Perfect Trip
Everything was perfect. All questions were answered quickly and clearly. The whole trip was attentive to us. If you go on a safari, then do it only with them. We felt very good and safe. Driver Charles is the best of the best. Knows everything about animals. Very caring and kind.

Best adventure
We had a very memorable gorilla safari with AAV. Our guide Najib was kind and knowledgeable about the destination. Our budget wasn’t big but the company booked us in nice lodges during our trip. We will come back soon for a longer safari in Uganda

Great choice for a game drive to Nairobi NP!
I had a great afternoon's game drive in Nairobi National Park, guided by Arony. His knowledge of and intuition for animals' behaviour was excellent and we were lucky to have some brilliant sightings, including lions and black rhino. Pick up and drop off were both quick and easy, and Karibu's trip advisor Robert made communication clear and simple. A great choice for a game drive to Nairobi NP!

excellent communication with the tour operator. Our driver Thomas was great.
Everything was perfect. The car, the food and the accommodations were very good. The safari sites are exceptional! Vegetarian formula is possible for Muslims. Our driver Thomas was great and has given us lots of informations about the differents animals.
Thank’s for all.

Highly recommended safari agency, amazing experience!
We had great overall experience with Travel Africa Safari Agency. Everything was perfect from start at the pick up at airport, through safaries and hot lunch, accomodation. Thank you very much to Mohammed, and our guides Joseph and Asad. Tarengire and Ngorongoro parks are stunning, so as Meteruni Village and hot spring at Moshi (kids enjoyed full day there until late flight from Kilimanjaro Airport). I highly recommend Travel Africa Safari Agency to everyone.

Excellent budget-friendly safaris
Perfect organization, communication and service. We booked a budget-friendly 4-day safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Due to flight changes we could only do 3 days so they planned an extra day at Materuni falls especially for us, paid for our hotel and drove us around to restaurants. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful!

Provided an amazing trip with a tour guide full of experience. We will be recommending.
This trip was amazing. William our tour guide did an amazing job at keeping us on time and showing us the important views and animals which were hard to find. From Arusha to Serengeti Tarangiri to Ngorongoro they didn’t cease to impress. Peter was also extremely helpful in tailoring this trip to make sure our experience was worth pur while and to our needs. I recommend Gosheni for all your needs and I do recommend you ask for William. You won’t be disappointed. They have translators for every language so communications are proper. Value for money is pretty much you get what you pay for. The camps were really nice and very comfortable. Trust these guys to give you the best experience.

Bryson is a trustworthy guy.
If you not want to read all of those, in short it could be like:
!!! I recommend Safari Soles tour everyone of our friends and not only. !!!
When we start looking for some tour operator for safari trip we didn't know at all what we should expect, we weren't sure are 3 days enough to see what we'd like to see and how trip will look like.
We write to three tour operators and Bryson was first who send message back. It wasn't so important for us to get message back from any of operators in max 1h but Bryson was really kindly and he spend a lot of time chatting with us. He convinced us that he is trustworthy. And that wasn't mistake.
We decide to get 5 day private tour to see Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. Everything was in details agreed with Bryson. He provide accommodation in hotel (which were really nice) before and after safari and of course transfer from/to the airport.
First day of our safari start about 7.30-8am and our driver (Lucas) pick us from hotel and Bryson was there too so we could meet him face to face.
After small preparation we start our journey. First national park we hit was Tarangire. Our driver Lucas drive carefully and tell us everything about parks, animals and plants which we could see there. He listen us what we'd like to do. He stop to show us some animals and he spend there so much time how much we were like to. Sometime if we didn't have more energy and there were something really rare like leopard, he try to convince us to go there. And always he was right it was worth to see. He really know everything. Each time we ask about any of animal/plant in park he sees us what it is and show for us page in book which that animal or plant or anything else we were asking for. He for sure love wild nature.
Second national park were Serengeti we spend there two nights and everything was above our expectation. Kitchen Chef (Dula) was unbelievable, I never expect that somebody can cook so delicious dishes without real kitchen (in campsite).
All dishes were fully cooked before serve and served hot.
Last park were Ngorongoro and we see there black rhino so that was our last animal on big five to see on that trip. Lucas make big effort to make us satisfied to see this rhino and he try to get to place with best view.
There could be a lot to say but everything only in superlative for Bryson, Luca and Dula.

Abdullah was great!
We did the 4-day, 3-night Maasai Mara Safari. It was my first safari ever. I booked with Axis is because a) they responded quickly with a transparent quote, b) the pricing was fair and c) I did not even have to pay upfront. I paid the day of the safari before we left Nairobi.
Other operators pricing was nebulous and in my opinion excessive for what they offered, compared with Axis.
Abdullah was very friendly and knowledgeable. He has a very good eye spotting animals that I would not have seen. He gave us time to take photos and experience the moments. He is a fun guy who knows his stuff.
The only thing I would suggest that for certain stops the operators will tell people how long we are there. Not to be harsh and enforcing the time limits to the minute but it would help if the operator told people how much time they have to take photos, selfies, whatever so that they do not go on forever taking selfies.
I heard that at times baboons or even cheetahs may jump on the safari van. No such thing happened. But we had two couples who took endless photos, selfies, up on the Safari van, behind it, at the waterfall, all kinds of different poses ... and then the next one jumped on top of the safari van, followed by his wife or vice versa to pose differently. It would have been much more fun seeing baboons doing this rather than what appeared to me to be a bunch of selfabsorbed people, totally oblivious that they were wasting other people's time that would have been much better spent looking for more animals.
Telling people upfront when a stop is reached would help.
But that is a policy that management has to set.

Friendly & professional rental 4wd operator, good value, going extra mile to accommodate requests
I rented a Land Rover with driver for 1 month in May and June 2021; Western Uganda, Eastern Uganda, Kenya.
Individual set-up of the route by me, including off-the-beaten-track destinations. Accommodation booking done by me along the way.
Party of 1 German, 1 Kenyan, and up to 3 Ugandan friends.
Owner/manager Tim was very attentive and provided timely and valuable feedback before the trip, including flexibility in the light of ever changing Covid related rules.
The vehicle (1993 Land Rover, 6 seater incl driver) was reasonably spacious, comfortable, and very reliable; a few technical issues occuring along the route (several 1000 kilometers) were quickly resolved by the knowledgeable driver, accepting a little assistance by my Kenyan companion while we were in Kenya. Expect real go-anywhere 4wd capability and a roof that can be opened for game viewing, but no modern-age luxury like AC or radio. Dysfunctional fuel gauge meant that we refueled more frequently, which was no problem.
No extra costs incurred along the way apart from diesel fuel, and national park fees for the driver (while in Kenya) and the vehicle, and mandatory border-crossing Covid test expenses for the driver.
Driver Ronald, called "Emma", was very professional and doubled as a guide, especially in Uganda where he knew most of the places we visited. Friendly, courteous, very good English, safe driving style, excellent knowledge of the vehicle and how to fix it. I would certainly request to go with him again during my next trip.
After the end of the original 1 month rental and our trip extension by air to the Kenyan coast (the driver drove the car back to Uganda alone), my Ugandan friend had to return home during a newly declared tight lockdown with cessation of all public and most private transport in Uganda. Tim professionally arranged for a transfer from Entebbe airport to my friend's village, going the extra mile to get him home safely. Very good job, other operators may not have been able to accomplish this.
Overall: Professional and friendly operator, good value for money, accommodating individual requests; I would certainly book with them again.
