Plex Africa Safaris were Amazing - Hands down the best operator we saw while on safari
5/5

Me and my two teenaged kids did a 3 day game drive safari in Nyerere Selous Game Reserve with return flights from Zanzibar, Tanzania. From start to finish Plex Africa Safaris were great. Edward handled all aspects of booking the safari, he was always reachable and responded to all my queries promptly and the itinerary promised was exactly what was delivered. Plex Africa Safaris also have a secure and safe way of receiving online payments, which was very easy to do. Our hotel to airport transfer driver Moris was on time, polite and friendly and helped us check-in for our flight from Zanzibar.
Once we arrived at Selous Game Reserve we were met by our guide Aree and this man was hands down the best operator we saw while on safari. He made the safari so much fun and he made sure we set the pace and went to areas within the reserve that had the best opportunities to see the wildlife we were most interested in seeing. We saw so much in the 3 days with the highlights being the lion's, hyena's and Serval. Aree made this safaris special for us and I would highly recommend Plex Africa Safaris. Their 4x4 vehicle was a well maintained Land Rover Defender and with Aree's exceptional driving skills could take us anywhere. The vehicle was well stocked up with water and other beverages plus it had a UK plug socket to charge phones, cameras etc. At night we stayed at the Selous Safari Lodge, which was well presented, clean, comfortable and with friendly helpful staff. Rooms are a good size and feel newly furnished. Facilities include a swimming pool, wifi and the food was good.
I was so happy we chose Plex Africa Safaris as they were truly the most professional operator. During our safari our guide Aree helped fix another operators vehicle which was having problems and also our third sighting of a lion he re-laid the location to another operator however their driver was not skilful enough to navigate to that location so they missed out on seeing potentially a once in a life time opportunity. You could see the disappointment on their customers faces. The other thing I noticed was that the majority of the other vehicles in the game reserve were from just one operator and all their vehicles seemed to stick together on a set route where as with Plex Africa Safaris we could head off away from everyone else. This made it feel extra special as most of the best encounters we had were with no one else around making us feel truly connected and immersed in nature. Thank you Plex Africa Safaris - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They take care of you not just like a customer, but truly like a friend!
5/5

A spectacular trip with the whole family, which will remain in our hearts.
I'll start by saying that many don't understand that a trip like this is not like the classic holiday where you choose a structure and then more or less independently make your own experiences; here, from the moment you get off the plane to the moment you leave, you completely rely on your guide for transfers, for finding the animals, for explain the history of the country and the territory, for illustrate the environment and habits of the different animal species... ... in short, for everything!
In fact, the success of your entire holiday depends entirely on who takes you around, there is no middle ground.
We were driven by Emanuel, Daniel's brother who accompanied us for the entire journey, driving a car six meters long and weighing three tons for hours on uneven surfaces, which is not at all easy, he took us to the places right where we can see the animals by spotting them from afar and then compete with the cars of other tourists to get as close as possible and provide us with a better view, he told us about the life of the savannah and the different animal species, illustrating the characteristics and habits of each one, with patience and passion.
We saw all the animals of the savannah, all the Big Five, even if the rhino was a bit far away.
The facilities in which we stayed were all clean and comfortable, and the food was always very good, even at lunch we never ate from the takeaway boxes but always hot dishes served at the table even with coffee at the end, and we never had to touch the luggage.
Emanuel and Daniel have always been very attentive to our needs, even when we had a problem of our own in Italy completely independent of the trip, they tried and took action to help us and assist us even in that case, and this is very important because it goes beyond the care for compliance with the established program.
In short, we felt assisted and protected: a complete and satisfying journey, also beautiful in terms of human relationships.

We had an awesome and very well organised with LuiTours, who really know what they are doing
5/5

We went on a wonderful private Safari with LuiTours for 2 days, to Tarangire & Ngorongoro crater, departing from our holiday on Zanzibar and returning to Zanzibar afterwards. Everything was very well arranged, and we had a very kind and knowledgeable driver/guide with us.

We had good contact via email beforehand, they booked our domestic flights, our driver was waiting for us at the airport in Arusha at our time of arrival. After the day in Tarangire we spent the night at a small lodge (Ngare Lodge) between Tarangire and Ngorongoro, which was very much up to modern standards & with a good meal +breakfast included. The lunches during the safari days were okay, nothing special but prepared beforehand. After visiting Ngorongoro from the moring until the afternoon (~4 pm) we returned to the airport and took our flight back to Zanzibar.

