Perfectly organized totally as advertised exceptional experience in the beautiful national parks.
5/5

I did 7-Day tour and Vacation in Uganda with Gorilla Trekking with Home to Africa.
It was just me and my delightful competent guide/driver Karim. Seeing Chimps and Gorillas so close in their natural habitat was the obvious highlight, but the boat ride in the channel between the lakes in Queen Elizabeth National Park was very enjoyable, especially seeing elephants wading into the water.
I loved the safari drives in Queen Elizabeth and Lake Mburo National Park. Lake Mburo was like I had read a strategic stop between Bwindi and Entebbe, AND it really had a lot of animals. One thing about safaris is that with every additional drive and every additional place, you see something new or in a different way. Also, the Eagles Nest Lodge had the most incredible views. A perfect place to sip wine and reflect on all you experiences.
I chose budget accommodations and the cabins were all pleasant, hot water, comfy beds and beautiful surroundings. The food was pretty good and they all had a bar of some sort.
My experience was so much better because of Karim. He was a perfect handler. He spoke very clear English and had a funny sense of humor. He made sure I knew what was expected and what I should wear and have with me. He made sure I did not forget anything anywhere. He advocated for me. His driving skills kept me calm and he was great company; a curious intelligent person. If I saw a rare bird, Karim did not rest until that bird was identified. In addition, he also did not rest until I was safely out of Uganda. It was clear that with Home to Africa I was important and in good hands. I always felt my safety, comfort and quality of experience were top priority.

Absolutely brilliant and phenomenal !!
5/5

Perfection at its finest! An absolutely breathtaking experience.

The entire journey was flawlessly executed, right from our arrival at the airport to every little detail throughout the trip. Our guide, Juma, was simply exceptional in every sense of the word. He gave us an authentic glimpse of Tanzania and went the extra mile to ensure that we witnessed every animal possible, all while being incredibly friendly and providing us with an abundance of additional information.
I wholeheartedly recommend the Serengeti Clarity experience to anyone seeking an unforgettable adventure.

Perfect organized 7 days safari in Kenya
5/5

We, me and my wife, spent a wonderful 7 days safari with Bienvenido from Nairobi hotel to Nairobi Airport, including Masai Mara, Lakes Nakuru and Naivasha, Hell Gates National Park and finaly Amboseli with view of Kilimanjaro. Everything was absolutely perfect. It was a shared mid-range cathegory tour.
Prepayment was easy and safe. Pick-up in the hotel was ponctual. Felix, our driver and guide, was excellent. Well informative and kind. The car was clean every morning despite the road not being easy at all.
Accommodations were also good, in Jumbo Mara Lodge, Waterbuck and Masada hotels, and AA Lodge in Amboseli, thanks. Meals were also corrects including the lunch boxes.
I recommend from my heart this Bienvenido Kenya Tours and Safaris Agency.

1+2 day we were in Maasai Mara it was awesome
3 +4 day we were in Amboseli
On day 4 we were taken to the train station where we could enjoy our stay in Mombasa
You feel safe and in good hands

Best in class service + female owned company = highest recommendation
5/5

"I travel often to Uganda for work and used Gazelle Safari this time to organize our overland transport and accommodations (we used BIC tours previously). During the time leading up to our trip, Ann always responded to emails within 24 hours. Upon arrival, she met me at the airport with a warm and welcoming smile with water and cookies on hand and loaned me a local SIM card (big time saver).

When one of our travelers missed her connection to Entebbe and hence couldn’t join our overland van to Kanungu district (11 hour drive away), Ann arranged a last minute flight and airport transfers for her to join us - even making a personal deposit for the flight on our traveler’s behalf.

She is reachable via WhatsApp and responds quickly with answers to all questions, helping to solve problems and make things as easy and stress free as possible. For example, when we needed to pay for the new Ugandan social media tax, she quickly did this for us while we were on the road and didn’t have time to figure this out ourselves.

Ann will go above and beyond to give the best service possible. I recommend her to all travelers coming to Uganda - whether for business or personal travel.

(PS - It’s good to know that when you pay the remaining balance of your trip in cash on arrival, you should pay using USD in $100 bill denominations - and if you need to pay with a small portion using smaller bills, they must be printed after 2009 without any tears or ink stains. All bills should be clean and pristine. When exchanging money at forex counters you will also get a worse rate if you have $20 bills which are old and worn out.)"

The tour operator that provides more than just safari adventures
5/5

The reason why I enjoyed my trip to Tansania so much was that it did not only consist of spectacular Safari moments seeing Lions hunt or elephant herd crossing the street in front of us, but also allowed visiting projects to improve health care, professional trainings and care for people with special needs. The camps/hotels where we stayed were individual projects not belonging to large hotel companies, having their own charm and always allowed us to be close to nature and were managed in a sustainable manner. As an operator the people behind Tarakwai were always approachable and ready to help and flexibly adjust programs to the groups wishes. The pricing of the tour was reasonable given the broad range of experiences that were offered. Overall highly recommendable for travellers who would like to experience Tanzani off the beaten track.
