An amazing trip organised by an amazing person - Michelle
5/5

A trip of a lifetime.. Michelle was a legend in organising at very short notice, the most amazing African Safari and visit to Victoria Falls. She was more than willing to jump on a zoom call to work out what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go and then pulled together the most amazing trip visiting Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana and Cape Town in South Africa. She worked overtime to lock in our African flights, Safaris and accommodation and at a price that met our budget. We got to see the Magnificent 7 on the Safaris, the majestic Victoria Falls and met some wonderful people along the way. We could not have been happier with the way Michelle communicated with us, the organisation of it was first class and so thankful in the way out trip played out.

Stellar Operator. Wonderful family holiday in Namibia.
5/5

This company planned our entire holiday, the communication was excellent at all times and answered all our questions within hours. Their expert opinions ensured that we ended up with a unique itinerary, completely different from the other options we received. Johan (the agent we dealt with) took the time to understand what we wanted and proposed the perfect route, taking all our needs and wants into consideration. We did a 17 day flying safari to Sossusvlei, Swakopmund, Skeleton Coast and Etosha. Each location was special in it's own way, the diversity of Namibia blew me away and was exactly what we needed. The temperatures was warm to hot in the day, but started cooling down in the afternoon, making for wonderful sunset game drives and nature experiences. Our favourite spot was Hoanib Skeleton Coast Camp, we spent 3 nights and did not want to leave. Great country and people.

My tour operator has perfect knowledge and experience, was very accommodating and understanding.
5/5

Samuel is a very humble, and is knowledgeable regarding safaris and tours. My experiences in Kidepo and Muchison Fall national parks top among the best experiences I have had touring parts of Africa.
Rafting on Nile river in Jinja, Uganda, and visiting the source of the mighty Nile river (called Kiira in local language) were added bonuses.
I recommend any body planning a safari in the East Africa region not to miss Deks Safaris & Tours

Very knowledgeable
5/5

We booked Gifted for a half day Arusha safari. The weather wasn’t in our favor and animals were a little scarce but they knew where to drive to for us to view different animals. My guide was incredibly knowledgeable and made learning fun!

I had an outstanding experience with Ozon Light Tours during my recent trip. Their communication was top-notch, from the initial inquiry to the post-tour follow-up. They were prompt in responding to my questions and concerns, which made me feel well-informed and confident about my journey.

The service provided by Ozon Light Tours was exceptional. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. They went above and beyond to accommodate my preferences and ensure that my trip was tailored to my interests.
In terms of value for money, I was pleasantly surprised. The tour package I chose was not only competitively priced but also included various inclusions that added significant value to the overall experience. I truly felt like I got more than I paid for.
Reliability is a crucial factor when it comes to tour operators, and Ozon Light Tours certainly delivered. They were punctual, and everything ran like clockwork. I never had to worry about missing a transfer or activity, which enhanced the overall enjoyment of my trip.
As for the tour itself, it was fantastic. Ozon Light Tours offered a well-structured and engaging itinerary, with a good balance of sightseeing, activities, and free time. I learned a lot about the destination, and the local guides were knowledgeable and passionate about their culture and history.
I would highly recommend Ozon Light Tours to fellow travelers. They exceeded my expectations in terms of communication, service, value for money, reliability, and the quality of the tour itself. It was a memorable and enriching travel experience, and I can't wait to plan my next adventure with them.

Great Service. Wonderful Times.
5/5

My friends and I were planning a trip with Easy Travel before the pandemic. I verified there were no hidden problems with them. They belonged to the right organizations, had great reviews on several websites, and answered all my questions promptly. We postponed our trip to Tanzania when the pandemic hit.

We recently restarted the trip selecting the following excursions: 1) 9 days Lemosho Kilimanjaro trek, 2) 9 days Serengeti Great Migration safari. Several people drop out on one or both events due to medical problems. I only did the safari due to a medical problem with my back.

The trekking team arrived first to start their trip. The safari team would join them when the trekking team completed their climb. Too bad the luggage for the trekkers didn’t arrive with them. Their bags were lost in the sea of luggage somewhere.

The trekking team started to panic since the hike started the next day. Masuma from Easy Travel handled the situation. She contacted the airline to monitor the status of the luggage. She arranged transportation into town so the trekking team could pick up supplies if the luggage didn’t arrive.

The luggage arrived the next day. The trekking team quickly sorted through the bags for trekking equipment. They then left for a climb of a lifetime. One of the trekkers got ill on the mountain. He was safely escorted back down to town several days later.

The trekking team was very happy with the porters and guides. The guides provided encouragement as each step grew more difficult as the elevation increased.

I arrived a day early to check out the town and make sure my luggage arrived with me before I started the safari. The safari had several different comfort levels. We picked the “Comfort” level. The camps consisted of individual tents for room along with a dining and lounge tent. Inside each tent, it looked like a basic motel room. Bed(s) in the front with a flushing toilet, hot shower, and sink in the back. The “Luxury” level provided too much comfort for us. Some of the lodges had a pool. I came to see the Great Migration, not swim in a pool. The lodges are in a fixed location. It’s great if the migration path is next to the lodge, otherwise you need to spend time traveling over the bumpy dirt roads to see the migration. None of the camps disappointed us.

Our guide Adrian has been guiding for many years. It’s extremely easy to get lost in the Serengeti National Park. Most of the dirt roads are not marked so an experienced guide is a necessity. Adrian’s sharp eyes saw animals we didn’t see initially.

The thousands of wildebeest migrating was a sight to behold as they covered large tracts of land. The wildebeest crossing the crocodile infested river was a little more difficult to find as they would graze and not move, but after waiting and going to several different crossing sites we saw a herd crossing the river. It was a pretty safe spot crossing the river with no animals being eaten by the crocodiles.

We saw a plethora of different animals to the point where we were ignoring many of the animals unless they were doing something interesting (e.g. - eating prey).

Masuma was monitoring our return flight as we returned back to Arusha so we wouldn’t be surprised at the airport if our flight was canceled or delayed. We really appreciated the little details they provided to guarantee us a pleasant trip
