They provided us with the happiest moment in a few years
My wife and I joined two-night safari tour and this must be the best trip in a few years in my life. Although we had to leave the territory without spotting Black Rhino among the big five, it was worthwhile to spend two nights in Masai Mara. Not to mention the big five (four this time:), we had a chance to find some awesome scenes such as Jackals hunting their prayer, lion hunting (it failed though), Cheetah's supper, the breathtaking view with the safari sunset, and others. Later, I was even sick of Zebras Wildebeest and giraffes since I saw a lot of them. The hotel room was very nice and clean. Although there was a confusion for the schedule on the last day, the tour took care of it smoothly and we were able to finish the tour with big smile. We will definitely revisit this tour if we can land in Kenya later.

Epic first safari and relaxing beach stay in Kenya
My husband and I found about Classic Journeys Africa through the Responsible Travel network, and decided to book a week-long package to visit Kenya which included a Maasai Mara safari and a stay in Diani Beach. We were picked up in a comfortable private vehicle by Chris and Dennis in Nairobi who both proved to be friendly guides and drivers. Chris was on call for anything we needed during our trip and easily reachable by phone or Whatsapp.
After a brief stint in Nairobi, we were picked up by Daniel who was our guide and driver for the three days in Maasai Mara. Daniel was not only an incredibly knowledgeable safari guide, he was also a great conversationalist and a highly skilled driver for the tough roads on the Mara! With Daniel's experience at the wheel, we saw epic sunsets, had a picnic on the Mara, visited a Maasai village, and saw everything from buffalos, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, pumbas, gazelles, birds of all types, and lions up close. To say the experience was life-changing was an understatement. We also loved our stay the the Loyk Mara camp, with friendly staff, comfortable beds, good food, and a pool to cool off on a hot day.
We were then driven to the Wilson Airport where we flew to Diani Beach, and stayed at the Swahili Beach Resort. The staff were informed by Classic Journeys that it was our wedding anniversary, and we were greeted with a special decoration to welcome us. Beautiful facilities including an epic pool and an oceanfront spa, a variety of choices for restaurants, and a relaxing location to unwind before we flew back.

Best Safari, best guide: NELSON
It was our first safari for us. And thanks to our guide Nelson it was the best adventure. He had a lot of experience. That's why we were able to observe an incredible number of animals close by the car. But he is also very friendly, helpful and we had a lot of fun. Should we book another safari, then only with Nelson.

Amani was very knowledgeable, provided detailed answers to our many questions, he is polite, excellent driver and was highly motivated to show us the best of the Tanzania wildlife.

Perfect organised and nice people
I send in the evening an request for the next day. They directly contacted me and I was able to join the Safari next day. I did a daytrip Safari.
The Safari itself was very good organised from the pick up at the hotel, the lunchbreak and also the when they dropped me at the hotel in the evening. Nice people very friendly. We have seen a lot of animals and our guide was very passioned to explain and show us the National park.
Nothing to complain - Can strongly recommend the company!
