Amazing solo travel Kili+Safari with Trust Tours
I was a solo traveler, and i did with Trust Tours the 9 days northern circuit up Kilimanjaro, followed by a 5 days Serengeti Migration Safari.
The Kilimanjaro climb was absolutely fabulous, the team was amazing and they made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. And Tim and Deo, my guides, were the best people to hang out with, have fun, sing, learn swahili, and climb Kili. It was a real delight. They also changed the schedule for me and we finished the climb one day sooner.
The safari was amazing, pure nature, the guide, Francis taught me so much about birds, and shared with me his books, and i would read and we would talk about the animals, not just 'see' them. Of course we managed to see the wildebeest migration and talk about it, read about, learn about it.
There were only 2 downsides:
1. I didn;t have cash, and one of the ATM charged my account without releasing cash, for which i had to argue with banks to receive the reimbursement after 2 months.
2. In the safari camp, Mikese Tented Camp, in serengeti, someone from the camp staff stole money from my wallet, - while i was at dinner and i had left my fanny bag with my wallet inside a zipped pocket, in my tent on the table. It was just 70 euros, the only cash i had, since i don't carry cash usually. The camp management was disturbed by the happening, but eventually failed to find the culprit or reimburse me. Either way, they have treated me extremely well, like part of a little family, and i am very grateful for it.
All in all i had an amazing experience, and it is very important to understand the difference in culture and lifestyle. Everyone absolutely did their best to welcome me, and i really felt welcomed and taken care of. Maybe even better than in a family :)
I highly recommend them.

Satisfying
Visited the Mara in Kenya for the first time. Was mind blowing being in the wild and getting very close to the animals. The guides were very keen in "documenting" our trip through snapshots and pictures. True value for your money this one!

The coast of Kenya is beautiful and amazing and it has very nice beaches and amazing views. Our trip to Mombasa was overall good and much more than we had expected. The team from African adventure specialists we're really helpful in organizing everything even when we had an incident where we lost our luggage at the airport they managed to track it back for us and sort everything out. African adventures are really good thank you for staying with us the whole time.

Planned a safari with my wife but we were a bit doubtful about how it was going to go because she is in a wheelchair. Finally decided to go and we had AAS as our tour operators. Right from the start they got everything right, the van they got for us was very spacious and the tour guides very polite. Even the hotel they recommended for us was wheelchair-accessible.

Amazing group of guys
Our amazing trip with the African adventure specialists began in Tanzania we visited Mombasa and Rwanda and ended up in Kampala. The sceneries were good and satisfying. We thank African adventures for their dedication with their work and would recommend them to any new traveler.

Very Engaging
Enjoyed the local cuisines and got to experience the local cultures in-depth all thanks to AAS. The guides came in really handy as we interacted with the locals, basically got the feeling of being incorporated and very welkom.

Amazing honeymoon!
Lion king made navigating our honeymoon a complete breeze. Starting from my initial conversations with Nick and Pendo they helped revise my itinerary numerous times to fully take advantage of our time in Tanzania based on very limited options flying from the US. Our guide Salehe was also truly amazing he was quick to teach us everything he knew about the wildlife and local culture. He also kept us on our toes helping to teach us some very basic Swahili. Every morning he had our jeep cleaned restocked and ready for the days adventure.
Booking a trip like this can be daunting when you don’t know much about the country or what to expect but Lion King really puts customer service at the top. Their responsiveness attention to details and meticulous planning lead to a truly memorable and amazing experience. Plus the hotels they selected for us were easily the best I’ve ever experienced on any vacation! Truly all once in a lifetime experiences
For those who may be worried about COVID testing and travel requirements lion king and Salehe made sure we had the tests completed for our return flights and even provided paper copies making traveling out of Tanzania super easy.
Would highly recommend lion king adventures for anyone considering a once in a lifetime safari experience

Average but good, better than most.
Good customer care and service. The hotels were a bit average but, it was an okay trip altogether. Not the fault of AAS agents.
