamic contributed to leaving not only with many animal impressions but also with new friendships after the five days.
We recommend everyone to book the 5-day tour, as it is not only more relaxed but also provides the opportunity to experience a wide range of animals. We had a great experience my daughter and I. Thank you Paul for co-ordinating the tour as everything went well as planned. The food was great thanks mainly to James who cooked every meal from scratch. The drivers/guides were well informed and willing to answer questions. One time i forgot my sun glasses in a tent and thought i had lost them but were picked up and brought to me, was so grateful for that. I would highly recommend this company.

A successful summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro
Climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro with Adventure Makers was a blast. The porters were skilled and friendly, the cook accommodated dietary complications, and the guide went above-and-beyond to help me summit despite some health issues on the way. He knew exactly how to respond to challenges and overcome them. All of this for a fair, reasonable price. What more can I say? I made it to the top!!!

Free Africa Tours and Safaris was very prompt in communicating with me during the planning of the trip. They provided different options and provided accurate quotes. This was the second time a booked with them. The first time was about a year ago for a Masai Mara tour and this time it was to Amboseli. There were no surprise charges - everything was spelled out in advance. The game drives were incredible - we saw hundreds of elephants at Amboseli, as well as cheetahs and lions. The accommodations in the park were terrific as well.