All in all we had a wonderful safari, where we saw almost every type of animal we could have seen (except cheetahs and leopards); thank you LuiTours!

An authentic, wild and tailor made discovery of Zambia
5/5

Traveling around Zambia was an amazing experience thanks to all the work accomplished by Sonja and Ntanda Ventures. We had a wonderful 13 days selfdrive trip accros the most iconic places of the country and some really calm and preserved spots. As young and a bit adventurous people, we wanted to discover Zambia in a confortable and yet human way, Ntanda Ventures allowed us to live that experience.

I'm used to travel in Africa and I went on safari quite few times in differents countries, traveling in Zambia was definitely the most economic, cost-affective and yet magnificent one. Ntanda Ventures managed to organize a really interesting trip which was a mix between selfdrive, off tracks activities (like kayaking on the Zambeze, sleeping in the bush or having some time with a local NGO), confortable lodges with delicious food and very few people (big shout out to Thornicroft Lodge <3), and real safari experiences in South Luangwa / Chobe / Lower Zambezi.

Communication with Sonja was really easy all trip long, since day 1 and till the end, she helped us with few issues, was really convenient and even managed to adapt our trip when we decided to add some last minute activities. Even if you love selfdrive I think it's really comforting to know that you can reach someone to help you wherever you are.

Accomodations were adapted to our needs and expectations, all places were calm, clean, serving great food and offering beautiful landscapes. Ntanda Ventures also gave us some local adresses / stops on the road so that we can enjoy the drive on ourselves even more, all recommandations were really good moments.

I thnik that Zambia is a really beautiful country, with wondeful landscapes, plenty of animals and really interesting people, traveling with Ntanda Ventures allow you to discover all of that, even in a short time and with a very low budget. Thanks again to Sonja who made our trip unforgettable, mostly for Mathilda who was discovering Africa for the first time, she will never forget this one :)

Very knowledgeable guides who we now call our friends!
5/5

Our game drives not only offered amazing value for money but also surpassed expectations in terms of the immersive journey through the country's beautiful areas. The guides, TT and Gothi, played an huge role in shaping our adventure; their expertise and passion for the region were evident in every aspect of the trip. Their ability to navigate remote areas with ease and share insightful information about the wildlife added immense value to our experience. What stood out most was the genuine connection we formed with them, transcending the typical guide-tourist dynamic. TT and Gothi went beyond their roles, becoming not just guides but friends, and it's this personal touch that has made our memories of Botswana truly unforgettable!

Efficient, Responsive and Helpful
5/5

I completed a 4 day trek to Mount Meru from Arusha. Kelvin Bonith was really helpful, patient and prompt in responding to my queries and suggesting various itineraries. The logistics were organised very efficiently once I got to Arusha, right from the point of briefing me the day before, organising a small trekking group that I could join (as a solo traveller) and then arranging the final drop off back to my hotel after the trek. The trek has been a truly memorable experience and Meru Slopes played a huge role in making it happen!

Highly recommend
5/5

We (me and my boyfriend) did Kilimanjaro and safari tour with Leken adventure. Alex was very responsive and organisied everything we wanted.

We did 6 day Kilimanjaro Machame route tour with guide Leonard and his team (Present, Sadih, Eli,..). They were all very professional and made us feel very welcome. They even taught us a little bit of swahili language.
Leonard made sure that the trip was safe and always reminded us to be confident about reaching the peak. On the peak day i felt very tired and sleepy and i almost gave up but they motivated me to reach the top.
Since i have coeliac disease i asked the company if they could provide me gluten free meals. I was very surprised by Eli (chef) awarness of gluten free diet. He prepared many different and very delicious meals (except store snacks - you better have some with you if you are on gluten free diet).

We also did 3 day Serengeti and Ngorongoro safari tour with Jonas. He was very passionate about finding animals and he had a lot of knowladge about them. We found all the big 5 with him.

We were more than satisfied with the services Leken adventure offered.

The following does not have anithing to do with Leken adventure company but it is something i wish i would be aware of in advance: Guides/porters on Kilimanjaro and safari tours expect big tips. For Kilimanjaro it is expected to tip guide 20$/day, guide assistant and cook 15$/day and each porter 10$/day. (this tips were expected for the whole group not per each client) On safari tour guide expected 10$/day and cook 5$/day (from each client on the tour).

Asante sana to all of you that made our trip unforgettable!
