Excellent ratio price = quality. Good attitude to you, no deception.
5/5

I liked the attitude of the company towards us. They helped in everything and tried to make us happy.
Alex, the owner answered all questions and helped choose the tour.
The driver Moses was very good! He is fast, saved our travel time and tried to show the maximum of animals and nature in the parks. He told details about animals and much more. There was always water in the car. You can relax and have fun. The accommodation was also very good. Lenchad Camp pleased me. Delicious food and cozy place. The rest of the hotels were just as good.
We took 6 days of safari: Masai Mara, Nakuru and Ambaseli.

Great and helpful
5/5

It is worth it! For those who dream of going on a Safari or even those who have any doubts, I can say after 20 days in Africa: the Serengeti was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. It's really like you're on one of the shows on the National Geographic Channel. The animals are beautiful, as are the landscapes. We could see everything from lionesses with their cubs, to hyenas devouring a carcass.
Our four-day tour covered Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. The first is like a natural zoo; everywhere you look you see so many species. It was possible to get very close and see the animals in detail. The second is the apple of the eye. Vast plains where the game of survival is seen up close. It's just stunning and real. In our script it said two days in the Serengeti. But therein lies the question. We arrived around 12:00 and left at 12:00 the next day. So, in reality, you don't have two days, you only have one. This is because you can only stay 24 hours inside the park. If you exceed this time, a new “daily” is charged. You pay extra to stay another day. Therefore, check this issue with the agency before proceeding with the package. After everything we've seen I would say: it's worth paying another day and staying longer.
We slept one day in the park and it was in a tent. I would say for a night or two that's fine. But it's not possible to sleep so well and replenish energy. So consider this if your script is long. Try to mix the two types of accommodation. And if you choose tents, if you are not experienced in camping, like me, know that at night it is very cold. Bring a second skin or a very warm coat. The sleeping bag is not enough to keep you warm. Don't forget towels, toilet paper, plug adapter. The camp does not provide this type of benefit.
Finally, we visit the Ngorongoro caldera. A habitat created inside a crater about 20 km diameter. There you are more likely to see the famous and rare rhinoceros, but we weren't so lucky.
Anyway, the landscape is beautiful. And I wouldn't exclude this park.
I highly recommend the Serengeti Camping Safari. It didn't disappoint us at all! Anita, our direct contact, was always very solicitous and polite. She helped us in several things. Whether it's calling a taxi, buying a cell phone chip or booking airline tickets. Talk to her. She knows which restaurants to recommend, which places to visit, and knows all the parks that exist in Tanzania. If you want to climb Mount Kilimanjaro or Meru, or if you want to experience some tribe, she can provide all the assistance.
Our two drivers were really nice. Joseph was with us the first day. He explained about birds, social organization of lions, differences between different antelopes, rodents... if you're interested he'll have a lot to say. David, more laughing, always witty.
And let's not forget the cooker! He was just too good! Every day he offered a feast! Each day a different menu.
Summary: very happy and satisfied! Come and enjoy!

Amazing Experience with Isaac and Best Memory Safari. We will return again next year.
5/5

Our group of 5 traveled from the US to Kenya during the pandemic. Isaac guided our experience and we had an unforgettable time with Best Memory.

We experienced the busy city of Nairobi, we went on safari in the Mara, Mombasa and the coast. We did so much during our experience. I highly recommend people spend at least 10 -14 days with Best Memory to get a complete understanding of Kenya. They worked really hard to make sure we saw as many animals as we could while on safari.

Our group saw more of the country than many of the locals based on what some of the locals told us. Isaac is also very well connected. He was able to connect a couple of people in our group with a strategic partner.

I can not say enough great things about Best Memory Safari other than you should trust their knowledge, expertise and book with them.

Give yourself the gift of Gosheni
5/5

From start to finish I had the most amazing experience with Gosheni safaris. Belinda was very patient with all my many inquiries into safari options and after much research I decided they were the best value I had found and took the plunge booking a 8 day 7 night tour for myself and 3 friends. All the camps we stayed at were gorgeous, comfortable and the staff were incredibly attentive. The best part of it all though, was our guide William. His knowledge of animals, their behaviours, his excellent off road driving skills and his keen eyes are undoubtedly the reason we saw so much on our trip. I had high expectations of the safari but they were still exceeded. We saw lots of giraffes, elephants, lions, cheetahs, hyenas, jackals, leopards, baboons, eagles, and even a rhino, everything we were hoping for and more. William spotted it all, including many animals we never knew existed like the genet cat. He was so knowledgeable he answered all of our questions about them easily and was very friendly, good humoured and easy to get along with. Highlights include seeing some lions chase off hyenas who were trying to steal their kill and the great migration river crossing in the north of the Serengeti and of course a very rare rhino sighting. I should also mention the food, we felt completely spoiled typically eating hot 3 course meals for breakfast lunch and dinner. I’m so happy we chose Gosheni safaris. I cannot recommend them enough.

An experience of a lifetime in Uganda
5/5

I had the chance to experience Uganda with Jimmy the best-in-class guide and driver. Professional, knowledgeable, responsible and careful about every detail, was key at delivering the best experience and attention while visiting the Pearl o Africa. I travelled solo , so security was a major concern for me. I definitely recommend this service, that allows for sure to have a great experience while in Uganda.

Enjoyable
5/5

Wow!!! What an experience put on by the Jacolin tours team, from start to finish, it was perfect. Big thanks to the driver, Jackson, for making the trip so memorable. Jackson made everything easy. He was very knowledgeable, funny and made us feel safe the entire trip. The chef who attended, Mosses, made amazing food. Both Jackson and Mosses made the trip. The safari was incredible, with many stops (Ngorongoro, Serengeti, etc), endless amounts of animals and new memories. The camp sites where incredible. While each was a unique stop, they all had showers, WiFi and amazing views. A fantastic trip from start to finish. Look forward to another trip back to Tanzania in the future!

About: Uyaphi.com
Make sure you get Verity for you agent
5/5

We looked at several different safari trips and different companies before we selected Uyaphi. The main reason we chose Uyaphi was their travel agent, Verity. She worked so hard to give us the trip we wanted. And what she personally arranged was so much better and less expensive than any other company. She is honest, reliable, dependable, and knowledgeable. Be sure you ask for Verity.

Well Organized
5/5

Steve in the office was great to work with. I emailed him a billion times and he was always quick to respond to any question I had. He made the booking process user friendly. I travel a lot on my own and for work and so I know a bit about how to go about things, but just having that extra help and info about a place I had never been to from Steve made my experience that much better.

Our guide Gibson was awesome. He made sure we saw everything, the Big 5...well technically I spotted one of the five. LOL. It was easy going from place to place. It felt like I had a knowledgeable bodyguard with me the whole time as he is over 6ft tall. Not that we needed a bodyguard, everyone was pretty nice.

There were a few things that I personally didn't really like doing, but I am sure for some they would enjoy it. Those things were the little shops when you stop to use the washroom, I didn't want to buy any trinkets and I felt rude if I didn't. Or the ladies trying to sell you things at the gate into the reserves,
The other was the boat ride in Lake Naivasha. It just wasn't my thing, so to pay the extra money for it wasn't worth it for me. But again some people might love it. I am glad I experienced it, but I probably wouldn't do it again (the boat ride, not the safari, I would definitely do the safari again).

The things I listed above are such a small like 3% of the 97% awesomeness of the trip. I would recommend Bigtime Safaris Ltd to my friends. I hope you have a great experience and get to enjoy Kenya.

Thank you again to Steve and Gibson for a memorable trip.
