Poor management, lack of flexibility but great guide
Before confirming our tour with Bienvenido Kenya Tours and Safaris, I made sure to ask explicitly if the place we were going to stay at was the one I had mentioned, even sending a link for reference. To our surprise, the camp they confirmed via email had nothing to do with the one I had asked about. They offered us another camp for a much higher price. We suggested splitting the additional costs, but they refused.
I don't think they intended to scam us, but their lack of flexibility and taking responsibility for their mistake left a bad taste. However, the two employees we dealt with remained polite, but it was not their call to make things right. I blame the director/CEO who didn't want to discuss the matter at all or take any final accountability despite recognizing their mistake.
On a positive note, Nico, our guide, was fantastic. He knew a lot, was happy to answer questions, and was just a really nice person to spend time with during those two days.

Good communication from the tour operator.
The transfer drivers were very friendly even though one of them drives a bit erraticly! The Ivory tree lodge was excellent and the game drives were enjoyable. Great little national park. The communication from moAfrika was really good as they just use WhatsApp and you can message any time.

My family and I went for 4days safari organised by Pride of African Adventure and Safari.We had an excellent service from point of enquiry until the end of our trip. And our driver guide was very knowledgeable about the history, the culture and the wildlife of Kenya. We had the absolute trip of a lifetime and I'm not sure how we'll ever manage to top this trip. 🥰😍

Amazing team to take us up Kili!
The team who took us up Mt Kilimajaro were so amazing and knowledgeable. We felt safe at all times with such an experienced head guide in Suma, and a great support team of assistant guides, chefs and porters.
Would recommend to anyone, but remember to go slow - Pole Pole!

Amazing experience and perfectly arranged
The safari with Marurumi safaris was amazing! The communication was fast and clear and they arranged everything perfectly.
Mr Robinson was our guide and was a great tour guide. He went out of his way to show us all the animals, which he could all identify, really took his time and was always friendly and patient.
The accomodations we slept in were also great. It was a good mix of different surroundings, the food was always good and the staff very friendly. It was especially very special to sleep in a hotel where the girafs and zebra’s just walk around!
I think the price-quality ratio was very good. We would recomment Marurumi safaris

They are exceptional and they know their business well
We had booked our tour 6N 7D tour with Travelicious Tours and Travels and it turned out to be a wonderfull experience. From the moment we saw our private driver at the airport, we knew we would be well cared for. The trip was flawless. Mr. Roy, Madam Rose & Madam Grace was very courteous and cooperative. Every day they used to call us and ask if everything was going on smoothly or whether we had some issues or not. Never ever I have had such an awesome experience with a travel agency. Giving them 5 star would definitely mean doing injustice to them. They deserve much more than that.

I booked my safari with ms lizzy. She was very helpful and caring. Everything perfect. She folllow me all the times if during safari something was wrong. Even during my safari in tanzania that also she organize for me. I hightly raccomand book safari in tanzania direct together with safaris in kenya. I want raccomand my guide Francis. For tsavo and masai mara. A bro that love his job, professional. At all wonderful experience.

Giraffe Sights is the BEST tour guide.
When Giraffe Sights presented a safari plan, that's when I knew it would be a good trip. The journey was amazing; we made a few stops to buy pineapples and ate breakfast. When we visited Murchison Falls National Park, we also stopped to watch the falls and then went directly for a game drive, where we were lucky enough to see the big five animals. The value for money was worth it.
