Highly Recommended!
5/5

Me and my parents decided to visit Kenya & Tanzania and we had found Parot Safari online.
The reason I chose them is the good price, and the reason I recommend them to everyone is we received out of expectation services, and unforgettable experiences.
Will appoint Parot Safari to be my guide again when I visit Kenya later.

Lifetime vacation experience
5/5

We started our trip with Jinja then Fortportal, we were driven to the source of the Nile in Jinja. On our way to Jinja, we branched off for zip lining in Mabira Forest, this is activity is out of this world, I screamed so hard, I fear heights but I had fun.

A tour of the Sezibwa falls was great. I got to learn that the Sezibwa river was birthed by a woman.

We liked the boat ride to the source of the Nile.

Joseph took a good care of us. He is a brilliant guide, knowledgeable, thoughtful and so friendly and determined to make sure we got what we wanted from this trip. Kubwa Five Safaris provided the services beyond our expectations.

After our Jinja trip, we hit road to Fortportal which is in the western part of Uganda, the we hiked the 4 crater lakes in Fortportal with interesting information on history about them .

On our last day at Kyaninga Crater lodge, we planted trees around the crater lake.

While at camp fire, we enjoyed listening to stories about the culture of Tooro.

Our tour of the famous Amabere ga Nyinamwiru caves was an added bonus.

It was my first time to have such a trip and I learned many things about my country on this trip.

Highly recommend Kubwa Five Safaris.

ADVENTURE OF A LIFETIME
5/5

The most intriguing aspect is that we had a professional tour guide who knew what to look for and which part of the park had most breathtaking view. This was absolutely an adventure of a lifetime.

I recommend to any tourist visiting Africa and especially Uganda, the Pearl of Africa to use the services of Kubwa Five Safaris.

What an absolutely stunning African experience for our family of 4!
5/5

This was an awesome 8 days. We’re a family of 4 (kids 7 and 9) and this itinerary encompassed Murchison Falls NP and QE NP. Chris picked us up from the airport and was with us every step of the way. Everything ran like clockwork and Chris and our driver William were fun, informative and professional throughout. The dream team!
Before we left Chris gave us a series of options that covered a range of budgets and we chose the one that best met our needs. It didn’t disappoint. Highlights were watching the herds of giraffes in Murchison and the chimp reek in QE although my kids will say the baby lions in QE.

Timeless Memories From a Perfectly Organized and Executed Vacation
5/5

Our Christmas holiday would not have been the unforgettable vacation that it turned out to be had we not been hosted by Safari360. We appreciate all the help and great planning by Petro who gave us Martin the most wonderful guide that my husband and I have ever had. He is highly experienced and very passionate about conservation, we could feel the zeal and conviction for the 7 days we were together as he guided through the parks (Trangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater). Somehow he managed to get close to most animals without spooking them allowing us to closely observe the elephants, lions, zebras, wildebeest, cheetahs, giraffes, baboons, monkeys…. though the antelopes would always gallop away every time we tried to close in. We took numerous pictures and it will be a couple of weeks before we can sort them all.
We loved the luxury lodge accommodation option which was absolutely stunning.
It was a special trip filled with timeless memories and all this would not have happened without Safari360!

Thanks to this very friendly company, we have had the experience of our lives, climbing Mount Kenya during 4 days/3 nights. Mrs Felistus took care of the booking while the hiking team took good care of us in these challenging altitudes. Special thanks to Mr Charles and our guide Mr Elijah :D
Go and have the time of your life in this beautiful nature!!

What a breathtaking experience… the accommodation and food were incredible…the game drives and boat cruise were so educative. The guide explained everything from the behaviors of each animal to why they are there.

one star budget 5 star experience
5/5

It was not my first time to Africa as a solo traveler but it was my first time visiting Rwanda and Uganda. I flew into Kigali Airport and I was welcomed by the whole pleasant team (Joseph the founder, Joan the tour guide in Rwanda, Steven the driver and William the photographer ) at the airport, I was then transferred to the hotel which was very close to the airport.
As a solo traveler, I felt safe with 3 men and one lady around me all the time. Joan was so knowledgeable about Rwanda and constantly explained things and pointed things out to me.

The cultural interaction at Gorilla Guadian Village (Ibyiwacyu) I experienced in Rwanda is out of this world. I was crowned as a queen, I dressed an African queen outfit.
After Rwanda, we connected to Uganda. I had amazing Gorilla trekking with other people from different parts of the world.

The amount and diversity of wildlife in Uganda is outstanding and I came across many hippos, lions, buffaloes, and other animals. I encountered an elephant at the lodge in Queen Elizabeth National park, every night through the window I would spot hippos, buffaloes, and other animals. The sunset boat cruise on the Kazinga channel was amazing which started just after lunch.

However, the vehicle had some technical difficulties (was a little bit of an adventure) at the beginning of the trip but Joseph and Steven were extremely competent and made every effort to resolve the car situation. I believe that a great company is not all about the problems you encounter but how they rectify them.

I was a budget traveller but I had a 5-star experience. The hotels provided me with delicious and varied food throughout the tour, some other days I would have meals at restaurants in the community.

I was supposed to stay longer (31 days in both countries) on the trip but I had to terminate the trip as a result of COVID-19 pandemic.

I had an excellent time and enjoyed my adventure in Rwanda and Uganda very much. I just don't think I could have had this experience with any other provider. They took great care of me and all my needs.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to experience Rwanda and Uganda.
I will go back to Uganda next year to complete my trip, then connect to Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Zambia, still this same company will organize my trip.

Highly recommended company!
5/5

At the beginning we were thinking about 7 days safari in Kenya, but we found out that they do Tanzania as well, so we decided to go with 12 days Kenya and Tanzania tour. For all that time we were constantly back and forth with Martha, which is always available, well informed and very helpful. She was even checking on us if everything's alright while on the tour. They delivered everything they promised.
The driver, Mansoor, was especially professional, punctual and knowledgeable about the wildlife, national parks and Kenya's political and economical system. We were constantly bombarding him with questions and until the last day he kept the pace despite the long driving hours in hectic traffic.
As for the accommodation and food in Kenya, it was good, but you have to understand that the standards in Africa are a bit different, especially in the camps.

Companies from Kenya can't do trips in Tanzania so we were taken over by a partner company from Tanzania. The border crossing into Tanzania was easy but very slow and there was always a person around us to help.
The driver, Abdullah and cook Ibrahim, were also very friendly and professional. This time the accommodation was fully in tents that we carried with us. One thing that would make things better is to bring your own sleeping bag. Other than that the camping experience in the national parks was unforgettable.

Overall excellent experience which I will highly recommend to anyone who is interested!
